从能力培养的角度较全面、系统地阐述了教师组织课堂教学的基本方法和手段。并针对职业教育的培养要求及学生的心理特点,在有效整合学校各种教学资源、努力实现学生知识结构与能力培养和谐统一方面进行了一些有益探索和实践。     

真空预压影响区安全措施有限元分析

分析了不同研究深度的沟、不同模量的桩、不同渗透系数的桩以及不同桩长等安全保障措施下真空预压对周围环境影响的效果。分析结果表明：挖沟可较有效地减弱真空预压影响区土体的水平位移与竖向位移；当桩土的模量比达到100倍以上之后，桩土模量比的增加对影响区的沉降基本上无影响；不同渗透系数的桩对影响区的沉降有一定的影响，随着桩体渗透系数的减少，影响区的沉降量有不同程度的减少；随着桩长的增加，影响区的沉降量随之减少。

Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbTiO3–PbZrO3 ceramics modified with bismuth and zinc substitutions

The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the (Pb_0.985Bi_0.01)(Ni_1/4Zn_1/12Nb_2/3)_x- (Zr_σTi_1-σ)_1-xO₃ piezoelectric ceramic system (0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.7, 0.1 ≤ σ ≤ 0.9) were systematically investigated. The results showed that, after poling, the dielectric constant, ε ₃₃ ^T , increased for the tetragonal compositions but decreased for the rhombohedral compositions. Furthermore, high values of ε ₃₃ ^T and piezoelectric modulus, d ₃₁ were found for the compositions along the extension of the morphotropic phase boundary. The highest values of the planar electromechanical coupling factor, K _p, and the piezoelectric modulus, d ₃₁, were found to be 0.70 and − 274 × 10^-12 C N^-1, respectively. The Curie temperature, remanent polarization, coercive field and the lattice constants of the a and c axes in relation to the Pb(Ni_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃ content and the Zr/Zr + Ti ratio were also determined. Is electrogastrography a substitute for manometric studies in children with functional gastrointestinal disorders?

We performed simultaneous fasting and fed antroduodenal manometry and EGG in 25 children with functional bowel disorders. Three patients (12%) had an uninterpretable EGG. The manometric studies showed severe neuropathy in six patients; milder neuropathic changes in five patients; postprandial hypomotility in one patient; myopathy in four patients, and normal motility in the remaining six patients. The percentage of tachygastria time (frequency > 3.5 cycles/min) was higher in the patiens with mild (44.1 +/- 15.8%) and severe (48 +/- 19.1%) neuropathy than in the patients with myopathy (20 +/- 16.2%, P < 0.05) or with normal motility (23 +/- 13.3%, P < 0.05). There was a considerable overlap in the percentage of tachygastria and total arrhythmia time among the different study groups. The ratio of post- to preprandial power was significantly higher (2.5 +/- 0.07) in children with normal motility than in the other patients groups. Every child with total arrhythmia time < 35% and a ratio of post- to preprandial power > 2.4 had normal manometry. In summary, EGG differentiated groups of children with normal manometry from others with neuropathic or myopathic changes, but in a minority of patients the study was not interpretable and there was overlap in EGG results between children with normal and abnormal manometry.

Dopamine D2 receptor signaling via the arachidonic acid cascade: modulation by cAMP-dependent protein kinase A and prostaglandin E2

Recent studies have shown that, in Chinese hamster ovary cells transfected with D2-receptor cDNA, CHO(D2) cells, D2 agonists are potent in enhancing the release of [3H]arachidonic acid (AA) induced by stimulation of constitutive purinergic receptors or by application of Ca2+ ionophores. This facilitatory action is further amplified by the concomitant activation of D1 receptors, which per se have no effect on evoked [3H]AA release. Here, we review a series of experiments aimed at examining the molecular mechanism of this synergistic interaction. The results show that, in CHO(D2) cells: (a) application of 8-Br-cAMP or stimulation of constitutive prostaglandin (PG)E2 receptors augment the AA response produced by D2 agonists; (b) in CHO(D2) cells transfected with human beta 2-receptor cDNA, the beta-agonist, isoproterenol, produces a similar effect; (c) the potentiation of [3H]AA release produced by PGE2 and 8-Br-cAMP is prevented by overexpressing either a protein inhibitor of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) or a mutated form of pKA regulatory subunit incapable of binding cAMP; (d) mock-synergism is obtained in CHO(D2) cells overexpressing the catalytic subunit of PKA; (e) PGE2 is a major AA metabolite in stimulated CHO(D2) cells and its formation may contribute to the effect of D2 agonists on AA release. The results indicate that cAMP-induced activation of PKA represents a likely molecular basis for D1/D2 receptor synergism on AA release. They also suggest that additional membrane receptors, colocalized with D2 and positively linked to adenylyl cyclase, may exert a similar action. Furthermore, stimulation of PGE2 receptors by endogenously produced prostaglandin may participate in AA signaling at the D2 receptor, by providing a paracrine positive feedback loop.     

Novel diterpenoid diacylglycerols from marine molluscs: potent morphogens and protein kinase C activators

Five novel 1,2-sn-diacylglycerols with diterpenoid acyl moieties in the sn-1 position were isolated and characterized, together with the corresponding 1,3-sn-diacylglycerols, from three species of dorid nudibranchs molluscs. Their potent activity as morphogens in vivo in the Hydra tentacle regeneration assay and their parallel activity as activators of rat brain protein kinase C (PKC) in vitro are reported here. Our findings promote the use of these compounds as useful molecular probes for both in vivo and in vitro studies on the participation of PKC in cell development.
