高炮火控系统滤波器的设计

对目前高炮火力控制系统目标滤波与预测进行了分析与研究．在此基础上结合工程实际设计了一种α-β滤波器．该滤波器的原理是把在连续系统中频率域的要求和在离散系统中Z域的要求转换成时域中在典型信号激励下的时间响应的特征值的要求．从而在时间域中以特征值的要求进行综合．再把综合的结果转换回Z域中．最终得到所确定的α-β滤波器．文中给出了α-β滤波器的Z传递函数．分析了α-β滤波器参数的确定．对α-β滤波器的静态误差进行了研究．对设计方案进行了计算机仿真和实际应用．     

Morphology and properties of poly[2‐methoxy‐5‐(2′‐ethyl‐hexyloxy)‐para‐phenylene vinylene]/silica nanoparticle hybrid films

Poly[2‐methoxy‐5‐(2′‐ethyl‐hexyloxy)‐para‐phenylene vinylene] (MEH‐PPV)/silica nanoparticle hybrid films were prepared and characterised. Three kinds of materials were compared: parent MEH‐PPV, MEH‐PPV/silica (hybrid A films), and MEH‐PPV/coupling agent MSMA/silica (hybrid B films), in which MSMA is 3‐(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate. It was found that the hybrid B films could significantly prevent macrophase separation, as evidenced by scanning electron and fluorescence microscopy. Furthermore, the thermal characteristics of the hybrid films were largely improved in comparison with the parent MEH‐PPV. The UV‐visible absorption spectra suggested that the incorporation of MSMA‐modified silica into MEH‐PPV could confine the polymer chain between nanoparticles and thus increase the conjugation length. The photoluminescence (PL) studies also indicated enhancement of the PL intensity and quantum efficiency by incorporating just 2 wt% of MSMA‐modified silica into MEH‐PPV. However, hybrid A films did not show such enhancement of optoelectronic properties as the hybrid B films. The present study suggests the importance of the interface between the luminescent organic polymers and the inorganic silica on morphology and optoelectronic properties. Effects of contact shape on biological wet adhesion

Wet adhesion is widely adopted in biological adhesion systems in nature. Wet adhesion is studied in this paper with the focus on the effect of different contact shapes (flat, concave, convex, and ring-like) on the adhesion force. The evolution of the liquid bridge between a fiber tip and substrate during the detaching process shows two transition points. The first transition from the radius-controlled to the contact-angle controlled process is critical to influence the strength and robustness of adhesion. We show that a concave shape is more effective than a flat one, while a convex shape has no advantage. A ring-like contact shape has advantages in a hydrophobic environment and on a rough surface.     

提高小样试织质量的措施

介绍了纺织品小样试织时，为了提高试织质量在经纬纱准备及织造工序时所采取的一些措施。     

高柔韧性尼龙1010材料的制备

对尼龙1010/NBR/增塑剂体系进行了系统研究,发现在挤出机中环氧扩链剂可以对尼龙进行扩链反应,且环氧树脂对尼龙1010的扩链反应活性较高,扩链效果比较明显;N-丁基苯磺酰胺是尼龙的良好增塑剂,经增塑、增韧后可以使经扩链后的尼龙1010柔韧性有明显提高.采用SEM和TEM对所制备的材料进行了形貌分析,发现用NBR增韧尼龙,对于不同的基体材料,橡胶粒子的形貌有很大不同,粒子由增韧纯尼龙的椭球形变为在增塑尼龙基体中不规则的形状.     

生态平衡的伦理学意蕴解读

20世纪以来，人类采用技术工程治理、法律制裁和经济惩罚等措施，一定意义上改善了局部的生态环境，但是未能遏制住全球环境问题的恶化态势。生态危机的根本解决，关键在于人类自身必须进行深刻的利益观念和价值观念的变革。重新审视人与自然界的关系，对自然进行伦理关怀，寻求和建立以保护地球环境和人类生存与可持续发展的生态平衡理念。     

新疆油田微生物开采稠油技术研究及矿场试验

通过室内筛选复壮,选育出对克拉玛依稠油具有显著降粘作用的微生物菌种.室内降粘实验结果表明,菌种对稠油的降粘率可达70%,同时菌种可以改善稠油的流体性质.原油族组分分析结果表明,菌种能够降解稠油中的非烃和长链饱和烃.首次在克拉玛依油田进行了6口井的微生物吞吐开采稠油矿场试验,累计增油865t.

从全国及河南省铝工业的发展现状入手，分析了河南铝工业的优势及发展中存在的不足。阐述了发展河南铝工业应把握的几个主要问题，并提出了自己的建议和看法。     

公伯峡电站施工期混凝土面板温度应力研究

公伯峡水电站混凝土面板堆石坝施工，考虑影响面板温度场及温度应力的各项因素，按面板混凝土浇筑时有无表面保护两种工况，实时模拟面板的施工过程，对施工期面板的温度场和温度应力进行全过程仿真分析，获得了施工期混凝土面板温度场及温度应力的变化及分布规律。
