某培训中心视频监控及防盗报警系统设计方案

本方案根据培训中心的实际需求,进行安全技术防范系统的设计。本系统包括视频监控及防盗报警两个子系统,两个子系统采用一台多媒体管理主机进行控制。视频监控采用电视墙进行图像矩阵切换,采用硬盘录像。系统可进行报警联动切换图像、报警联动录像、报警电子地图显示等功能。

The programming technology about Embedded SQL discuss the form of Embedded SQL base on C/C language and ORACLE9i DBMS in this paper. We have also discussed the communications between the sentence of Embedded SQL and C/C language and have provided the code.

可控阻尼半主动冲击隔离技术研究

传统的冲击隔离系统通常都只是从刚度上进行设计，因此在提供较高冲击隔离效率的同时，往往带来很大的相对位移。针对那些遭受持续时间很短的冲击，但又对冲击隔离效率和相对位移有严格限制的冲击隔离问题，提出了可控阻尼的半主动冲击隔离技术。在不遭受冲击时该半主动冲击隔离系统工作于最小阻尼状态，不影响隔振性能。在遭受冲击时，通过分两个阶段的半主动控制策略控制阻尼比的变化，可以自动地在保证冲击隔离效率的前提下，使用尽可能大的阻尼比，从而大幅降低相对位移幅值。仿真研究表明该可控阻尼半主动冲击隔离技术可以取得优异的冲击隔离性能。

Effect of thermosolutal convection on microstructure formation in the Pb-Bi peritectic system

Experimental studies have been conducted in the two-phase region of the Pb-Bi peritectic system to investigate the effect of thermosolutal convection on the banded microstructure. A systematic study is carried out by varying convection effects through the use of thin cylindrical samples of different diameters. A strong oscillatory convection is found in a 6.0-mm-diameter sample that produces a large treelike primary phase in the center of the sample that is surrounded by the peritectic phase matrix. The length of the treelike structure is found to decrease as the diameter of a sample is reduced to 0.8 mm. When the sample diameter is further reduced to 0.4 mm, laminar flow is present that gives rise to discrete bands of the two phases. The banded microstructure, however, is found to be transient and only the peritectic phase forms after a few bands. Composition variations in the banded structure are measured to determine the nucleation undercoolings for both phases and to characterize the banding cycle. The banding cycle is determined by the nucleation undercoolings and is independent of convection in the melt, but the banding window closely depends on convection. The presence of the transient banding process is analyzed by using a boundary layer model, and the number of transient bands is found to agree with the model for samples of different compositions and lengths.

近年来,语义Web的提出给传统的本体研究带来了许多新的挑战,其中本体的管理成为一个迫切的普遍的需求.分析了语义Web环境中本体的特点和本体管理的功能需求;提出了通用本体库管理系统体系结构的设计原则;并基于该原则设计了一个新型的多层双库(ML&DR)的体系结构;介绍了其中主要的功能模块;最后,给出了一个遵循该体系结构设计和实现的原型系统--CODERS.     

Escalation and de-escalation of commitment: a commitment transformation analysis of an e-government project

Abstract.  This paper presents a commitment transformation framework for analysing the change in actors' commitment during the transition from escalation to de-escalation in information technology projects. De-escalation is potentially a more important issue than escalation because de-escalation provides remedies for the ills of escalation. Therefore, it is important to understand how stakeholders may bias facts in the direction of previously accepted beliefs and thus prevent an organization from de-escalating. Here, we adopt Lewin's change theory to examine the commitment transformation during the transition from escalation to de-escalation of an e-government project in a local council in the United Kingdom. By conceiving actors' commitment transformation as an 'unfreezing–changing–refreezing' process, researchers may develop a deeper understanding of how actors may give up previous failing course of action and accept an alternative course of action. Practitioners can also utilize the framework in post-mortem analyses of projects which have faced escalation to devise useful de-escalation strategies for future project development. ¹
