The recent rapid development of digital wireless systems has led to the need for multistandard, multichannel radiofrequency (RF) transceivers. The paper presents the relationship between the performance of a bandpass-sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and the requirements of a digital intermediate-frequency receiver for a wideband code-division multiple-access (WCDMA) base-station. As such, the ADC signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), the derivation of the receiver sensitivity using the SNR/spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) of the ADC, the effect of the ADC clock jitter and receiver linearity, plus the relationship between the receiver IF and the ADC sampling frequency are all analyzed. As a result, when a WCDMA base-station receiver has a data rate of 12.2 kbps, bit error rate (BER) of 0.001, and channel index, k, of 5 (sampling frequency of 122.88 MHz and IF of 92.16 MHz), the performance of a bandpass-sampling ADC was analytically determined to require a resolution of 14 bits or more, SNR of 66.6 dB or more, SFDR of 86.5 dBc or more, and total jitter of 0.2 ps or less, including internal ADC jitters and clock jitters.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new joint channel coding algorithm based on principal component analysis. A conventional joint channel coder using passive downmixing undergoes a reduction of both the primary‐to‐ambient energy ratio (PAR) of the downmix signal and the panning gain ratio of the primary source. The proposed system preserves the PAR of the downmix signal by using active downmixing which reflects spatial characteristic. The proposed system also improves the accuracy of the panning gain ratio estimation. Computer simulations and subjective listening tests verify the performance of the proposed system.  相似文献

Well-crystallized Ca9ZnLi(PO4)7 ceramics were prepared by reactive pressureless sintering at atmospheric pressure. The single-phase Ca9ZnLi(PO4)7 ceramics were confirmed by x-ray diffraction (XRD). The dielectric and electrical properties were investigated over a wide frequency range (1 Hz to 1 MHz) by complex impedance spectroscopy at different temperatures between 25°C and 600°C. A dielectric anomaly was observed at 440°C, which might be related to the phase transition. The impedance Cole–Cole plot was used to analyze the results of complex impedance measurements, revealing that the electrical properties depend strongly on frequency and temperature. Two relaxation dispersions of the electrical parameters were found and analyzed in terms of bulk and grain-boundary ionic transfer processes. The slope of the alternating-current (AC) conductivity over a wide range of temperatures provides activation energies from 0.48 eV to 1.69 eV. These results suggest that the conduction process is of the mixed type.  相似文献

In the electronic packaging field, the Sn-Zn alloy system has been recommended as a high-temperature Pb-free solder. There is a need for thermodynamic data on the Sn-Ni-Zn ternary system. Such data would serve as a basis for understanding the interfacial reaction between Sn-Zn high-temperature solder and Ni substrates and for thermodynamically evaluating the proper composition level of Ni and Zn in Sn-based solder. This study has investigated the phase equilibria of the Sn-Ni-Zn ternary system at 800°C, 500°C, and 200°C (for Ni composition of less than 60 at.%). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), x-ray diffraction (XRD), and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) were used to identify the equilibrium phases. On the basis of the experimental data and thermodynamic parameters, the isothermal sections of the Sn-Ni-Zn ternary system have been described, considering the ternary solubility in the binary phases and newfound ternary phases τ1 (Sn3Ni4Zn3) and τ2 (Sn4Ni4Zn2).  相似文献

Multi-functional hybrid coatings having both anti-corrosion and scratch resistance were prepared from modified silica nanoparticles and functional acrylates. To improve the dispersion properties of silica nanoparticles in the organic/inorganic hybrid coatings, the surface of the nanoparticles was modified with γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. The coating solution could be prepared by mixing modified silica nanoparticles, tetrasiloxane acrylate, di-acrylate monomer containing an anti-corrosion functional group, acrylic acid, and an initiator in a solvent. The mixture was then dip-coated on iron substrates and finally polymerized by ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. Corrosion and scratch resistance of the coated iron was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and a pencil hardness test, respectively. From the EIS results, the coatings with tetrasiloxane acrylate and di-acrylate did not show any decrease in impedance or phase angle, even after 50 days' exposure to 0.1 M NaCl electrolyte, whereas the conventional acrylate coatings started to fail after only 24 h. A hybrid coating containing the amine-quinone functional group exhibited excellent corrosion protection properties with 4-5H pencil hardness.  相似文献

We applied the scanning probe lithographic technique to a graphite patterning in air and analyzed the patterned sample with the lateral force microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The local electric field generated from a tip caused either etching or oxidization depending on the electric field intensity in air. We have found that the frictional force between the tip and local oxidized graphite surface was increased remarkably from lateral force analysis. Also, it was found that the graphene layer was peeled from the graphite surface in the etching process, which could be a potential tool as a top-down nano-fabrication process for the graphene nano device without contamination.  相似文献

The concentration of nutrients in brown rice is mainly associated with embryo size. Various beneficial components have been purified from rice bran. Recently developed black waxy rice with a giant embryo (‘Milyang 263’, BGE), which is the ge t mutant of the GE gene, was selected and analyzed to produce high quality nutritional components. γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) content in BGE rice bran, one of the most important nutritional compounds in rice, showed a 10.6-fold increase (2.66±0.48 mg/g) compared to that of BGE brown rice (0.25±0.01 mg/g). In addition, brown rice and BGE rice bran showed enriched amylopectin (94.5±0.5 and 97.0±0.0%) and bioactive anthocyanin [Cy-3-G: 75.15±4.18 (brown rice), 82.97±0.81 (rice bran) and Pn-3-G: 1.52±0.50 (brown rice), 4.33±0.20 (rice bran); mg/100 g] contents. These results suggest that BGE rice bran can be used as an excellent raw material to efficiently produce high quality essential amino acids, cyanidin-3 glycoside-enriched anthocyanins, and GABA.  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of grapevine leaf extract (GLE) on the oxidative stress of rats fed a high-fat diet. Rats were divided into six groups: a normal diet with 0% (NC), 1.0% (NG1.0), and 1.5% GLE (NG1.5); and a high-fat diet with 0% (HFC), 1.0% (HFG1.0), and 1.5% GLE (HFG1.5). Treatment with GLE to the high-fat diet reduced lipid peroxide concentrations in plasma and liver compared to those of HFC rats. Total glutathione and GSH/GSSG of the groups with GLE were higher than those of untreated groups. Hepatic glutathione peroxidase, glutathione-S-transferase, and glutathione reductase activities along with catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities in erythrocytes increased after GLE treatment to high-fat diet compared with HFC rats. Hepatic retinol and tocopherol increased in HFG1.5 group compared to those of HFC group. These results indicate that GLE can protect against oxidative stress induced by a high-fat diet in rats.  相似文献

Changes in β-glycosidase activity, total phenolic and isoflavone contents, and antioxidant activities during the fermentation of brown soybeans (Galmi) fermented food cheonggukjang by the potential probiotic Bacillus subtilis CSY191 were investigated. The total phenolic and isoflavone-glycoside and -aglycone contents as well as ABTS radical scavenging activity and FRAP assays of extracts increased, but malonylglycoside content decreased after a steaming process. It was found that fermentation enhanced the total phenolic and isoflavone-aglycone and -malonylglycoside contents, corresponding to antioxidant activities increased, but isoflavone-glycoside content decreased. The highest levels of daidzein, glycitein, and gensitein were present at concentrations of 156.5 μg/g, 10.2 μg/g, and 2.5 μg/g after 48 h of fermentation. In addition, ABTS radical scavenging activity and FRAP assay increased significantly during fermentation. We suggest that the high antioxidant activity of cheonggukjang of brown soybeans might be related to the markedly higher levels of total phenolic content and isoflavone-aglycones achieved during fermentation.  相似文献

This study aimed at assessing the utilisation possibility of Enterococcus faecalis as starter cultures for production of fermented sausages. The E. faecalis isolates isolated from faeces samples of 5‐day‐old healthy newborn babies, identified by 16SrDNA sequencing and free from virulence determinants as proven by genomic sequencing, were used for fermented sausages production as starter culture. Six treatments (four inoculated with four different E. faecalis isolates, one with commercial starter culture and one control) were prepared. The inoculation with E. faecalis showed a stronger acidification compared with the control. The treatments with E. faecalis showed significantly higher flavour and acceptability scores in comparison with the control or commercial starter culture. Both of commercial starter culture and E. faecalis were positive with tyramine. Apart from the amine production, the inoculation with E. faecalis generally improved the acidifying activity and flavour of the products, suggesting their application potentials in fermented sausages production as starter cultures.  相似文献
