The stereoselective hydrogenation of thymol was studied in liquid phase over several nickel catalysts, modified by coimpregnation of inorganic compounds containing chlorine. The total activity of all catalysts studied was decreased and was on the same order of magnitude, indicating that chlorine even after reduction remains on the surface and is responsible for the poisoning effects. Such blocking of accessible sites results in similar reaction rates for the catalysts studied. Selectivity and stereoselectivity to menthols and menthones changed significantly. The modifiers could influence the rate of keto-enol transformations, which is thought to be the key selectivity and stereoselectivity governing step.  相似文献

Conclusions We determined the rheological properties of clay materials at elevated temperatures. With an increase in the temperature and pressure the structural-mechanical constants diminish, and the plasticity increases. The total proportion of elastic and plastic deformations reaches significant values (92–95%) in kaolins at 1450°C, and in Chasov-Yar clay at 1200–1250°C. It is in these conditions precisely that we obtain the densest thermal-pressed products.With optimum thermoplastic pressing temperatures the various clay materials have the closest viscosity and maximum yield point values.The best natural raw material for thermoplasticizing is Chasov-Yar clay, but it is possible to use other clay materials. It is possible to regulate the rheological properties of bodies by varying the compositions (filler + thermoplasticizer) of the bodies, the pressing temperature, and pressure.The rheological properties of mixtures of zircon and thermoplasticizer (10% Chasov-Yar clay) at 1450–1480°C facilitate the production of especially dense products for continuous steel casting. The dependence of the ultimate shear strength of a lithium aluminosilicate ceramic-to-metal adhesive joint with the sealant Viksint U-2-28 on the thermal history of the samples was studied. A temperature threshold for a change in the strength of the adhesive joint was established. Possible mechanisms for the appearance of this threshold in terms of a change in the contribution of different components of the sealant to its adhesion properties, depending on the thermal aging regimes, are discussed.  相似文献

A series of highly oriented tapes has been prepared from a blend consisting of equal proportions of polyethylene and polypropylene. The mechanical properties and the structure and morphology of the samples have been investigated using DSC, optical microscopy, and wide angle and small angle diffraction, including measurements of crystal strain on samples under stress. It has been confirmed that the blend is incompatible, and a structural model has been proposed which is consistent with the observation that the polyethylene and polypropylene components act essentially independently in their response to external macroscopic stress.  相似文献

Poly(vinyl chloride) films blended with plasticizers, stabilizers, and fillers are irradiated with a beam of H2 plasma. The polymer partially loses its solubility in cyclohexanone. The viscosity of the soluble part decreases in the initial stages and then increases on further irradiation. Crosslinking was followed by dehydrochlorination and discoloration of the polymer. The electrical conductivity was measured as a function of the irradiation dose and time. The plasticizers enhanced the action of plasma while the stabilizers and fillers reduced it.  相似文献
