本文利用Intel8098单片机和IBMPC-286微机组成二级控制系统成功地完成了橡胶厂小平板硫化车间的生产控制与管理,在直接过程制中对橡胶制品硫化实施等效硫化控制,上位机能够方便地调度生产直接更改硫化产品的型号,并能有效地监督多至38台流化机的操作过程,可以方便地显示和打印出班、日、月、年报表,为工厂实际生产、质量管理、计划调度,提供了方便有效的工具,本系统已在工厂实际投运,效果良好。  相似文献

PCR产物的高通量测序被广泛应用于功能基因筛选、肿瘤相关基因的突变和甲基化检测等。在高通量测序技术中,建库和上机测序实验一直是决定最终DNA数据质量的关键。作者优化了PCR产物样品的DNA文库制备条件和体系,设计了适合PCR产物特点上机测序方法,将已建库的PCR样品中混入一定量的基因组标准品后再上机测序,由此保证了测序数据的高质量和低冗余度。为低多样性DNA样品高通量测序技术方法运用提供方法上的参考。  相似文献

As one of the most toxic heavy metal elements, mercury ion (Hg2+) and its methylated product, methylmercury (MeHg) can pose a threat to human health and the environment. Herein, a novel Raman biosensor with cascade sensitivity is developed for Hg2+ detection through Au@gap@AuAg nanorod side‐by‐side assemblies. Due to the strong electromagnetic coupling from the assemblies and core–shell structure, the Raman sensor possesses high sensitivity with the limit of detection (LOD) of 0.001 ng mL‐1, which is about one order lower than traditional atomic fluorescence spectrometer (AFS) methods. Moreover, the fabricated biosensor is used to measure residual mercury levels in tissues and eggs of hens fed high‐mercury diets, and the results show total mercury in collected egg yolks is 20 times higher than whites. Furthermore, the form of mercury in the eggs is also analyzed by high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with AFS, and, unexpectedly, the methylated product MeHg tends to only be found in egg whites. These interesting differences may indicate a new research direction for the toxicity of mercury in living organisms, and the developed ultrasensitive Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) method could pave a broad way for the application of biosensors in Hg detection.  相似文献

Modulation of the chirality of solid‐like nanoscale membranous structures used as selective photooxidants is an important goal of chemical and materials science. Here, the fabrication of a chiral plasmonic nanoparticle monolayer film which is a highly selective photooxidant under circularly polarized light (CPL) in the visible‐light region is reported. The chiroptical activity of the film can be controlled by altering the amount and stereochemistry of amino acids. The experiments disclose that this stable and reusable catalyst is active in the selective oxidation of glucose enantiomers and CPL of opposite polarization gives around 10.3‐fold increase in conversion rates. The results reveal that the handedness of polarized light dominates the catalytic activity of the chiral film. It is demonstrated that the specific chiral binding of the amino acid ligands and the local field enhancement in the light‐limited regime regulates the selective photocatalytic performance, as confirmed by first‐principles density functional theory and physical field simulations. With the catalyst's signature ability for chiral recognition and switching of handedness of polarized light, the discovery provides a foundation for designing and tailoring chiral inorganic photooxidants. This research also sets an example for the development of light–matter interactions and polarized optics.  相似文献

In this study, a CuxOS@ZIF-8 nanostructure is fabricated to quantify the levels of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in living cells and in vivo. Zeolitic lmidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) is chosen as an encapsulation shell to improve the selectivity of this probe. Using this unique nanostructure, ultrasensitive quantification and bioimaging of H2S in living cells are successfully achieved. The lower limit of detection is 0.8 and 5.3 nmol per 106 cells for circular dichroism and fluorescence modes, respectively. It is found that the chiral CuxOS NPs transformed into achiral CuxS NPs contribute to the ultrasensitive detection. Notably, this probe can also be carried out to detect and track H2S levels in tumor-bearing animals. The discoveries put forward for the creation of a detection platform for quantitative tracking and analysis in clinic.  相似文献

本文建立了一种方便、快速、高特异性的胶体金免疫层析检测方法,用于同时检测减肥茶和咖啡中的西布曲明(SB)和西地那非(SID).我们首先制备了胶体金纳米粒子(CG),然后使之与单抗结合形成CG-mAb,将CG-mAb与抗原分别喷涂到基板上形成结合垫和检测条带,其中所需的抗原和抗体均由本实验室制备.经过条件优化,该方法在PBS缓冲溶液(0.01 mol L^-1,pH7.4),以及三种减肥茶和三种咖啡样本中,对SB和SID的消线值均为500 ng mL^-1;检测时间仅需5 min.该方法对减肥茶和咖啡样本中SB和SID的快速检出具有实际应用价值.  相似文献

Chiral plasmonic nanoassemblies, which exhibit outstanding chiroptical activity in the visible or near‐infrared region, are popular candidates in molecular sensing, polarized nanophotonics, and biomedical applications. Their optical chirality can be modulated by manipulating chemical molecule stimuli or replacing the building blocks. However, instead of irreversible chemical or material changes, real‐time control of optical activity is desired for reversible and noninvasive physical regulating methods, which is a challenging research field. Here, the directionally and reversibly switching optical chirality of magneto‐plasmonic nanoassemblies is demonstrated by the application of an external magnetic field. The gold‐magnetic nanoparticles core–satellite (Au@Fe3O4) nanostructures exhibit chiral activity in the UV–visible range, and the circular dichroism signal is 12 times greater under the magnetic field. Significantly, the chiral signal can be reversed by regulating the direction of the applied magnetic field. The attained magnetic field‐regulated chirality is attributed to the large contributions of the magnetic dipole moments to polarization rotation. This magnetic field‐modulated optical activity may be pivotal for photonic devices, information communication, as well as chiral metamaterials.  相似文献

A rapid and simple immunoassay and a sol–gel‐based immunoaffinity chromatography (IAC) purification method for Rhodamine B (RB) were developed using spiked chilli powder. A polyclonal antibody against RB was generated by immunisation of rabbits with an immunogen hapten. An enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed that achieved a 50% inhibition (IC50) value of 0.94 ± 0.05 ng mL?1. The limit of detection of the ELISA method was 1 ng g?1 in chilli powder. For the IAC, recovery was 68.1–86.2% at 1 ng g?1 and 72.6–89.3% at 5 ng g?1 in spiked chilli powder. Fortified samples were analysed by high performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (HPLC–MS) after IAC purification, and the results showed a good agreement between the two methods. The ELISA could be a convenient tool for screening RB residue in foods, and the IAC cleanup procedure coupled with HPLC–MS could be an effective alternative method for the determination of RB in various substances.  相似文献
