Optical properties of evaporated Ge20Se80−x Tl x thin films

Chalcogenide glasses with composition Ge₂₀Se_80–x Tl _x (x=10, 15, 20, 25, 35%) have been prepared by the usual melt-quenching technique. Thin films of the mentioned compositions have been prepared by the electron beam evaporation. In addition, another set taken from the composition ofX=30 at % with different thicknesses (d=14.7, 30.0, 56.5, 70.0, 101.0, 180.0 nm) have been taken into consideration. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed the amorphous nature of the prepared films. It was found that, in contrast to the optical gap (E _op), both the extent of the band tailing (B), and the band gap (E _e) increase with increasing thallium content. In other side,E _op showed thickness independency. The refractive index (n) showed obvious dependence on both composition and thickness also on the energy of the incident radiation.

Investigation on Three Types of Residues in Phase-unwrapping

In phase unwrapping, how to control the residues and cut-lines is critical to unwrap ill-state wrapped phase map successfully. Some new concepts in phase unwrapping field are proposed. Firstly, the residues in three types, I.e., singular residues, normal residues and virtual residues, are classified, which leads to some rational unwrapping paths. Secondly, some differences between cut-line and curved-line are analyzed. And finally, experiment is carried out to compare our new enhanced Goldstein algorithm with the original Goldstein algorithm.     

Pu(OH)4(am)与碳酸根的配位行为研究

为了解在惰气环境Pu(OH)_4(am)与碳酸盐溶液中HCO^-₃，CO^2-₃的配位行为，考察了放置时间对Pu总浓度的影响；同时也考察了pH值、碳酸根总浓度变化对碳酸盐溶液中Pu的主要存在形态及溶解总浓度的影响。实验结果表明，HCO^-₃离子与Pu(OH)_4(am)生成[Pu(OH)₄(HCO₃)₂]^2-（lg K=-2.61±0.18, lgβ=54.25±0.18）或[Pu(OH)₂(CO₃)₂]^2-（lgK=-2.61±0.18, lgβ=46.91±0.18）；CO^2-₃离子与Pu(OH)_4(am）生成[Pu(OH)₄(CO₃)₂]^4-（lgK=-3.52±0.11, lgβ=53.33±0.11）。可能的配位反应方程式为： Pu(OH)_4(am)+2HCO^-₃ = [Pu(OH)₄(HCO₃)₂]^2-, Pu(OH)_4(am)+2HCO^-₃ =[Pu(OH)₂(CO₃)₂]^2-+2H₂O, Pu(OH)_4(am)+2CO^2-₃=[Pu(OH)₄(CO₃)₂]^4-。     

原位TiCp/Fe复合材料的切削力及切屑形状

从退火态原位TiCp／Fe复合材料的切削力和切屑形状方面分析了其切削性能。研究结果表明其切削力及切削力的波动范围都小于铸态45钢，其切削性能比45钢好。TiCp／Fe复合材料的切屑为C形屑、长紧卷屑和发条状卷屑，在机加工中，产生这几种切屑是比较理想的。从切屑方面看，TiCp／Fe复合材料的切削性能较好。
