Tribological behavior studies of chemically bonded phosphate ceramic coatings reinforced with modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)

To improve the wear resistance of the chemically bonded phosphate ceramic coatings, MWCNTs are selected as the reinforcement after the modification. The high temperature wear experiment is carried out to investigate the wear behavior of the coatings with different temperatures. The results suggest that, when the temperature is below 500℃, MWCNTs can decrease friction coefficient, and the lowest friction coefficient is about 0.28, but MWCNTs lose the lubricant function at 500℃ and the friction coefficient keeps at the level of ~ 0.68. In addition, the wear resistance of coatings is improved with the introduction of MWCNTs at 100℃ and 300℃ (the wear rate is below 15X10^-3mm³/Nm), but keeps similar level at 500℃ (the wear rate is ~ 22 × 10⁻³mm³/Nm). Besides, the wear mechanism of the coatings reinforced by MWCNTs is also investigated based on the wear behavior and microstructural characterizations. MWCNTs improve the fracture toughness by preventing the crack generation and forming the bridge when crack occurs, which leads to smooth wear tracks and good wear resistance of coatings. The coatings with MWCNTs achieve poor wear resistance at 500℃ because MWCNTs lose their strength and resistance to fatigue by oxidizing.     

甲玛地区角岩矿微生物浸出的试验研究

介绍了西藏华泰龙矿业开发有限公司角岩的矿石性质,针对该低品位铜矿石进行了详细的微生物浸出试验研究,在原矿铜品位仅为0.12%、SiO_2含量高达69.12%的情况下,用接种量为10%的浸矿菌液,浸出1 d时,铜浸出率即为34.44%,浸出11 d时,浸出率达到70.02%,此时较无菌条件下的浸出率高出17.46个百分点。

Delayed fluorescence spectroscopy and mechanism of the 730 nm component of chloroplast

Charge recombination in reaction center (RC) of photosystem II(PS II) is regarded as the location of 685 nm delayed fluorescence (DF). The mechanism of 730 nm component appearing in the DF spectrum for chloroplast was studied by various spectral analysis methods. Experimental results of the DF spectrum at different chloroplast concentration show that the intensity of peaks at 685nm and 730 nm ascends with the chloroplast concentration increasing when the concentration is relatively low. When the concentration increases to the level of 7.8μg/ml, a maximum intensity of the peak at 685 nm appears but the intensity of 730 nm peak still increases. The peak at 730 nm finally reaches a maximum intensity at the chloroplast concentration of 31.2 μg/ml while the intensity of the 685 nm peak has apparently fallen down. The results of absorption spectrum show that the ratios of A685 to A730 keep almost constant with the increasing of chloroplast concentration. Furthermore, the excitation spectrum for 730 nm fluorescence shows that the 685nm light has high excitation efficiency. These results indicate that the 730 nm component of DF spectrum is the fluorescence of chlorophyll in PS I RC excited by 685 nm DF. Meanwhile, this can be further verified by the invariability of DF spectrum at different delay time (1 second∼9 seconds). Co64Fe11Nb5Si12B8合金磁导率与温度的关系

采用铁芯测试仪测得合金样品的初始磁导率随温度的变化曲线, 用磁化强度小角旋转法测量非晶及晶化合金条带的饱和磁致伸缩系数λs;研究了不同温度退火后Co64Fe11Nb5Si12B8合金的磁导率随温度的变化、磁性以及磁致伸缩系数;结果表明:合金在580、590℃热处理磁性变好的反常现象是由于磁致伸缩系数变小所致.     

辽河断陷西部凹陷欢喜岭——曙光斜坡储层特征

对辽河断陷西部凹陷欢喜岭-曙光斜坡（西斜坡）古近系砂岩储层的岩石组合、孔隙类型、孔隙特征等进行研究,同时进行了储集性能及储集性能影响因素评价。结果表明：研究区砂岩储集层的储集物性差别很大,不但不同层位,即使同一层位砂岩的储集性能差别也很大。砂体产状特征对物性有一定的影响,单层砂体较厚的储层往往比薄层砂储层的物性要好;影响研究区砂岩储层储集性能的主要因素有：沉积作用、成岩作用、物源区母岩岩性、断裂活动及古地形等。多数情况下,储层的储集性能受成岩作用的影响更大一些,甚至是决定性的。
