振动筛板槽中液滴分散动力学的研究(Ⅰ)实验研究及理论分析

本文通过实验观察发现,液滴的破碎只有在液滴与振动筛板孔口发生碰撞时才发生.基于这个实验现象,建立了振动筛板槽内液滴破碎的新模型.把筛板孔口附近的剪应力作为破碎力,破碎速率可表示为:G(d)=C_12Af/H(?)~n_4(d/d_h)~n_5[1-(d_(cr)/d)~(2n_1+1)]~0.5n(d)液滴的凝聚可以按气体分子碰撞过程来处理.凝聚速率可以用下式表示:ω(d_1,d_2)=C_Ⅱ(d_1+d_2)~(7/3)∈~（1/3)[β_d∈~(2/3)d_1+d_2/σ(d_1+d_2）~（1/3）]~n_6n(d_1)n(d_2)

Analysis of junction temperatures in high-power GaN-based LEDs

We presented the analysis of the incomplete conduction in bonding medium in high power GaN-based light-emitting diode (LED) packages. A numerical study was carried out with parametric model to understand the junction temperature variation due to bonding medium defects. Transient thermal measurement was performed to evaluate LED’s junction temperature. Thermal resistance from chip to lead frame was 20 K/W in our sample LED. It was suggested that only 60% of the surface area of the bonding medium was involved...     

凝胶色谱法表征我国几种有代表性超滤膜的截留率——分子量曲线

本文考察了凝胶色谱法的操作压力和进料流速的影响。对国内具有代表性的几种平板超滤膜(聚砜、聚砜酰胺、醋酸纤维素、聚丙烯腈、聚氯乙烯)以及聚砜中空纤维超滤膜的截留率——分子量曲线进行了测定。并给出它们的切割分子量数据。     

Particle and Granule Parameters Affecting Compaction Efficiency in Dry Pressing

The slope of density versus log (pressure) represents the efficiency of compaction forming. A high maximum particle packing density of powders increased the pressing efficiency and the compact density. A high granule density favors a high compact density, whereas, a low granule density favors an increase in the pressing efficiency and the elimination of the intergranular pores; an optimum clearly existed. At a very low forming pressure, the compact density using granules containing a binder was lower; but at a higher forming pressure, the binder acted as a lubricant and assisted particle sliding and rearrangement which increased the pressing efficiency and compact density.

Fast method for SAR echo simulation of a three-dimensional ground scene

Due to huge calculation of SAR echo simulation of a three-dimensional (3D) ground scene, a fast simulation method is proposed. First, the data of a 3D ground scene are fractionally interpolated based on the Fractional Brownian Motion (FBM) model. Second, the data interpolated are divided into lots of small facets whose precision meets the simulation requirement, the backscattering coefficients of the small facets are calculated. Third, the shaded area is judged by the comparison method of overlook angles. Three parallel levels are analyzed and the kernel function is designed. Finally, the computing method of reduction adding and external thread are also utilized under the framework of GPU in order to get high efficiency. With the methods mentioned above, the imaging result of experimental DEM data verifies the validity and superiority of the proposed method.     

频率响应法研究噻吩在CeY分子筛上的吸附行为

以NaY、液相Ce离子交换改性的Y型分子筛(L-CeY)为研究对象,运用N2吸附、XRD、NH3-TPD和Py-FTIR等实验方法表征两种Y型分子筛的物化性能。采用频率响应技术(FR)和智能重量分析仪(IGA)研究噻吩在两种分子筛上的吸附行为,并考察噻吩在稀土离子改性Y型分子筛上的不同吸附作用模式。结果表明,频率响应技术能够有效识别分子筛孔道内发生的不同传质过程。噻吩在NaY分子筛上的吸附行为较为简单,存在孔道吸附和π电子相互作用两种吸附过程;而在L-CeY分子筛上吸附行为较为复杂,同时存在孔道吸附和"S-M"吸附等多种吸附过程,另外,在高温条件下,还存在复杂的催化反应过程。
