Gd2O3:Er nanoparticles were prepared by a simple sol-gel method, The structure properties ot Gd2O3:Er were studied by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The visible up-converted luminescence spectra of Er^3 were investigated under excitation to ^4I9/2 level by 785nm laser. Laser power, Er^3 ion concentration and temperature dependences of the upconverted emissions were investigated to understand the upconversion mechanisms. Excited state absorption and energy transfer process are discussed as the possible mechanisms for the upconversion.  相似文献

Gold nanoparticles dispersed Y2O3 films were prepared through a sol-gel method by using yttrium acetate and Au nanoparticles colloid as precursors. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-VIS absorption spectra. XRD patterns and TEM images of Y2O3 + Au films give the same resuits on structure and particle size as that of pure Y2O3 films. The surface plasma resonance (SPR) of Au nanoparticles in Y2O3 + Au film was observed around 550 nm in the absorption spectrum and its position shifts to red with increasing annealing temperature is caused by the increase of dielectric constant of Y2O3 matrix and the size of Au nanoparticles. The second and third order nonlinear optical effects of Y2O3 + Au films were also observed. The photoluminescent properties of Y2O3 : Eu + Au films were investigated and results indicate that there exist an energy transfer from Eu^3 + to Au nanoparticles and this energy transfer decreases the emission of Eu^3 + in Y2O3 : Eu + Au film.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了PDP用荧光粉LT-GdBO3:Eu,并用常规的手段,包括XRD,拉曼散射谱,发光光谱等研究了它的晶体结构和光谱性质,利用染料激光系统,选择激光荧光粉中不同格位上的Eu3 的5D0能级,得到了对应于不同格位的两套发射谱,并根据发射谱分析了Eu^3 的格位对称性,以及对这两种格位之间的能量传递过程产生影响的一些因素,在1000-1100度之间,发生了LT-GdBO3向另一种Vaterite结构的GdBO3的相轩9变,相变的过程伴随着因GdBO3晶体结构发生重排而引起的热吸收,荧光粉LT-GdBO3:Eu有很高的亮度,同时其猝灭浓度高达20mol%。  相似文献

Tb3+ and Yb3+ codoped Lu2O3 nanophosphors were synthesized by the reverse-strike co-precipitation method. The obtained Lu2O3:Tb3+,Yb3+ nanophosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. The XRD results showed that all the prepared nanophosphors could be readily indexed to pure cubic phase of Lu2O3 and indicated good crystallinity. The Tb3+→Yb3+ energy transfer mechanisms in the UV-blue region in Lu2O3 nanophosphors were investigated. The experimental results showed that the strong visible emission around 543 nm from Tb3+ (5D4→7F5) and near-infrared (NIR) emission around 973 nm from Yb3+ (2F5/2→2F7/2) of Lu2O3:Tb3+,Yb3+ nanophosphors were observed under ultraviolet light excitation, respectively. Tb3+ could be effectively excited up to its 4f75d1 state and relaxed down to the 5D4 level, from which the energy was transferred cooperatively to two neighboring Yb3+. The Yb3+ concentration dependent luminescent properties and lifetimes of both the visible and NIR emissions were also studied. The lifetime of the visible emission decreased with the increase of Yb3+ concentration, verifying the efficient energy transfer from the Tb3+ to the Yb3+. Cooperative energy transfer (CET) from Tb3+ to Yb3+ was discussed as a possible mechanism for the near-infrared emission. When doped concentrations were 1 mol.% Tb3+ and 2 mol.% Yb3+, the intensity of NIR emission was the strongest.  相似文献

The ab initio self-consistent DV-Xα (discrete variational Xα) method was used in its relativistic and spin-polarized model to investigate the ground-state electronic structures of the crystal YPO4 and YPO4:RE3 (RE=Ce, Pr and Sm) and f-d transition energies of the lattice. The calculation was performed on the clusters Y5P10O32 and REY4P10O32 embedded in a microcrystal containing about 1500 ions, respectively. The ground-state calculation provided the locations of the 4f and 5d crystal-field one-electron levels of RE3 relative to the valence and conduction bands of host, the curve of total and the partial density of states, and the corresponding occupation numbers, etc. Especially, the transition-state calculation was performed to obtain the 4f→5d transition energies of RE3 in comparison to the experimental observations. The lattice relaxation caused by the dopant ion RE3 was discussed based on the total energy calculation and the transition-state calculation of the f-d transition energies.  相似文献
