为了减少因驾驶员的生理和心理健康状况变化引发的交通事故,实现对驾驶员健康状态的自动监测和实时优化,提出以控制论的基本理论为基础的驾驶员健康状态闭环反馈系统框架.首先基于驾驶员日志建立个性化健康模型;然后结合各种传感器实时采集的驾驶员、车辆和道路环境等多模态数据,对驾驶员当前健康状态进行估计;最后针对预设健康目标,为驾驶员提供可执行的行为建议,实现对驾驶员健康状态的导航优化.在最关键的实时监测环节,提出基于注意力的卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network, CNN)-长短期记忆网络(long short term memory, LSTM)的多模态融合模型,实现对驾驶员压力、情绪和疲劳3个方面的健康状态估计.在私有数据集和公开数据集上分别开展的实验验证均获得高于90%的检测准确率.实验结果表明,提出的模型和方法可以实时准确监测驾驶员的压力、情绪和疲劳状态,为实现驾驶员的个性化健康导航系统提供有力支撑.  相似文献

In previous work, we introduced a dynamic range compression-based technique for image correction using nonlinear deconvolution; the impulse response of the distortion function and the distorted image are jointly transformed to pump a clean reference beam in a photorefractive two-beam coupling arrangement. The Fourier transform of the pumped reference beam contains the deconvolved image and its conjugate. Here we extend our work to spectrally variable dynamic range compression. This approach allows the retrieval of distorted signals embedded in a very high noise environment and does not require one to work with a very high beam ratio as in our previous work. Resolution recovery of blurred noisy images is demonstrated for several different types of image blur.  相似文献

In this study, Chitosan/Al2O3/Fe3O4 core‐shell composite microsphere (CAMF) was used as an effective sorbent with high adsorption capacity for the removal of anionic azo dye model from aqueous solution. The obtained composite was characterized by XRD, SEM, EDX, and BET analysis. The results showed the high methyl orange (MO) adsorption in a wide pH range of 4–10 and the optimum adsorbent dosage was obtained 0.6 g L?1. It is indicated that the equilibrium data followed the Langmuir isotherm model and the adsorption kinetic was well fitted with pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model. Also, the adsorption kinetic was controlled by the film diffusion and intra‐particle diffusion, simultaneously. It is revealed that by increasing the particle size from <0.1 μm to ~0.4 μm, the adsorption capacity did not change, significantly. The adsorption capacity of MO on CAMF was predicted by multilayer perceptron (MLP) neural network at different initial MO concentration, in which the predictions of MLP model had very good agreement with experimental data. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Alcohol alkoxylate was prepared via propoxylation of an industrial alcohol ethoxylate. The chemical structure of the prepared compound was confirmed using FT-IR and the physical properties were evaluated by the usual methods according to ASTM. The surface properties of the aqueous solution of alcohol alkoxylate were determined with or without addition of a cationic surfactant in comparison to the corresponding alcohol ethoxylate. The measured parameters were surface tension, CMC, maximum surface excess, minimum surface area and the interaction parameter (β). These data indicate that surface properties changed due to the attractive complex formation in the mixed system.  相似文献

Novel compounds incorporating a pentacycloundecane (PCU) diol moiety were designed, synthesized, and evaluated as inhibitors of the wild-type C-South African (C-SA) HIV-1 protease. Seven compounds are reported herein, three of which displayed IC(50) values in the 0.5-0.6 μM range. The cytotoxicity of PCU cage peptides toward human MT-4 cells appears to be several orders of magnitude less toxic than the current antiviral medications ritonavir and lopinavir. NMR studies based on the observed through-space (1)H,(1)H distances/contacts in the EASY-ROESY spectra of three of the considered PCU peptide inhibitors enabled us to describe their secondary solution structure. Conserved hydrogen bonding interactions were observed between the hydroxy group of the PCU diol inhibitors and the catalytic triad (Asp25, Ile26, Gly27) of HIV protease in docking and molecular dynamics simulations. The biological significance and possible mode of inhibition by PCU-based HIV protease inhibitors discussed herein facilitates a deeper understanding of this family of inhibitors and their potential application to a vast number of alternative diseases related to proteases.  相似文献

The effect of three fat replacers (xanthan gum, Reihan seed gum, and Balangu seed gum) and two sweeteners (sucrose and isomalt) on time-dependent rheological properties of low-calorie pistachio butter were analyzed using response surface methodology. The steady shear behavior of all samples was shear thinning (n = 0.156–0.6175), and power law model was fitted the upward and downward curves properly (R 2 = 0.847–0.998). Balangu seed gum (0.01–0.04 wt.%), Reihan seed gum (0.01–0.023 wt.%), xanthan gum (0.06–0.1 wt.%), isomalt (0–1 wt.%), and sucrose (0.25–1 wt.%) were the levels investigated. A central composite design was used to develop models for the responses. The obtained experimental data were fitted to a second-order polynomial equation and also analyzed by appropriate statistical methods. In most cases, increasing the sweetener level led to a significant decrease in consistency coefficients. However, the effect on the flow behavior index was not significant. The effect of gum concentration on the rheological parameters was not significant (p ≤ 0.1), except for formulas prepared using Balangu seed gum. All formulas studied were stable on shelf.  相似文献

Chemical (pH 3.3, 70 °C, 85 °C; pH 12, 70 °C, 85 °C) and biochemical (Alcalase, Protamex, Neutrase, Flavourzyme, and Trypsin) hydrolysis of Persian sturgeon (Acipenser persicus) visceral protein was investigated. The results of this study revealed that there are significant differences between enzymes in terms of degree of hydrolysis (DH%; P < 0.05). Alcalase-hydrolyzed fish protein had the highest DH% (50.13%), and Trypsin-hydrolyzed fish protein had the minimum DH% (14.21%). The highest DH% in chemical hydrolysis was related to pH 3.3 at 85 °C (68.87%). The highest protein recovery (83.64%) and protein content (73.34) were related to enzymatic hydrolysis by Alcalase. The results of current study showed the significant effect of hydrolysis conditions on fish protein hydrolysate properties. Microbial enzymes could produce fish hydrolysates with higher degree of hydrolysis when compared to animal enzyme. Also, in chemical hydrolysis it is clear that hydrolysis at the lower pH and at higher temperature causes to more protein recovery and degree of hydrolysis.  相似文献

In this research work, dyeability of polypropylene (PP) fabrics due to laser irradiation was studied. The laser intensities used during the experiments were 3, 3.8, 4.2, and 4.8?W?cm?2. The morphology of the modified surfaces was investigated using scanning electron microscopy. Also, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to examine the functional groups of the corresponding samples. For the dyeing process, aqueous solutions, containing 3.0?wt.% of the Astrazon Red Violet 3RN (CI Basic Violet 16) dye, were employed. For comparing the amount of fabrics dye exhaustion, reflective spectrophotometer was used. Also, light and wash fastnesses of dyed samples were measured. The results show a significant increase in the color depth upon dyeing after treating PP fabrics with CO2 laser.  相似文献

Silver sulfadiazine (SSD) is a highly insoluble drug in water with a significant antibacterial activity. Supramolecular nanocontainers of cyclodextrins (β-CD or HPβ-CD)/SSD were prepared by inclusion complex (IC) forming between CDs and SSD at various conditions. Solubility, bioavailability and in vitro dissolution of obtaining SSD were investigated and the results showed of SSD in CDs that solubility improved and its release is controllable by encapsulation cavity. Electro-spun nanofibers of PVA containing SSD/CDs inclusion complex showed significant antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, which are related to SSD  相似文献
