对聚碳酸酯的冲击力学性能进行研究,分析其破坏和防护机理,并对防暴性能进行研究。结果表明:聚碳酸酯的压缩应力-应变曲线分为弹性区和屈服区;聚碳酸酯表现出明显的应变率强化效应,其压缩强度和吸能能力随着应变率的增加而增大;低温条件下聚碳酸酯冲击韧性大幅下降,出现脆性断裂,防暴能力有所下降;聚碳酸酯的冲击韧性较好,在受到冲击时可以发生变形并吸收冲击能量,且冲击失效应变较大,因此可以很好地应用在防暴领域。 相似文献
