A lipid peroxidation reaction and methylene blue bleaching reaction are thought to proceed in the presence of methylene blue with linoleic acid as the substrate from the time lipoxygenase is added until methylene blue bleaching concludes. For 15 s after adding the lipoxygenase, neither the lipid peroxidation reaction nor the bleaching reaction occurred, but they both proceeded after that time period. The results suggested that hydroperoxide is first formed by the lipid peroxidation reaction, after which methylene blue specifically picks the hydrogen from the hydroperoxide 13-OOH isomers, and then the methylene blue is reduced. 相似文献

Ternary phase composition-spread thin film libraries, TiO2-ZrO2-HfO2, were synthesized by using a combinatorial pulsed laser deposition system. The composition, crystalline structure, and optical transmission properties were characterized in a high-throughput way. TiO2 doped with Zr and Hf was found to exhibit a wider bandgap than pure TiO2; hence, these compounds can be used as wide gap semiconductors for heteroepitaxial spintronics devices, based on a ferromagnetic semiconductor, Co-doped TiO2. 相似文献

New multilayer insulation properties have been measured that greatly improve handling ease and reduce costs. Using the temperature distribution data, heat transport components have been evaluated separately from the total heat inflow and the fact that the radiation contribution is dominant is clarified.
