酯对钼系Ziegler-Natta催化剂引发丁二烯聚合的影响

以MoCl_4(Mo)为主催化剂,甲苯氧基二异丁基铝(Al)为助催化剂,在加氢汽油溶剂中,研究了8种酯对丁二烯(Bd)聚合的影响。结果表明,凡是能够溶解在酯中的Mo与Al所组成的二元催化体系,大多能很好地引发Bd聚合,并有较高的催化活性。酯的主要作用是增加Mo在加氢汽油中的溶解性,对聚合物的分子量影响不大,对微观结构几乎无影响。     

Glass transitions of styrene/α-methylstyrene statistical copolymers and of their blends with PPO® resin

The glass transition temperatures (T_g) and specific heat increments (ΔC_p) at T_g of S/AMS statistical copolymers having weight fractions AMS of 0.00, 0.09, 0.17, 0.26, 0.36, and 0.44 are (by DSC) 380.0 (0.280), 384.2 (0.275), 388.8 (0.284), 391.5 (0.275), 398.3 (0.272), and 405.9 (0.27) °K (J·g^? ·deg^?), respectively. The T_g (ΔC_p) for the PPO resin are 492.2 (0.221). The glass transitions of P(S/AMS) (1) + PPO resin (2) blends having w2 = 0.25, 0.50, and 0.75 were also measured. Examination of the copolymer and blend T_g vs. composition data indicates that a relation recently proposed by Couchman gives a somewhat better approximation than the simple Fox relation. However, the nonadjustable k = ΔC_p2/ΔC_p1 constant in the Couchman relation must be replaced by a smaller empirical k to give a true match of calculated to observed T_g.     

Synthesis of biodegradable PU/PEGDA IPNs having micro-separated morphology for enhanced blood compatibility

Summary New biodegradable hydrophobic polyurethane (PU)/hydrophilic poly (ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) IPN was simultaneously synthesized with changing the molecular weight of PEGDA to investigate the effect of crosslinking density on the degree of phase separation. PU was modified using biodegradable poly(-caprolactone)diol and the hydroxy group of PEG was substituted to crosslinkable acrylate group having double bond, which induce photo-polymerization. The sturucture of PEGDA was confirmed by NMR. Because the reaction rate of PEGDA was faster than that of PU, the continuous matrix of the micro-separated PU/PEGDA IPNs having amphiphilic character was made of hydrophilic PEGDA-rich phase. All IPNs have sea-island morphology resulting from the suppressed phase separation. The effect of the degree of phase separation on blood compatibility was investigated.

Molecular species of 1-O-alk-1′-enyl-2-acyl-, 1-O-alkyl-2-acyl- and 1,2-diacyl glycerophospholipids in Japanese oysterCrassostrea gigas (Thunberg)

Molecular species of 1-O-alk-1′-enyl-2-acyl-, 1-O-alkyl-2-acyl-, and 1,2-diacyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (EPL) andsn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (CPL) of Japanese oysterCrassostrea gigas were analyzed by selectedion monitoring gas chromatography/mass spectrometry using electron impact ionization. The characteristic fragment ions, [RCH=CH+56]⁺ due to the alkenyl residue in thesn-1 position and [RCO+74]⁺ due to the acyl residue in thesn-2 position of alkenylacylglycerols, [R+130]⁺ due to the alkyl residue in thesn-1 position and [RCO+74]⁺ due to the acyl residue in thesn-2 position of alkylacylglycerols, [RCO+74]⁺ due to the acyl residues in thesn-1 and/orsn-2 positions of diacylglycerols, and [M−57]⁺ being indicative of the corresponding molecular weight, were used for structural assignments. For alkenylacyl EPL and CPL, 19 and 16 molecular species were determined, respectively. Two molecular species, 18∶0alkenyl-22∶6n−3 and 18∶0-alkenyl-22∶2-non-methylene interrupted diene (NMID), amounted to 53.2% and 47.9%, respectively. The alkylacyl EPL and CPL consisted of 16 and 20 molecular species, respectively, and the prominent components were 18∶0alkyl-22∶2NMID, 20∶1alkyl-20∶1n−11 (27.4%) and 20∶1alkyl-20∶2NMID (16.3%) in the former, and 16∶0alkyl-20∶5n−3 (23.0%) and 16∶0alkyl-22∶6n−3 (21.6%) in the latter. For the diacyl EPL and CPL, 14 and 51 molecular species were determined, respectively. The major molecular species were 18∶0–20∶5n−3 (37.4%), 16∶0–20∶5n−3 (14.2%) and 18∶1n−7–22∶2NMID (13.2%) in the former, and 16∶0–20∶5n−3 (33.4%) and 16∶0–22∶6n−3 (22.3%) in the latter. It was found that there were significant differences in the molecular species between the alkylacyl and diacyl EPL and the alkylacyl and diacyl CPL; the number of molecular species was larger in CPL than in EPL, while the number of total carbons and double bonds of the major molecular species were larger in the EPL than in the CPL. Alkenylacyl EPL were similar to alkenylacyl CPL in molecular species composition.
