An Interval Fuzzy Multiobjective Watershed Management Model for the Lake Qionghai Watershed, China

Integrated watershed management is required to ensure the reasonable use of resources and reconcile interactions among natural and human systems. In the present study, an interval fuzzy multiobjective programming (IFMOP) method was used to solve an integrated watershed management problem. Based on system analysis, an IFMOP model suitable for a lake watershed system {IFMOPLWS} was developed and applied to the Lake Qionghai watershed in China. Scenario analysis and an interactive approach were used in the solution process. In this manner, various system components were incorporated into one framework for holistic consideration and optimization. Integrality and uncertainty, as well as the multiobjective and dynamic characteristics of the watershed system, were well addressed. Using two scenarios, two planning schemes were generated. Agriculture, tourism, macroeconomics, cropland use, water supply, forest coverage, soil erosion, and water pollution were fully interpreted and compared to identify a preferable planning alternative for local agencies. This study showed that the IFMOPLWS is a powerful tool for integrated watershed management planning and can provide a solid base for sustainable watershed management.     

基于COM/DCOM技术的电信网络管理

本通过对TMN(电信管理网)思想以及COM／DCOM编程原理的分析，将COM／DCOM的功能特点与TMN电信网络管理的基本要求有机地结合在一起，提出了运用COM／DCOM技术建立TMN的基本设想，其原理是，将电信网的各种网元抽象为COM组件对象，组件对象实时反映所对应网元的各种特征数据，运用DCOM通信机制对这些组件对象及其特征数据进行监控管理，从而达到管理网元之目的。COM／DCOM的面向对象及分布式属性、操作系统和平台无关性、它的事件通知功能、高效的通信机制及其网络安全技术，均符合电信管理网络的功能要求。     

华北油田隐蔽油藏勘探实践与认识

随着勘探的不断深入,华北油田富油凹陷构造油藏的勘探程度越来越高,勘探对象日趋复杂,勘探难度越来越大。面临勘探现状,华北油田认真分析勘探形势,立足资源基础,解放思想,积极转变勘探观念,有意识地加强隐蔽油气藏的深入研究与勘探,先后在冀中坳陷的饶阳凹陷、二连盆地的巴音都兰凹陷、乌里雅斯太凹陷等发现了多个规模富集的隐蔽油藏。通过隐蔽油藏的勘探实践,取得了四点主要认识、六点重要启示,对今后深化华北油田隐蔽油藏的勘探具有重要的指导作用。

Cloning and expression analysis of a novel salicylate suppressible gene, Hs-CUL-3, a member of cullin/Cdc53 family

By using a mRNA differential display technique to search for salicylate suppressible genes, we identified a cDNA in human foreskin fibroblasts, which by GenBankTM DNA data base search shows sequence homology to the recently reported cullin/Cdc53 (CUL) family genes, especially CUL-3. We have cloned the full-length human CUL-3 (Hs-CUL-3) cDNA. It encodes a 768-amino acid polypeptide and has a predicted molecular weight of 88,939. The amino acid sequence of Hs-CUL-3 shows 46% homology to that of its Caenorhabditis elegans ortholog, Ce-CUL-3, and 27 and 23% to that of Hs-CUL-1 and Hs-CUL-2, respectively. Northern blot analysis showed that phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate increased the expression of Hs-CUL-3 mRNA in a concentration- and time-dependent manner, and this increase was inhibited by sodium salicylate. Hs-CUL-3 widely expressed in human tissues and its expression in cultured COLO205 colon cancer cells was increased when compared with that in normal colon cells. It is likely that Hs-CUL-3 is involved in cell proliferation control.     

GaN的MOVPE生长和m－i－n型蓝光LED的试制

利用自行研制的常压ＭＯＶＰＥ设备和全部国产ＭＯ源，采用低温生长缓冲层技术，在蓝宝石（α－Ａｌ２Ｏ３）衬底上获得了高质量的ＧａＮ外延层。未掺杂的ＧａＮ外延层的室温电子迁移率已达１１４ｃｍ２／Ｖ．ｓ，载流于浓度为２×１０１８。７７Ｋ光致发光谱近带边发射峰波长为３６５ｎｍ，其线宽为４ＤｍｅＶ。Ｘ射线双晶衍射回摆曲线的线宽为３６０ａｒｃｓｅｃ。用Ｚｎ掺杂生长了绝缘的ｉ－ＧａＮ层。在此基础上研制了ｍ－ｉ－ｎ型ＧａＮ的ＬＥＤ，并在室温正向偏压下发出波长为４５５ｎｍ的蓝光。     

钛及钛合金表面脆性α层的重腐蚀法测定

针对常规金相法测定钛及钛合金表面脆性α层的不足之处，根据脆性α层与钛基体在化学性质上的差异，采用重腐蚀法对不同热处理状态下钛及钛合金表面脆性α层的准确测定，弥补了常规金相法在测定方面的某些缺点，探讨了重腐蚀法测定脆性α层的原理和方法。
