RTM工艺中气泡形成及消除研究

Sol-Gel Alumina Coating for Improved Cyclic Oxidation Resistance of Silicon Nitride

A 25 nm thick α-alumina layer was deposited on a turbine-grade silicon nitride by sol-gel dip coating and subsequent heat treatment in air at 1200°C. This layer had a nanometer grain structure. Silicon nitride protected by this thin layer showed a significant improvement in oxidation resistance over its uncoated counterpart after 200 cyclic exposures in air at 1250°C. The oxide layer grown on the coated silicon nitride also exhibited superior surface morphology, compared with the uncoated silicon nitride.     

纳米层状双金属氢氧化物的制备及结构表征

采用恒定pH 12±0.2,按n(Mg2+)∶n(Al3+)∶n(OH-)∶n(CO2-3)=6∶2∶16∶1配制溶液,采用一步反应液相法,制备纳米层状双金属氢氧化物(LDH)粉体.为了获得无团聚、分散均匀的纳米粉体,探讨了溶剂置换干燥、真空干燥、常压干燥对纳米LDH粉体形成团聚的影响;用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜、红外光谱仪和元素分析仪对样品的物相、形貌、粒径和组成进行了表征.结果表明,溶剂置换干燥能够有效防止纳米粉体形成硬团聚,样品分散性好,呈针状形态,长50 nm,宽5 nm.     

高强度快干变性淀粉粘合剂的研究及在纸制品包装中的应用

本文介绍了高强度快干变性淀粉的制备原理和工艺,以及用该变性淀粉调配瓦楞纸板用粘合剂的方法和应用情况。讨论了变性淀粉粘合剂的初粘力,干燥速度等并与普通淀粉粘合剂作了比较。     

低浓度的阴离子洗涤剂实验室内的质量控制

在环境监测中低浓度的阴离子洗涤剂实验室内质量控制应采取以下措施：空白试验值测定，检出限的确定，空白试验的质量控制图，校准曲线的检验，标准样品的测定。     

Thermodynamic Calculation of the Zirconia–Calcia System

An optimal thermodynamic data set for the zirconia–calcia system is evaluated by the CALPHAD (CALculation of PHAse Diagrams) method applied to experimental phase diagram and thermodynamic data. The liquid and C _ss (cubic ZrO₂ solid solution) are described by a subregular solution model. Three compounds, CaZr₄O₉, Ca₆Zr₁₉O₄₄, and CaZrO₃, are modeled as stoichiometric compounds. A regular solution model is applied to the other phases. Comparisons between calculated and measured phase diagrams and thermodynamic quantities show that most of experimental information is satisfactorily accounted for by thermodynamic calculations. The calculations also reasonably predict the measured electromotive force concerning the metastable C _ss.     

非水溶剂回滴法测定低镍甲烷化催化剂的表面酸性

本文采用非水溶剂回滴法测定了低镍甲烷化催化剂和载体γ—Al2O3的表面酸性，并与催化剂的活性、组成、比表面积关联。实验结果说明，助剂的种类、含量对表面酸性有明显影响，催化剂催化活性与表面酸性关系不大。     

导电高分子PEDOT／PSS保护银纳米颗粒的制备与表征

利用导电高分子聚（3，4-二氧乙基噻吩）／聚（对苯乙烯磺酸）（PEDOT／PSS）作保护剂，制备了银纳米颗粒，用UV-Vis和TEM对其进行了表征．结果表明，选择合适量的PEDOT／PSS保护剂可以得到大小分布较窄银纳米颗粒．     

DQ型高效催化剂在环管PP装置上的应用

介绍了使用DQ型球形高效催化剂在上海石油化工股份有限公司塑料事业部70kt/a环管连续法工业聚丙烯生产装置上应用研究的结果，并对结果进行了讨论。     

Mn对含炭耐火材料抗渣侵蚀性的影响

以烧结板状刚玉、锆莫来石、天然鳞片状石墨为主原料 ,酚醛树脂为结合剂 ,Al、Si、B4C、Mn粉为添加剂 ,经 1 4 50℃埋炭烧成后 ,制成铝炭和铝锆炭系列试样 ,并对各试样的抗渣侵蚀性能进行了对比研究。结果表明 :在铝锆炭材料中 ,当Mn与Al、Si复合加入且Mn与C的质量比为 1∶4时 ,试样的抗侵蚀性和渗透性均较好 ;在铝炭材料中 ,当Mn与Al、Si、B4C复合加入且Mn与C的质量比为 1∶4时 ,试样的抗渗透性较好
