The origin and the generation mechanism of ion implantation-induced dislocations is investigated with an Si/sub 3/N/sub 4/ band line/space pattern. The Si/sub 3/N/sub 4/ film-edge stress not only causes dislocation propagation but also causes the formation and deformation of extended dislocations at the initial stage of annealing. The behavior is clarified that the dislocation loops are deformed into pattern-edge dislocation half loops, which accumulate at the film edge and are punched out from the edge.  相似文献

The effect of He ion irradiation on the pinning potential in EuBa2Cu3O y , thin film was investigated by measuring the temperature dependence of resistivity in magnetic fields. The pinning potential decreased as the ion fluence increased. A slower decrease of pinning potential was observed in higher magnetic field in the fluence region <3.5×1015 cm–2.  相似文献

Ethylene thiourea (ETU) was administered once orally to pregnant rats on gestation day 12 at a dose of 200 mg/kg, and its concentration-time courses in the maternal plasma, amniotic fluid and embryos were investigated. The ETU concentrations in the maternal plasma and amniotic fluid reached the peak level about 2 hr after dosing, then declined gradually and had disappeared by 48 hr. In embryos, the concentration of ETU peaked at 30 min after dosing and disappeared at 48 hr. The prolonged exposure of the embryos to the high concentration of ETU in the amniotic fluid could be partially responsible for the teratogenic effect of ETU.  相似文献

The crystal structure and hydrogenation properties of Pr2Co7 with a Ce2Ni7-type structure were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and observation of the pressure–composition (PC) isotherms. The reversible hydrogen capacity reached 0.8 H/M, and two plateaus were observed in the absorption–desorption process. The two observed hydride phases, Pr2Co7H2.7 and Pr2Co7H7.2, were determined to have hexagonal (space group: P63/mmc) and orthorhombic (space group: Pbcn) crystal structures, respectively. The crystal structure transformed in the order of hexagonal with a Ce2Ni7-type structure (original alloy) → same Ce2Ni7-type structure (Pr2Co7H2.7) → orthorhombic (Pr2Co7H7.2). The crystal lattice of the Pr2Co7H2.7 underwent anisotropic expansion along the c-axis of the original alloy, whereas that of Pr2Co7H7.2 exhibited isotropic expansion. The full width at half maximum (FWHM) values for the original alloy and hydride phases during the hydrogen absorption–desorption process were evaluated based on the XRD data. The FWHM values for the main peaks decreased as the hydrogen content increased during the absorption process, indicating that the number of lattice defects did not increase upon hydrogenation. The plateau pressures during the absorption process of the second cycle were the same as those of the first cycle, which also suggests that there were no lattice defects.  相似文献

We developed a sample holder for in situ measurement of hydrogen absorbing alloy. In order to prevent the hydrogen absorption by vanadium, copper is coated with 2 μm thickness on inner surface of the vanadium holder. The effect of copper coating and the performance of the holder were evaluated by neutron diffraction and PDF profiles. The lattice parameters a and c of La2Ni7 with Ce2Ni7-type structure were refined as 0.505921(4) and 2.468608(4) nm by Rietveld analysis. The Cu-Cu correlation peak around r = 0.255 nm was not observed in the PDF profile. Thus the holder is useful for in situ measurement of hydrogen absorbing alloy. The diffraction and PDF profiles of La2Ni7Dx (0 < x < 10.5) were collected using a deuterium pressure of 3.7 MPa, and the changes of crystal and local structures were clearly observed.  相似文献

The crystal structure and hydrogenation properties of Ce2Ni7-type Gd2Ni7 were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the hydrogen pressure–composition (PC) isotherm. Ce2Ni7-type Gd2Ni7 was obtained by annealing at 1523 K for 12 h and quenching in ice water. Two superlattice reflections (002 and 004) of the Ce2Ni7-type were clearly observed at 2θ = 7.3° and 14.6° in the XRD profile. The refined lattice parameters were a = 0.49662(9) nm and c = 2.4255(3) nm, respectively. Two plateaus were clearly observed during the absorption–desorption process in the PC isotherm. The first and second plateaus were at 0.015 and 0.13 MPa, respectively, in the first desorption. The maximum hydrogen capacity reached was 1.13 H/M. The enthalpy and entropy were calculated as −20 kJ/mol H2 and −80 J/mol H2 K, respectively, from the van’t Hoff plot. After the PC isotherm, the GdNi5 cell expanded by 2.15%, but the Gd2Ni4 cell shrank by 2.83%.  相似文献

Oxygen permeability of commercial calcia-stabilized zirconia has been measured at 1673 to 1823 K by the following cell; O2 ZrO2(CaO) N2 - O2 (P’tO2 = 1 atm) solid electrolyte (P″O2 = 0.39 - 1010-3 atm). Oxygen permeability of calcia-stabilized zirconia is proportional to (1 - P″O2 1/4). From the permeability measurement, the conduction properties of the electrolyte were log σ- b+ = 0.28- 5100/T and logPb+ =-0.87 + 15,400/T where σ- b+ is the t-@#@ type electronic conductivity at PO 2 = 1 atm, and Pb+ is the oxygen activity at which the t-@#@ type electronic conductivity and the ionic conductivity are equal.  相似文献

We developed the world's smallest‐profile 32‐in. HDTV PDP. By improving the luminous efficiency, a luminance of 650 cd/m2 and power consumption (discharge and driving circuit) of 200 W or less was achieved. Moreover, incorporating an advanced color compensating (ACC) filter improved the PDP's color‐reproduction capability, better than that of CRTs.  相似文献
