The China Seismo-Electromagnetic satellite(CSES) was designed to study the ionospheric disturbances associated with earthquakes. Satellite payload includes nine instruments. Among them, we recall instruments for plasma analysis, electric,magnetic fields and high energy particle detectors. Langmuir probe(LP) and plasma analyzer package(PAP) are the in-situ payloads to measure space plasma. Its scientific objective is to research space plasma physics phenomena and the ionosphere changes caused by seismic. It is the first application of in-situ measurement technology in the field of space exploration in China.The Langmuir probe and Plasma Analyzer Package have been tested and calibrated to verify the performance in INAF-IAPS.Currently, on-orbit testing is being performed with satellites.  相似文献

The environmentally friendly esterification of acetosolv lignin (AL), obtained from pressed oil palm mesocarp fibers, is described, for the improvement of thermo‐oxidative properties of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) films. Acetylation of AL was performed in ecofriendly conditions using acetic anhydride in the absence of catalysts. Acetylated acetosolv lignin (AAL) was successfully obtained in only 12 min with a solvent‐free and catalyst‐free microwave‐assisted procedure. Lignins were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, size exclusion chromatography, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), confirming the efficacy of the methodology employed. AL and AAL as fillers in different concentrations (1% and 5%) were added to PMMA films. The thermal and mechanical properties of the lignin‐incorporated films were analyzed by TGA, DSC, and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The films incorporated with lignin and acetylated lignin presented initial degradation temperature (Tonset) and onset oxidative temperature (OOT) values higher than pure PMMA films, contributing thus to an enhancement of thermo‐oxidative stability of PMMA. The DMA analyses showed that incorporation of AL or AAL increased the storage modulus (E′) of PMMA films, but did not affect their glass‐transition temperatures (Tg). The results indicate the potential use of oil palm mesocarp lignin to enhance the thermo‐oxidative properties of PMMA without compromising its mechanical response. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Slot coating is used in the manufacturing of functional films, which rely on specific particle microstructure to achieve the desired performance. Final structure on the coated film is strongly dependent on the suspension flow during the deposition of the coating liquid and on the subsequent drying process. Fundamental understanding on how particles are distributed in the coated layer enables optimization of the process and quality of the produced films. The complex coating flow leads to shear‐induced particle migration and non‐uniform particle distribution. We study slot coating flow of non‐colloidal suspensions by solving the mass and momentum conservation equations coupled with a particle transport equation using the Galerkin/Finite element method. The results show that particle distribution in the coating bead and in the coated layer is non‐uniform and is strongly dependent on the imposed flow rate (wet thickness). © 2016 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 63: 1122–1131, 2017  相似文献

The Anton Paar Powder Cell was used to measure the torque necessary to rotate an impeller in beds of glass beads, sand and alumina powders aerated between no aeration to the minimum for fluidization. Measured torque values depend on the material tested, on the air flow rate applied, on the impeller depth and on the height of the impeller blade. The effect of the impeller depth is linear for low impeller depth and is less than linear at high depth values. A model was developed for the interpretation of the experimental results based on the idea that the material is shearing on the surface described by the impeller rotation. The model allows to estimate an effectiveness of the impeller in the torque determination and also to predict the torque for the impeller at the at deepest positions at which the wall effects have to be considered. © 2017 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2017  相似文献

The current study aimed to determine if characteristics observed in vaginal cytology during the estrous cycle of female SYT cavies corresponded with proliferation of the vaginal epithelium, characterized by proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) immunolocalization, and with follicular development at different phases of the estrous cycle. After determining estrous cycle phases by vaginal cytology, females were euthanized at metestrus, diestrus, proestrus, and estrus. Histological study of the vaginal epithelium and ovary were then performed. Immunohistochemistry for PCNA in vaginal tissue at each cycle phase was also performed. Superficial cornified cells and early post‐ovulatory follicles were found at estrus. Few nuclei below the enucleate superficial cells were immunoreactive to PCNA. At metestrus, the vaginal epithelium underwent desquamation and lost the superficial cornified cells; basal and intermediate cells appeared, and the post‐ovulatory follicle formed an early corpus luteum. No PCNA immunoreactivity was observed. At diestrus, the corpus luteum was developed, and the vaginal epithelium contained basal and intermediate cells. There was PCNA immunoreactivity in the cellular nucleus in the germinative stratum of the epithelium. Because of the growth and maturation of ovarian follicles, the vaginal epithelium suffered intense proliferation at proestrus. Vaginal cytology revealed large intermediate cells and nucleated and enucleated superficial cornified cells. In the ovary, mature follicles were present. More apparent immunoreactivity of PCNA in the germinative layer was found. In summary, we inferred that vaginal exfoliative findings matched the proliferation process of the vaginal epithelium. PCNA immunolocalization occurred as well as corresponding follicular development in the ovaries.  相似文献

Sulphiting agents are a class of compounds that are used as preservatives since they release SO2 in food. Regarding meat products, the legislation restricts the use of these food additives, due to some toxic effects that they may have in humans. The most employed analytical procedure for the determination of sulphiting agents in foodstuffs is the Monier-Williams (M-W) method, but the reliability of this method was called into question by several authors. In this work, the M-W method was modified by replacing both the distillation unit to shorten the extraction time (from hours to 5 min) and the final titration with a chromatographic separation followed by conductometric detection of sulphate ion (m-M-W/IC-CD). This method was then validated, and the performance parameters were compared with those of the method based on the direct analysis of sulphite ion by ion chromatography with conductometric detection (DIC-CD). Linearity, accuracy at 40 and 80 mg kg?1 of SO2 and measurement uncertainty resulted comparable. Accuracy at 10 mg kg?1 of SO2 resulted higher for the m-M-W/IC-CD method, but this parameter could be influenced by traces of other sulphur-containing compounds that may be present in meat. The limit of determination of the m-M-W/IC-CD method was slightly higher than that obtained by the DIC-CD method. Finally, through spiking tests, it was proved that sulphide, 2-methyl-3-furanthiol and l-methionine cause “false-positive” responses, by using M-W-based methods.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the design of a fully digital binary phase shift keying demodulator for application in satellite high‐rate suppressed carrier telecommand system. The proposed system digitalizes the received signal in the intermediate frequency stage using bandpass sampling technique, and the resulting baseband signal is used to synchronization of symbol and phase and to bit detection. The design of all functional modules is presented in details. Another innovation presented in this work is the inclusion of a non‐linearity in the phase synchronizer module to permit its operation independent from the signal amplitude. Moreover, aiming the characterization and performance evaluation of the system, we do some original mathematical analyses. Finally, test results show that the demodulator complies all the project requirements, and the prototype implementation loss, in terms of bit energy to noise power density ratio, is less than 0.3 dB.
