The need for keeping the package at acceptable temperatures has become a critical issue in recent years. To aid in the cooling of their modules, many electronics manufacturers have implemented the use of heat sinks. Thermal interfaces placed between the package and the heat sink to aid in heat dissipation have become increasingly more important and the demands on these interfaces have increased significantly. The synthesized polyaniline (PANI) is doped with different concentrations of Samarium(III) chloride (SmCl3). The electrical conductivity of doped PANI samples has been measured in the temperature range (300–400K). It has been found that dc conductivity increases with the increase of dopant concentration. Different parameters, based on the conductivity, such as pre‐exponential factor (σ0) and activation energy (ΔE) have also been calculated. These parameters exhibit information about the nature and suitability of the dopant. Doped samples are characterized by FTIR and photoluminescence studies, which show the interaction of dopant with PANI. Two sharp peaks of different intensities from PL spectra at 388 and 604nm have appeared in doped PANI, which might be due to the effect of SmCl3. The 2,7,12,17-tetra-tert-butyl 5,10,15,20-tetraaza-21,23H-porphine (TTBTP) films were prepared using thermal evaporation technique. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) of the powder showed that TTBTP is polycrystalline with a tetragonal system. Also, the analysis of XRD pattern shows that the TTBTP film of thickness 55 nm has a crystallite size of 24.69 nm which tends to increase with the film thickness. By SEM of 177 nm thick TTBTP film, the topography of the surface is characterized by significant spherical granules. The mean diameter was estimated to be 250 nm for the spherical granules. It was observed that the conductivity increases with increasing the film thickness. Also, the TTBTP is a semiconductor film with thermally activated conduction mechanisms. The current–density–voltage (JV) characteristics showed Ohmic drives in low voltage, whereas the space charge limited conductivity mechanism is familiar in the high voltage region. The carrier mobility values of TTBTP film are relatively the same for other organic molecules. The 50 nm TTBTP film has a carrier mobility of 1.48?×?10??9 cm2 V??1 s??1, which increases with increasing the film thickness.

The current study described the synthesis and the in vivo acute oral toxicity evaluations in Sprague Dawley rats. The compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, LC-MS, FTIR, (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR and UV-visible spectroscopy. In the acute toxicity study, a single administration of the compounds was performed orally to the rats at the single doses of 2000 mg/kg and they were then monitored for possible side effects, mortality or behavioral changes up to 14 days. The serum level of aspartate (AST), alanine aminotransferases (ALT), alkaline phosphate (ALP), triglyceride, high density lipoprotein (HDL), immunoglobulins (GAM) and the C-reactive proteins did not significantly change. The hematological indices white blood cells (WBC), haematocrit (HCT), red blood cells (RBC), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (MCHC), and mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) were within the normal range. The renal function indices examined were also within the reference range. Generally, the compounds exhibited low toxic effects as required for further in vivo therapeutic studies.  相似文献

Permeabilities of cast films of methylmethacrylate-co-methacrylic acid (MMA—MAA) and its 5% neutralized Na1+, CS1+, Zn2+, Ba2+, and Al3+ ionomers for urea, sodium chloride, and creatinine were determined using a double (donor and acceptor) compartment cell. Film permeability was increased as the ionic potential decreased and it was more marked with urea as compared with sodium chloride and creatinine. Tensile properties of the above samples were also tested and variations in Young's Moduli were based on the effect of type of aggregates produced by the cations in the matrix of the copolymer. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The main aim of this research is to propose a conceptual model that explains the factors that can predict behavioral intention to use smartphones and the actual use of smartphones by young Arab consumers in three Arab countries: Iraq, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). The findings indicate that the proposed extended model fits well in the three countries. The research provides information that can help policymakers and mobile companies.  相似文献
