Characterization,Expression Profiling,and Biochemical Analyses of the Cinnamoyl-CoA Reductase Gene Family for Lignin Synthesis in Alfalfa Plants

Cinnamoyl-CoA reductase (CCR) is a pivotal enzyme in plant lignin synthesis, which has a role in plant secondary cell wall development and environmental stress defense. Alfalfa is a predominant legume forage with excellent quality, but the lignin content negatively affects fodder digestibility. Currently, there is limited information on CCR characteristics, gene expression, and its role in lignin metabolism in alfalfa. In this study, we identified 30 members in the CCR gene family of Medicago sativa. In addition, gene structure, conserved motif, and evolution analysis suggested MsCCR1–7 presumably functioned as CCR, while the 23 MsCCR-likes fell into three categories. The expression patterns of MsCCRs/MsCCR-likes suggested their role in plant development, response to environmental stresses, and phytohormone treatment. These results were consistent with the cis-elements in their promoters. Histochemical staining showed that lignin accumulation gradually deepened with the development, which was consistent with gene expression results. Furthermore, recombinant MsCCR1 and MsCCR-like1 were purified and the kinetic parameters were tested under four substrates. In addition, three-dimensional structure models of MsCCR1 and MsCCR-like1 proteins showed the difference in the substrate-binding motif H212(X)2K215R263. These results will be useful for further application for legume forage quality modification and biofuels industry engineering in the future.     

Controllable photodynamic performance via an acidic microenvironment based on two-dimensional metal-organic frameworks for photodynamic therapy

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a widely-used technology for cancer therapy,but conventional photosensitizers still face some drawbacks,such as hydrophobicity,inadequate pharmacokinetics,low cell/tissue specificity,and uncontrollable photodynamic performance during the therapeutic process.Herein,we present a controllable photodynamic performance based on two-dimensional metal-organic frameworks(2D Zn-TCPP MOF)that displayed a week PDT effect under a neutral environment upon exposure to a 660 nm laser due to the degeneracy of Q bands of TCPP.However,the 2D Zn-TCPP MOF showed a significantly enhanced PDT effect in an acidic environment under irradiation with a 660 nm laser due to the released TCPP from decomposed MOF structure.From the in vitro outcomes,the 2D Zn-TCPP MOF showed controllable photodynamic performance from neutral to acidic environments.Due to the acidic tumor microenvironment,the 2D Zn-TCPP MOF presented the strongest antitumor effect in vivo under irradiation with a 660 nm laser.This work offers a promising strategy to develop a next-generation photosensitizer.     

基于矩阵相似度的最佳样本块匹配算法及其在图像修复中的应用

在基于纹理合成的图像修复算法中,最佳样本块匹配算法存在匹配精度不高和时间复杂度高等问题。针对上述问题,首先构造了块匹配算法,采用矩阵相似度来计算模板块与样本块之间的匹配度,以相对较粗的粒度初步选出最佳样本块的候选集。然后,又构造了像素点匹配算法,采用模板块与候选最佳样本块之间的误差矩阵的内积来计算对应像素点之间的匹配度,以更细的粒度来确定最终的最佳样本块。块匹配算法降低了时间复杂度,像素点匹配算法提高了匹配精度,因此,在此基础上构造的基于相似矩阵的最佳样本块匹配算法能够在不增加时间复杂度的情况下提高算法的匹配精度。实例验证结果表明,与当前基于纹理的图像修复算法相比,该算法的匹配精度提高,时间复杂度降低。     

含铌铁水去磷保铌的热力学分析

主要探讨了铁水预处理过程用BaO基脱磷剂对0．1％的含铌铁水进行去磷保铌的热力学问题。分析结果表明：BaO基脱磷剂是实现含铌铁水去磷保铌的最佳选择;铁水中碳含量越高,越有利于含铌铁水的去磷保铌;铁水中碳含量为4．0％、铌含量保持在0．1％时,与之相平衡的磷含量可降到10^-6以下。

基于Agent自主存储系统的数据定位机制

文章引入了Agent的方法学构建异构的自主存储系统,并且提出了基于Agent的有效协商的数据定位机制。为了在写数据时更有效地利用整合的多个存储资源,采用了基于可用性数据分配算法(ADA)的数据存放策略;为了获得读数据的高性能,采用数据查找策略,使用了Bloomfilter的方法,当读小块数据时采用直接处理,读大块数据时采用存储设备竞标方式提供高性能的读数据。实验测试和分析证明基于Agent的数据定位机制能够为系统实现高性能的数据存储。
