多关节测量臂是一种便携式的坐标测量设备,它由一系列的旋转关节组成。为了提高多关节测量臂的测量精度和可重复性水平,必须对其运动学参数进行校准。首先,利用小生境的混沌优化算法提出了一种新的运动学校准方法以及一种混合目标的运动学校准函数,它考虑了诸如单点测量实验、容积性测量实验等多种性能测量实验的实验结果,然后,采用Levenberg Marquardt(L-M)算法和小生境混沌优化算法应用于运动学参数校准。小生境混沌优化算法显示出了优于L-M算法的性能。实验结果表明:使用NCOA算法校准后,测量误差的标准差始终优于LMA算法,并且校准前后多关节测量臂的测量精度提高了40倍。采用L-M算法和小生境混沌优化算法应用于运动学参数校准。小生境混沌优化算法显示出了优于L-M算法的性能。  相似文献

Extraction of rice brain oil using supercritical carbon dioxide and propane   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Extraction of rice bran lipids was performed using supercritical carbon dioxide (SC−CO2) and liquid propane. To provide a basis for extraction efficiency, accelerated solvent extraction with hexane was performed at 100°C and 10.34 MPa. Extraction pressure was varied for propane and SC−CO2 extractions. Also, the role of temperature in SC−CO2 extraction efficiency was investigated at 45,65, and 85°C. For the SC−CO2 experiments, extraction efficiencies were proportional to pressure and inversely proportional to temperature, and the maximal yield of oil achieved using SC−CO2 was 0.222±0.013 kg of oil extracted per kg of rice bran for conditions of 45°C and 35 MPa. The maximal yield achieved with propane was 0.224±0.016 kg of oil per kg of rice bran at 0.76 MPa and ambient temperature. The maximum extraction efficiencies of both SC−CO2 and propane were found to be significantly different from the hexane extraction baseline yield, which was 0.261±0.005 kg oil extracted per kg of rice bran. A simulated economic analysis was performed on the possibility of using SC−CO2 and propane extraction technologies to remove oil from rice bran generated in Mississippi. Although the economic analysis was based on the maximal extraction efficiency for each technology, neither process resulted in a positive rate of return on investment.  相似文献

Self-assembled organic/inorganic hybrid materials were created via domain targeted sol-gel reactions of tetraethylorthosilicate in solution with sulfonated poly(styrene-b-[ethylene-co-butylene]-b-styrene) (sSEBS) copolymers. Dynamic mechanical analyses (DMA) of these hybrid materials suggest that the silicate component preferentially incorporates within the sulfonated polystyrene (PS) domains. An irreversible order-order transition (OOT) for unmodified SEBS, sSEBS, and the organic/inorganic hybrids was identified using DMA in shear mode. The OOT temperature increases with sulfonation as well as by adding a silicate phase by the sol-gel process. The DMA results imply a morphological shift with sulfonation, and reflect modified interactions within and between phases. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) indicated a shift from hexagonally packed cylinders in unmodified SEBS to a lamellar morphology in the sulfonated materials, but silicate incorporation did not affect the morphology or domain dimensions. The latter result is evidence for sol-gel polymerization templating in a self-assembly process. The phase-separated morphology is stable up to the degradation temperature of the polymer and thermogravimetric analysis revealed that the degradation temperature is unaffected by silicate incorporation. Small angle X-ray scattering data are in harmony with the structures revealed by AFM in terms of degree of order and scale of features. These results are largely rationalized in terms of chain mobility restrictions due to hydrogen-bonding interactions between different sulfonated PS blocks, an increase in the PS-ethylene/butylene block mixing parameter, increased interfacial surface tension and chain restrictions posed by inserted silicate nanostructures in the case of the hybrid materials.  相似文献

Sandtray therapy is a clinical tool for helping a client express and understand his or her unconscious dynamics. It utilizes a sandtray and anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand figurines in the room for the client to select from. These figurines cover a wide range of people, situations, and objects, from the most ordinary to the mythical. The client makes a story in the sand, which the client and therapist then discuss. It is standard therapeutic wisdom that one should not use techniques involving fantasy with psychotic clients since it is typically too hard for both them and the clinician to contain those fantasies in a healthy manner. Although this is very often true, the authors offer an example of how they were able to use sandtray to great therapeutic advantage with a schizophrenic client in the residual phase of schizophrenia. To examine the effects of recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) on hospital utilization, hospital costs, and Medicare reimbursements for hospital care, a longitudinal, matched cohort study was conducted using Medicare claims data of 23,806 Medicare-eligible, dialysis patients who received rHuEPO, did not have a transplant, and were alive for 18 mo or longer and 22,720 controls matched on age, sex, race, cause of ESRD, and dialysis modality. The relative odds (rHuEPO versus control) of admission for all causes and for specific causes over 9 mo, adjusted for admission in the prior 9 mo and the per patient change in total admissions, inpatient days, hospital costs, and Medicare hospital payments between the prior 9-mo period and the subsequent 9-mo period was examined. The adjusted relative odds (95% confidence interval) of admission (rHuEPO versus control) was: higher and statistically significant for all causes, 1.08 (1.03 to 1.14); seizure, 1.52 (1.28 to 1.75); vascular access revision, 1.11 (1.06 to 1.17), and heart failure, 1.17 (1.09 to 1.26); higher but not statistically significant for angina, 1.09 (0.99 to 1.20) and stroke, 1.08 (0.86 to 1.31); and lower but not statistically significant for myocardial infarction, 0.91 (0.72 to 1.10); peripheral vascular disease, 0.81 (0.60 to 1.02); anemia, 0.86 (0.56 to 1.17); and depression, 0.89 (0.37 to 1.40). The mean change per 1,000 patients in admissions was less by 38 (P = 0.03) because of fewer readmissions, and in days was 1,309 less (P < 0.001), for patients treated with rHuEPO versus controls. The mean change per patient in hospital costs was $371 less and was statistically significant (P = 0.03) and in Medicare hospital payments was $132 less but was not statistically significant (P = 0.43) for patients treated with rHuEPO versus controls. rHuEPO was associated with an increase in the probability of hospital admission (particularly admissions potentially related to adverse effects) but a decrease in readmissions, overall admissions, hospital days, and cost to hospitals in this cohort of patients surviving for 18 mo. Although not realized short term, Medicare savings from potential rHuEPO-related reductions in hospital care may be long term through future adjustments in diagnosis-related group-based hospital payment.  相似文献

The bright plumage of male ducks in sexually dichromatic species is thought to have evolved through intense sexual selection. This study examined the relationship between the timing and speed of moult into this bright plumage and subsequent mating success of male harlequin ducks, Histrionicus histrionicus. Males that moulted relatively slowly had a lower chance of establishing a pair bond than others. The timing of moult was unrelated to whether a male obtained a mate. Moult speed and timing were not correlated within individual males, but were significantly repeatable in individual males over 2 years. Moult speed probably reflects the condition of males, whereas timing of moult is more likely to be related to the distance to an individual's breeding area, which determines the timing of arrival to the moulting grounds. In waterfowl species that have been studied, males usually form dominance hierarchies before pairing and females tend to choose dominant males. We suggest that male harlequin ducks that moult slowly are poor-quality individuals, which are relegated to subordinate status and are unlikely to attract a mate the following autumn. The influence of high-frequency microstimulation (HFMS) of one of the hemispheres on the parameters of spontaneous gamma-oscillations in the neural network containing callosal cells of the motor cortex of both hemispheres. There were three modes in the background oscillation periods distribution, which corresponded to the frequencies 40-60, 70-100, and 100-200 Hz. These oscillation frequencies were also revealed after the HFMS in neural interactions of the cells, which were active before the HFMS; the frequency 40-60 Hz, which dominated before the HFMS, became even more pronounced. The same three groups of oscillation frequencies were found in the activity of cells which became active after the HFMS. The expression of oscillations, the number of oscillatory interactions, as well as the number of neuronal pairs with additional synchronization decreased after the HFMS, which suggests a decrease in synchronization. Taking into account the results of simulation experiments that the frequency of gamma-oscillations is determined by the strength of inhibitory and excitatory input, we suggest that the long-term posttetanic modifications in the efficacy of synaptic inputs of the neurons of both hemispheres underlie the observed posttetanic changes.  相似文献
