The nonlinear stochastic optimal control problem of quasi‐integrable Hamiltonian systems with uncertain parameters is investigated. The uncertain parameters are described by using a random vector with λ probability density function. First, the partially averaged Itô stochastic differential equations are derived by using the stochastic averaging method for quasi‐integrable Hamiltonian systems. Then, the dynamical programming equation is established based on stochastic dynamical programming principle. By minimizing the dynamical programming equation with respect to control forces, the optimal control forces can be derived, which are functions of the uncertain parameters. The final optimal control forces are then determined by probability‐weighted average of the obtained control forces with the probability density of the uncertain parameters as weighting function. The mean control effectiveness and mean control efficiency are used to evaluate the proposed control strategy. The robustness of the proposed control is measured by using the ratios of the variation coefficients of mean control effectiveness and mean control efficiency to the variation coefficients of uncertain parameters. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the proposed control strategy and its effectiveness and robustness. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel ultracompact two‐dimensional (2D) waveguide‐based metasurface is proposed herein and applied for the first time to reduce mutual coupling in antenna array for multiple‐input multiple‐output applications. The unit cell of the proposed 2D waveguide‐based metasurface is ultracompact (8.6 mm × 4.8 mm, equal to λ0/14.2 × λ0/25.5) mainly due to the symmetrical spiral lines etched on the ground. The metasurface exhibits a bandgap with two transmission zeros attributing to the negative permeability in the vicinity of magnetic resonance and the negative permittivity in the vicinity of electric resonance. Taking advantage of these two features, a microstrip antenna array is then designed, fabricated, and measured by embedding an 8 × 1 array of the well‐engineered 2D waveguide‐based metasurface elements between two closely spaced (9.2 mm, equal to λ0/13.3) H‐plane coupled rectangular patches. There is good agreement between the simulated and measured results, indicating that the metasurface effectively reduces antenna mutual coupling by more than 11.18 dB and improves forward gain. The proposed compact structure has one of the highest reported decoupling efficiencies among similar periodic structures with comparable dimensions. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This article proposes to identify and recommend scientific workflows for reuse and repurposing. Specifically, a scientific workflow is represented as a layer hierarchy that specifies the hierarchical relations between this workflow, its sub-workflows, and activities. Semantic similarity is calculated between layer hierarchies of workflows. A graph-skeleton based clustering technique is adopted for grouping layer hierarchies into clusters. Barycenters in each cluster are identified, which serve as core workflows in this cluster, for facilitating the cluster identification and workflow ranking and recommendation with respect to the requirement of scientists.  相似文献

Multiview video coding (MVC) exploits mode decision, motion estimation and disparity estimation to achieve high compression ratio, which results in an extensive computational complexity. This paper presents an efficient mode decision approach for MVC using a macroblock (MB) position constraint model (MPCM). The proposed approach reduces the number of candidate modes by utilizing the mode correlation and rate distortion cost (RD cost) in the previously encoded frames/views. Specifically, the mode correlations both in the temporal-spatial domain and the inter-view are modeled with MPCM. Then, MPCM is exploited to select the optimal prediction direction for the current encoding MB. Finally, the inter mode is early determined in the optimal prediction direction. Experimental results show that the proposed method can save 86.03 % of encoding time compared with the exhaustive mode decision used in the reference software of joint multiview video coding, with only 0.077 dB loss in Bjontegaard delta peak signal-to-noise ratio (BDPSNR) and 2.29 % increment of the total Bjontegaard delta bit rate (BDBR), which is superior to the performances of state-of-the-art approaches.  相似文献

Most automatic steering systems for large tractors are designed with hydraulic systems that run on either constant flow or constant pressure. Such designs are limited in adaptability and applicability. Moreover, their control valves can unload in the neutral position and eventually lead to serious hydraulic leakage over long operation periods. In response to the problems noted above, a multifunctional automatic hydraulic steering circuit is presented. The system design is composed of a 5-way-3- position proportional directional valve, two pilot-controlled check valves, a pressure-compensated directional valve, a pressurecompensated flow regulator valve, a load shuttle valve, and a check valve, among other components. It is adaptable to most open-center systems with constant flow supply and closed-center systems with load feedback. The design maintains the lowest pressure under load feedback and stays at the neutral position during unloading, thus meeting the requirements for steering. The steering controller is based on proportional-integral-derivative (PID) running on a 51-microcontroller-unit master control chip. An experimental platform is developed to establish the basic characteristics of the system subject to stepwise inputs and sinusoidal tracking. Test results show that the system design demonstrates excellent control accuracy, fast response, and negligible leak during long operation periods.  相似文献
