世界经济东移已成共识,20世纪是美国的世纪。21世纪是亚洲世纪。历史告诉我们:20世纪的标志性产业之一无疑是LSI。LSI是电子设备的心脏,正是它领导了电子工业的前进,当然地成了美国的重要战略产业。21世纪是视图时代,新世纪引领电子工业发展的是FPD,它是人与电子设备鲜活的界面,是提高和改善人类生活的重要一环,肯定是新世纪的标志性产业之一。事实证明,它已成为今天亚洲国家或地区的重要战略产业。
针对我国实际,作者2004年便提出了我国电子产业要由大变强,必需LSI与FPD“双业并举,共同发展”,不能再走先LSI后FPD的老路。为此,本刊不断发表文章,大力呼吁,愿智者垂听,愿读者赐教。[编者按] 相似文献

本文主要针对低压功率开关管的功耗进行了理论分析,并在此基础上分别对两种典型结构槽栅MOSFET和e-JFET在不同工作频率 下的功耗分布和总功耗进行了定量的仿真计算和对比。通过研究发现,在一定工作条件下,常闭型e-JFET比目前常用的沟槽栅型MOSFET仅开关功耗就降低约24%,总功耗则降低约30%,将其运用于CPU电源电路中的开关功率管的制造,在高频领域有着极好的应用前景。 相似文献

The stationary and time-resolved polariton radiation in ultrahigh quality AIGaAs layers have been studied. It has been found
that elastic exciton-exciton collisions lead to the appearance of a low-energy line of polariton radiation. We show that the
rate of exciton-to-polariton transitions caused by elastic exciton-exciton collisions is determined not only by the density
of the excitonic gas, but also by its temperature; this is in accordance with existing theoretical predictions.

Ag3Sn plates in Sn-Ag-Cu joints, especially when solidified in a relatively slow cooling rate, is one issue of concern. The implications
of large Ag3Sn plates on solder joint performance and several methods to control them have been discussed in previous studies. The minor
Zn addition was found to be effective in reducing the amount of undercooling required for tin solidification and thereby to
suppress the formation of large Ag3Sn plates. The Zn addition also caused the changes in the bulk microstructure as well as the interfacial reaction. In this
paper, an in-depth characterization of the interfacial reaction of Zn-added Sn-Ag-Cu solders on Cu and Au/Ni(P) surface finishes

The luminescence spectra controlled by excitons and intracenter 3d emission of Mn2+ ions are studied for a series of Zn1-x MnxTe/Zn0.59Mg0.41 Te quantum well (QW) structures that differ in manganese content and QW width. It is shown that the relative intensities of exciton emission of the QWs and barriers and the dependences of the intensities on the optical excitation level are controlled mainly by the manganese content in the QWs that affect the efficiency of excitons transfer of to the 3d shell of the Mn2+ ions. The effects of QW width and manganese content on the decay kinetics of the intracenter luminescence of the Mn2+ ions are studied. 相似文献

Photoemission of polarized electrons from heterostructures based on InAlGaAs/GaAs superlattices with minimum conduction-band offsets is investigated. The comparison of the excitation energy dependence of the photoemission polarization degree with the calculated spectra make it possible to determine the polarization losses at different stages of the photoemission. A maximum polarization of P = 91% and a quantum yield of 0.14% are close to the best results obtained for photocathodes on the basis of strained semiconductor superlattices. 相似文献

随着3G牌照发放日期的逐步临近,人们对第3代移动通信(3G)的认识也更加清晰.2G与3G将融合发展,平滑过渡.2G业务增长的数据显示,2G还有很大的发展空间,2G与3G的过渡将是一个长期的过程.3G将首先在一些热点地区、业务量大的地方优先使用,在开始的时候没有必要大规模铺网,只需采用一些拉远基站就可以解决这些地区的3G覆盖问题.文章从网络应用的角度论述了拉远基站在未来3G组网中的重要作用,分析了目前部署3G拉远基站可能存在的问题,对互联互通、站址和网管等问题的解决方法提出了建议. 相似文献

Military tactical network is one of the most important applications of ad hoc network. Currently the existing routing protocols are put forward based on the simple and universal network model which has the ability of multi-hop routing but cannot work efficiently in the special military applications. The narrow bandwidth and limited energy of the wireless network make general routing protocols seem to be more redundant. In order to satisfy military needs properly, this letter makes a detailed analysis of physical nodes and traffic distribution in military network, uses cross-layer design concept for reference, combines traffic characteristic of application layer with routing protocol design. It categorized routing problem as crucial routes and non-crucial routes which adopted separate maintenance methods. It not only realizes basic transmission function but also works efficiently.
