The original decision of permanent introduction of antibacterial means to tissues of brain at gunshot meningoencephalitis is offered. For antibacterial therapy the intra-aortal catheter with diameter of 2,5 mm (through a.femoralis) was introduced. After washing the catheter by solution of crystalloid with heparin the various combinations of preparations in 5% solution of glucose were introduced: cephalosporin--8 g/day; hentamicin and brumacilin--240 mg/day accordingly, amicacin--1500 mg/day. Speed of introduction--20-50 mg/h, total volume--500 ml. The catheter was in aorta not more than 10 days, maximum--14 days. A described technique was applied in Burdenko Main Military Clinical Hospital on 34 wounded in head. At computer tomography of brain of all wounded intracranially the splinters and bullets were revealed, clinically--meningoencephalitis. Foreign bodies have been extracted after cupping of clinical and laboratory signs of meningoencephalitis. The authors consider, that the technique is effective not only at wounds of brain, but also at suppurative meningoencephalitis of other etiology.  相似文献

In December 1991, an outbreak of Streptococcus bovis septicaemia occurred in a Belgian pigeon loft where 25 male and 25 female racing pigeons were housed. The main clinical signs included inability to fly and poor breeding results. None of the female pigeons and only one male pigeon was able to fly. Nine affected pigeons were necropsied. Histologically a tenosynovitis of the tendon of the deep pectoral muscle was observed in most of them and S bovis was isolated from the canalis triosseus or the shoulder joints of five of the nine pigeons. The pigeons were successfully treated with ampicillin administered in the drinking water for seven days.  相似文献

The fracture toughness of freight bogie solebars made of low-carbon 20GFL steel is studied in the normalized state and after volume–surface quenching (VSQ). The fracture strength is estimated using acoustic emission and the critical J integral. VSQ is shown to increase J c of the solebar material by a factor of ≈1.5, and its static strength is higher than that after normalization by ≈1.7 times.  相似文献

Thirteen mono- and three bisformazans containing one system of azahydrazone bonds have been synthesized, as well as mono- and binuclear complexes on their basis. The kinetic features of ethylene oligomerization in the presence of catalytic systems on the basis of AlEtCl2-activated Ni(II) formazanates differing in composition and structure have been studied. The structures of the mono- and binuclear complexes differ by substituents in the formazan ligand, which have an effect on the activity of the systems and the product composition. The catalytic activity of the binuclear complexes is several times below that of mononuclear Ni(II) formazanates.  相似文献

Functional capabilities of the scanning electrical-conductivity microscopy (SECM) in determining the electrical conductivity of nano-sized elements, studying the nanostructure of conductive coating materials, and evaluating the conductivity of nano-objects are described. A combined electrodynamic ion funnel and ion trap coupled to an orthogonal acceleration (oa)-time-of-flight mass spectrometer was developed and characterized. The ion trap was incorporated through the use of added terminal electrodynamic ion funnel electrodes enabling control over the axial dc gradient in the trap section. The ion trap operates efficiently at a pressure of approximately 1 Torr, and measurements indicate a maximum charge capacity of approximately 3 x 10(7) charges. An order of magnitude increase in sensitivity was observed in the analysis of low concentration peptides mixtures with orthogonal acceleration (oa)-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (oa-TOF MS) in the trapping mode as compared to the continuous regime. A signal increase in the trapping mode was accompanied by reduction in the chemical background, due to more efficient desolvation of, for example, solvent related clusters. Controlling the ion trap ejection time was found to result in efficient removal of singly charged species and improving signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) for the multiply charged analytes.  相似文献
