Experiments were conducted to evaluate the microstructural evolution in a commercial Al-0.6 % Mg-0.4 % Si alloy processed using high-pressure torsion for up to 20 turns. Disks of the alloy were tested in two different conditions: in a solution-treated condition and after a short aging treatment at 523 K. The results show that HPT processing introduces significant grain refinement through HPT processing including a reduction in grain size from ~150 μm to ~720 nm in 1 turn of HPT. The final grain size in this alloy was ~250 nm after 20 turns. Some tensile tests were conducted to evaluate the mechanical properties of the alloy at the solution treatment temperature. The results from these tests show that aging at 523 K leads to a small increase in ductility for all tensile samples with a maximum recorded elongation of ~230 %.  相似文献

This research has determined oil, fatty acid and sterol contents of the Tunisian Pistacialentiscus (Lentisc) fruits during maturation. Low oil accumulation was observed during the first 35 days after the fruiting (DAF) date (from 1.83% to 2.57%). After that, two phases were distinguished (35th until the 60th and 105th to the 145th DAF), where the rate of oil accumulation increased significantly. At the last stage of maturation, the lentisc fruits had the highest percentage of lipid content, 42.54%. The changing profile of fatty acids during maturation had been marked mainly by an increase in oleic acid content (from 19.49% to 50.72%) paralleling a decrease in linoleic acid content (from 42.5% to 21.75%). At the 15th DAF, the alpha-linolenic acid was found with a maximum of 13.81%. At full maturity, the main fatty acids were oleic acid, followed by palmitic and linoleic acid. Other fatty acids were present in trace proportions, such as palmitoleic, stearic, linolenic, gadoleic and arachidic acid. In all stages of ripening only four sterols were identified and quantified. β-Sitosterol was the major 4-desmethylsterol in samples tested, followed by campesterol. Cholesterol and stigmasterol were detected in trace amounts. During the first stage of ripening, the amount of total sterols was about 5.19/100 g of oil. It decreased to 0.43/100 g in the last stage. Sitosterol and campesterol showed nearly the same profile during the ripening of P. lentiscus fruit which could be linked to the relation between these compounds during their biosynthesis.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to compare the performance of 7 meta-heuristics algorithms namely: Dragonfly (DA), Ant Lion (ALO), Grey Wolf (GWO), Artificial Bee Colony (ABC), Particle Swarm (PSO), Whale (WAO), and a hybrid Particle Swarm with Grey Wolf (HPSOGWO) optimizers in terms of fine-tuning hyper-parameters of a hybrid quantitative structure property relationships (QSPR)-support vector regression (SVR) for the prediction of molar fraction solubilities of drug compounds in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2). A dataset of 168 drug compounds, 13 inputs, and 4490 experimental data points was used to achieve the goal. All 7 models were statistically and graphically approved while the HPSOGWO-SVR was found to over-perform with an average absolute relative deviation (AARD) of 0.706% and an AIC of −14,434,249. The model was subjected to an external test (validation) using 160 experimental data points that were not used in the training and the test set. The overall results proved that the obtained model has good predictivity ability and robustness.  相似文献

The impact of the chemical structure and molecular order on the charge transport properties of two donor–acceptor copolymers in their neutral and doped states is investigated. Both polymers comprise 3,7‐bis((E)‐7‐fluoro‐1‐(2‐octyl‐dodecyl)‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐ylidene)‐3,7‐dihydrobenzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]difuran‐2,6‐dione (FBDOPV) as electron‐accepting unit, copolymerized with 9,9‐dioctyl‐fluorene (P(FBDOPV‐F)) or with 3‐dodecyl‐2,2′‐bithiophene (P(FBDOPV‐2T‐C12)). These copolymers possess an amorphous and semi‐crystalline nature, respectively, and exhibit remarkable electron mobilities of 0.065 and 0.25 cm2 V–1 s–1 in field effect transistors. However, after chemical n‐doping with 4‐(1,3‐dimethyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐benzoimidazol‐2‐yl)phenyl)dimethylamine (N‐DMBI), electrical conductivities four orders of magnitude higher can be achieved for P(FBDOPV‐2T‐C12) (σ = 0.042 S cm?1). More charge‐transfer complexes are formed between P(FBDOPV‐F) and N‐DMBI, but the highly localized polaronic states poorly contribute to the charge transport. Doped P(FBDOPV‐2T‐C12) exhibits a negative Seebeck coefficient of –265 µV K?1 and a thermoelectric power factor (PF) of 0.30 µW m?1 K?2 at 303 K which increases to 0.72 µW m?1 K?2 at 388 K. The in‐plane thermal conductivity (κ|| = 0.53 W m?1 K?1) on the same micrometer‐thick solution‐processed film is measured, resulting in a figure of merit (ZT) of 5.0 × 10?4 at 388 K. The results provide important design guidelines to improve the doping efficiency and thermoelectric properties of n‐type organic semiconductors.  相似文献

In the present paper, a new trigonometric two-variable shear deformation beam nonlocal strain gradient theory is developed and applied to investigate the combined effects of nonlocal stress and strain gradient on the bending, buckling and free vibration analysis of nanobeams. The model introduces a nonlocal stress field parameter and a length scale parameter to capture the size effect. The governing equations derived are solved employing finite element method using a 3-nodes beam element, developed for this purpose. The predictive capability of the proposed model is shown through illustrative examples for bending, buckling and free vibration of nanobeams. Comparisons with other higher-order shear deformation beam theory are also performed to validate its numerical implementation and assess its accuracy within the nonlocal context.

A comparative control study for a maximum power tracking strategy of variable speed wind turbine is provided. The system consists of a direct drive permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) and an uncontrolled rectifier followed by a DC/DC switch‐mode step down converter connected to a DC load. The buck converter is used to catch the maximum power from the wind by generating an efficient duty cycle. Distinct Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithms are analyzed and compared: a classical Proportional‐Integral controller (PI) and two based Fuzzy Logic Controllers (FLC), including a conventional Fuzzy‐PI and an Adaptive FLC‐PI. The main aim of the presented study is to develop an advanced control scheme for wind generators to ensure a high level operating of the system and a maximum power extraction from the wind. This is achieved by analyzing the behavior of the system under fluctuating wind conditions employing Matlab Simpower Systems tool. Simulation results confirm that the Adaptive FLC‐PI controller algorithm has better performances in terms of dynamic response and efficiency especially in comparison with the ones of a PI controller under variable wind speed.  相似文献

Maillard reaction (MR) was studied in aqueous model systems containing gelatin and sodium alginate, which were heat treated for different pH (7, 8, 9, 10 and 11) at three temperatures (70, 80 and 90 °C). Some indicators were used to evaluate this reaction:degree of crosslinking, release of gelatin, free amino groups and browning intensities. The results indicated that alginate/gelatin crosslinked by MR showed an increase of degree of crosslinking as the pH and temperatures were increasing while release of gelatin decreased. Furthermore, samples prepared at a high temperature exhibited stronger browning intensity owing to the formation of Maillard reaction products (MRPs). The obtained materials were analyzed by FTIR and XRD. The antioxidant ability by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging and power reducing, as well as the anti-inflammatory activity were investigated.  相似文献
