The silver-palladium(Ag-Pd) alloy coating as a solid lubricant was investigated for its application to the high temperature stud bolts used in nuclear power plants. A hex bolt sample was prepared in the following steps: 1) bolt surface treatment using alumina grit blasting for cleaning and increasing the surface area; 2) nickel(Ni) film coating as a glue layer on the surface of the bolt; and 3) Ag-Pd alloy coating on the Ni film. The films were deposited by using a direct current(DC) magnetron sputtering system. The thickness and composition of the Ag-Pd alloy film have effect on the friction coefficient, which was determined using axial force measurement. A 500 nm-thick Ag-Pd (80:20, molar ratio) alloy film has the lowest friction coefficient of 0.109. A cyclic test was conducted to evaluate the durability of bolts coated with either the Ag-Pd (80:20) alloy film or N-5000 oil. In a cycle, the bolts were inserted into a block using a torque wrench, which was followed by heating and disassembling. After only one cycle, it was not possible to remove the bolts coated with the N-5000 oil from the block. However, the bolts coated with the Ag-Pd (80:20) alloy could be easily removed up until 15 cycles.  相似文献

Three features have been combined to raise the efficiency of solar cells made on industrial multicrystalline silicon wafers: 1) reduction of bulk recombination by a special gettering process, 2) reduction of back recombination by using a p/p + junction, 3) reduction of front recombination by emitter back-etching and passivation.

A conversion efficiency of 15.6% has been achieved on 2 × 2 cm2 solar cells. Spectral response measurements are used to identify the role of each processing parameter.  相似文献

Comparative studies on the electrical properties of a metal-ferroelectric-insulator-semiconductor field effect transistor were conducted using pulsed laser ablated ferroelectric Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 (BLT) thin films deposited on SiO2/Si substrates with different SiO2 thicknesses. The SiO2 layer was prepared on n-type Si substrates by dry oxidation at a temperature of 800°C. Small angle x-ray reflectivity studies were used to measure the SiO2 thickness. The capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements revealed that the films showed good interfacial properties. Shifts in flatband voltages were observable, but were effectively reduced by deposition of the ferroelectric films. Au/BLT/SiO2/Si diodes with 8 nm SiO2 layer showed to be stable with relatively large memory window values of about 0.3 V, 2.5 V, 5.0 V, and 7.0 V, at increasing bias voltages of ±5 V, ±7 V, ±10 V, and ±12 V, respectively.  相似文献

This paper presents a new approach to the segmentation of fluorescence in situ hybridization images. First, to segment the cell nuclei from the background, a threshold is estimated using a Gaussian mixture model and maximizing the likelihood function of the grey values for the cell images. After the nuclei segmentation, the overlapping and isolated nuclei are classified to facilitate a more accurate nuclei analysis. To do this, the morphological features of the nuclei, such their compactness, smoothness and moments, are extracted from training data to generate three probability distribution functions that are then applied to a Bayesian network as evidence. Following the nuclei classification, the overlapping nuclei are segmented into isolated nuclei using an intensity gradient transform and watershed algorithm. A new stepwise merging strategy is also proposed to merge fragments into a major nucleus. Experimental results using fluorescence in situ hybridization images confirm that the proposed system produced better segmentation results when compared to previous methods, because of the nuclei classification before separating the overlapping nuclei.  相似文献

For the improvement of the fatigue strength for welded structures, mechanical posttreatments have been applied in various industrial fields and in most cases have been found to give substantial increases in their fatigue lives. These methods, generally, consist of the modification of weld toe geometry and the introduction of compressive residual stresses. In mechanical surface treatments, for example, PHP (pneumatic hammer peening) and UNSM (ultrasonic nanocrystal surface modification), the weld profile is modified due to removed or reduced minute crack‐like flaws, and compressive residual stresses are also induced. In this study, a PHP procedure and a UNSM device were introduced, and a quantitative measure of fatigue strength improvement was performed. The fatigue strength at 2 × 106 cycles of hammer‐peened and UNSM treated on a non‐load‐carrying cruciform welded joint shows 220 and 260 MPa, respectively, which are more than two times higher than that of as‐welded specimen. Especially, the surface layer in the vicinity weld toe treated by the UNSM provides nanocrystal structure created by an ultrasonic cold forging and introduces very high welding residual stress in compression.  相似文献

The miniaturized 10 GHz microstrip band-pass filter was successfully fabricated on the alumina thick films grown on Cu substrates at room temperature by aerosol deposition method and using the newly developed pattern electroplating procedure and electromagnetic analysis. The relative dielectric permittivity and loss tangent of the aerosol-deposited alumina thick films on Cu were 9.9 and 0.089, respectively. The resistivity of the electroplated Cu line was determined to be 2 × 10? 8 Ω m. The very good agreement was shown between results simulated using a 3-dimensional electromagnetic analysis and the actual measured data.  相似文献

The main requirements for battery separators are high porosity which can serve pathways of lithium ion and space for gel electrolytes to impregnate in a membrane and mechanical strength to allow easy handling for battery assembly. Generally, it appears the trade-off relationship between the porosity and mechanical strength of the membrane. PVdF composite membranes containing nano-size clays were used to improve the mechanical strength of the membrane without affecting the membrane porosity. The composite membranes were prepared by phase inversion method controlling the membrane preparation conditions such as retention time. The resultant membranes show increased mechanical properties with similar membrane porosity around 80 % compared to the pristine PVdF membrane. Incorporation of nonoclay can be considered as an effective method to improve the mechanical strength in porous membrane supports, especially in a separator.  相似文献

A multilevel PWM voltage source inverter, especially a five-level one, is introduced to obtain a static var compensator (SVC) as a large scale power source. The multilevel inverter has many advantages, such as better utilization of the switching devices, lower switching frequency at each semiconductor switch and reduced harmonics. In this paper, the SVC with five-level inverter is modelled using circuit DQ transformation and completely analysed including DC and AC characteristics. It is also pointed out that the modulation indexes depend on the values of the DC side capacitors to meet the DC side voltage balancing, Finally, through the experimental results from a 5kVA SVC, the validity of the analyses and the feasibility of the var compensation system are shown for high power applications.  相似文献

H.264/AVC QCIF视频场景切换检测是视频应用中一个极具挑战性的研究课题,只利用宏块信息很难得到满意的检测效果,为此提出了一种采用动态阈值和AC相似度的H.264/AVC视频场景切换检测算法,考虑编码预测模式和DCT系数等信息,提出基于编码比特数的动态阈值和基于AC能量的AC图像相似性两个判决准则,据此进行视频场景切换检测。实验结果表明,在高速运动及场景切换频繁的视频上场景切换检测率得到提高,性能也优于现有的算法。  相似文献
