Formamidinium lead triiodide (FAPbI3) has been demonstrated as the most efficient perovskite system to date, due to its excellent thermal stability and an ideal bandgap approaching the Shockley-Queisser limit. Whereas, there are intrinsic quantum confinement effects in FAPbI3, which lead to unwanted non-radiative recombination. Additionally, the black α-phase of FAPbI3 is unstable under room temperature due to the significant residual tensile stress in the film. To simultaneously address the above issues, a thermally-activated delayed fluorescence polymer P1 is designed in the study to modify the FAPbI3 film. Owing to the spectral overlap between the photoluminescence of P1 and absorption of the above-bandgap quantum wells of FAPbI3, the Förster energy transfer occurs at the P1/FAPbI3 interface, which further triggers the Dexter energy transfer within FAPbI3. The exciton “recycling” can thus be realized, which reduces the non-radiative recombination losses in perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Moreover, P1 is found to introduce compressive stress into FAPbI3, which relieves the tensile stress in perovskite. Consequently, the PSCs with P1 treatment achieve an outstanding power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 23.51%. Moreover, with the alleviation of stress in the perovskite film, flexible PSCs (f-PSCs) also deliver a high PCE of 21.40%. 相似文献

Conductive structures determine the functions and actuation modes of electrically responsive soft actuators. The rewritability of conductive structures is highly desirable but has not been realized in electro-driven actuators. Typically, once conductive pathways are established, they can hardly be modified; thus, the function of the actuator is permanently fixed. In this study, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is developed as a rewritable conductive coating for actuators composed of liquid crystalline elastomers (LCEs). This enables reconfigurable, adaptive, and precisely controllable electro-driven motions and the repeated use of the same actuator for various purposes without disposal. Moreover, different PEDOT:PSS layers can be coated onto different regions, thus enabling the assembly of different actuation behaviors in a monolithic actuator under a single input voltage. Unlike all previously reported soft actuators that respond to electricity and light, opposite shape changes in an actuator with a series circuit can be performed under these two stimuli. Furthermore, when combining LCEs with dynamic covalent bonds, the PEDOT:PSS-coated LCE (PEDOT:PSS-LCE) actuator can be reprogrammed based on two different mechanisms: rewriting the conductive PEDOT:PSS patterns and re-aligning the LCEs. In this paper, channel resource allocation problem for LEO mobile satellite systems is investigated and a new dynamic channel resource allocation scheme is proposed based on differential game. Optimal channel resource allocated to each satellite beams are formulated as Nash equilibrium. It is proved that optimal channel resource allocation can be achieved and the differential game based scheme is applicable and acceptable. 文章研究无人机搭载视觉传感器沿指定路径自主循迹飞行,针对如何统一确定不同形状路段的目标路径点序列的问题,提出基于无人机速度在图像中投影的矢量与无人机重心指向各候选路径点矢量的最小夹角确定目标路径点的方法。首先从采集的图像中提取出的路径区域,从图像层面提取路径的中间线,将图像栅格化并分别计算各栅格里路径中间线的中心点的坐标;然后计算图像中无人机速度矢量投影与无人机重心到各路径中心点矢量的夹角,在约束范围内选取最小夹角对应的中心点作为局部目标点。设置了包含不同形状拐角的路径,检验无人机飞行过程中采集图像的处理方法和路径引导算法结合的有效性,飞行结果表明提出的方法能够满足无人机的循迹飞行要求,轨迹偏离误差小于0.1 m。 相似文献

针对点云特征线提取中不均匀点、不明显特征点和特征线断裂的问题,提出了一种扇区投影和滑窗连线的特征提取方法。该方法首先对点云进行全局密度分析,计算平均点间距,然后采用扇区投影法统计扇区内邻近点的分布情况,由分布情况确定点云模型边界点,进而计算局部三角形法线,根据法线突变情况判断尖锐折边点,在扇区投影的基础上延伸局部探线,根据不同的探线类型制定判断非尖锐折边点的相关策略,最后基于滑窗连线的方法,将无序特征点有序连接,得到光滑特征线。实验证明,该方法可以较完整地提取模型的特征线,同时具有一定的抗噪能力。对比其他两种方法,本文方法对模型中的弱特征更敏感,提取效果相对较好。 相似文献

Mechanical antennas based on piezoelectric materials can effectively reduce the size of long wave antennas down to 1/1000 of the wavelength (from km scale to mm level). However, the narrow bandwidth and weak field intensity seriously restrict its practical applications in transmission distance and channel capacity. Here, a mechanical antenna-based electrostrictive effect of relaxor ferroelectric ceramic (PMN-PT) is proposed to improve radiation capacity and achieve ultra-wideband characteristics (10 kHz–1 MHz). Due to the ultra-high dielectric constant at working temperature and the relationship between the strain and applied field intensity, the proposed antenna gets rid of the dependence on the poled materials and exhibits excellent communication properties beyond traditional mechanical antennas, which are experimentally demonstrated by a practical wireless communication system. Only using a single proposed mechanical antenna with 8 mm diameter and 3 mm thickness, the effective communication with a transmission distance of 200 m can be realized. Design of a novel compact millimeter-wave microstrip antenna with wide bandwidth and broad beamwidth is presented.
