为了提高高相对分子质量的聚丙烯酰胺的抗温抗盐性能,利用自制的两亲表面活性单体与丙烯酰胺共聚合成了疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺并进行室内评价。结果表明,在高温、高盐、高钙条件下,合成的疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺具有良好的增粘性和较强的热稳定性;克服了疏水缔合型聚合物在盐水中溶解性差的问题,可用各种矿化度的盐水和油田产出污水配制;具有良好的无机盐增粘性能和抗温性能。 相似文献

Material removal and surface damage of Ti3SiC2 ceramic during electrical discharge machining (EDM) were investigated. Melting and decomposition were found to be the main material removal mechanisms during the machining process. Material removal rate was enhanced acceleratively with increasing discharge current, ie, working voltage, ui, but increased deceleratively with pulse duration, te. Microcracks in the surface and loose grains in the subsurface resulted from thermal shock were confirmed, and the surface damage in Ti3SiC2 ceramic led to a degradation of both strength and reliability. 相似文献

Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) is of excellent mechanical properties and melt processability and is widely used as raw
material for textile fibers. However, the flame retardant properties of PET were rather poor, and both reactive and additive
phosphorus- and halogen-containing compounds have been employed to enhance the reaction-to-fire properties while the meltdripping
behaviour during burning hasn’t been handled properly with the flame retardants. In this work, fluoropolymer was blended with
both pure PET (pPET) and reactive phosphorus-containing flame retarded copolyester (fPET), and the flame retardance and char
formation and mechanical properties of the resulted pPET and fPET blends were investigated. The tensile strengths of modified
pPET samples were worsen whereas those of modified fPET samples were improved at low concentrations. The initial thermal degradation
in nitrogen was accelerated remarkably for the two polyesters with fluoropolymer. The oxygen indices of the all modified samples
were reduced while char formation and meltdripping suppression were encouraged. The apparent melt viscosity and elasticity
for the two polyesters were gained much with antidripping agent. Therefore, fluoropolymer improved char formation of the two
polyesters based on the gaseous phase mechanism while the partial suppression of meltdripping behavior and the decrease of
mechanical properties mainly originated from the increase of melt viscosity via fibrillation for pPET. 相似文献

In this paper, genetic algorithm is used to help improve the tolerance of feedforward neural networks against an open fault. The proposed method does not explicitly add any redundancy to the network, nor does it modify the training algorithm. In this study, a new surfactant-solvent system was described for the preparation of periodic stripe patterns of zeolite A on solid substrates. The evaporation induced self-assembly of zeolite A particles was due to the stick-slip dynamics of the three-phase contact line of the colloid solutions in acetone containing 10% (v/v) poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) fluid (2 cst.). In order to investigate the possible effects of particle size and the particle concentration on the stick-slip dynamics, three types of zeolite A samples with different particle sizes (zeolite A-I: 250-500 nm, zeolite A-II: 100-250 nm and zeolite A-III: 0-100 nm) were utilized to prepare 0.007-0.06% (w/v) colloidal dispersions. Zeolite A micropatterns were self-assembled on the surface of glass, high density polyethylene (HDPE) and poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE) substrates, which were placed vertically inside the colloid solutions and held against the wall of the cylindrical vial during the evaporation of acetone. The stripe patterns of zeolite A particles were analyzed with field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and optical microscope. The widths of microstripes and the distance between the stripes were found as 2-20 μm and 40-60 μm respectively depending on the particle concentration. By using the stick-slip dynamics of colloids, the linear micropatterns of zeolite A nanocrystals were prepared with low cost and low energy. 相似文献

In CFD simulation of diesel combustion, the predictive capabilities of the spray model play the most important role. Consequently, under the strict guidelines of the V&V, a method to adjust parameters of diesel spray model WAVE to accompany with the in-cylinder physical progress has been investigated in this paper. Moreover, the simulation of the spray has been validated by high-speed photography experiments and verified by the equation proposed by Hiroyasu. Finally, a modified setup for the WAVE spray model has been proposed and applied in the spray and combustion simulation for Deutz1013 diesel in different engine speed. 相似文献
