RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CREEP PROPERTIES AND STRUCTURE OF STEEL 20Cr11MoVNbNB

Studies were made of the creep properties and structure change of steet 20Cr11MoVNbNB at550-650℃.It is found that at 550℃ when creep stress>180 MPa there exists linear rela-tion with two different slopes β_1 and β-2 between transitional creep strain ε_β and creeptime t~(1/3),and β_1(in initiol period)>β_2(in later period).The Creep rate of stable stage at550℃ can be expressed by =Aσ exp(-Q_ /RT),where,n=4.7.A exp(-Q_ /RT)=5.37×10~(-16).Apparent creep activation energy Q_ =430 kJ/mol at 550-650℃,which ismuch higher than the self-diffusion activation energy of atoms for matrix Fe.In creepprocess,as the creep stress and time increase,the total weight of precipitated phases and rela-tive weight of Cr,Mo and V increase,but those of Fe and Nb decrease in precipitated phases,     

TC4合金线性摩擦焊摩擦时间与变形量的关系

用自制的XMH-160型线性摩擦焊机，试验研究了TC4钛合金线性摩擦焊的摩擦时间对摩擦变形量的影响，结果表明，其变形量随摩擦时间的增加近似呈指数关系增大。分析了出现非线性摩擦变形量的原因，以及线性摩擦焊飞边形貌的一些基本特点。     

抗菌功能性铝基材料的制备及表征

通过交流电沉积的方法在铝阳极氧化膜的孔内沉积金属铜,制备了铝基抗菌功能性材料;测试了沉积铜的铝阳极氧化膜的抗菌性能.结果表明:电沉积铜的铝阳极氧化膜对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、粪链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均大于95%.透射电子显微镜表征了铜在氧化膜孔内的沉积形貌,铜在铝阳极氧化膜孔内呈连续的线状形貌,直径为25 nm.     

1200铝合金熔铸工艺研究

从熔铸方面总结了1200铝合金的一些特性，论证了该合金作为空调箔用料优于1100铝合金的一些方面。并从细化晶粒方式着手，讨论了不同细化剂对1200铝合金组织、性能等方面的影响。     

BREAKAGE MECHANISM OF TUNGSTEN BASED ALLOY BLOCK FOR ELECTRO-HEAT UPSETTING

The breakage mechanism of W-Ni-Fe alloy in the process of electro-heat upsetting studied both theoretically and experimetnally, and also the behaviors of crack formation and propagation were analysed. Alloy suffers from corrosion and thermal-mechanical fatigue mutual function. Simultaneously, the practical ways to improve the anvil life was discussed.     

大功率CO2激光沉积超硬Si3N4膜的性能和组织

用大功率(kW级)CO_2激光在金属基材上通过化学气相沉积获得α-Si_3N_4膜。膜层多为细小的Si_3N_4颗粒组成,与基材有良好的结合,具有超硬和优良的耐磨抗蚀等性能,厚度在5—30μm范围内可控。     

采用双联熔炼技术的灰铸铁熔炼材料的选用

总结了双联熔炼工艺中灰铸铁熔炼材料的要求和特点,并针对使用过程中容易出现的问题进行了分析,同时分析了熔炼材料对铸件性能可能造成的影响,为合理选用熔炼材料提供了依据。     

Influences of Ta, Nb, or Mo additions in Zr-based bulk metallic glasses on microstructure and thermal properties

The master-alloy ingots for casting bulk metallic glasses are routinely prepared by arc melting a mixture of pure elements. This paper addresses the difficulty in achieving complete and homogeneous melting of refractory component additions in Zr-based BMGs using the above procedure, and its influences on the microstructure and thermal behavior of alloys.     

Ti-6Al-4V钛合金相颗粒粗化动力学及形貌变化

以Ti-6Al-4V钛合金为例，研究了韧性双相合金不同温度保时相颗粒变化情况。结果表明，在α相颗粒粗化的同时，还伴随着α相形貌由“短棒状”向等轴状转变。在800℃和600℃保温时，α相颗粒粗化机制均为Al原子从其他α相颗粒中沿晶界或相界以一维扩散的方式转移到粗化的相颗粒上来。α相颗粒形貌的改变，分为两个阶段，第一阶段为颗粒内部物质的转移为主；第二阶段为其他α相颗粒物质沿晶界或相界扩散到颗粒比较短的方向上以使该颗粒等轴化。对于800℃保温，第一阶段为颗粒内部Al原子以晶格扩散的方式转移；600℃时，颗粒内物质的转移则沿晶界或相界以一维扩散为主。     

无压渗透制备金属间化合物陶瓷基复合材料的研究进展

介绍了目前国内外使用无压渗透制备金属间化合物陶瓷基复合材料几个系列：FeAl／TiC、NiAl、Ni3AL／TiC、FeAl/WC和Ni3Al/WC。
