通用导弹检测模拟训练系统并行设计方法与实现

针对作战飞机导弹实装检测培训耗费巨大的问题,设计了一种基于FPGA的通用导弹检测模拟训练系统以完成导弹的对接分解、测试等训练任务;首先针对传统仪器开发过程的不足,提出了通用化导弹检测模拟训练系统并行双螺旋开发周期框架;其次,遵循通用化设计准则搭建了模拟训练系统的硬件和软件结构;最后给出了导弹检测模拟训练系统软件开发工程化流程;该导弹检测模拟训练系统能够有效完成各项测试训练任务,实用性强。     

基于无线通信技术的FFU风机群控系统

针对大型洁净工程实现自动化控制的需要,利用数字无线通信技术,设计了一种新型网络化的多风机过滤器单元(FFU)群控系统,详细介绍了系统的组成实现原理和软硬件设计方法;系统间采用基于射频收发芯片nRF2401实现数据的无线收发,有效地减少了系统布线和设计成本,提高了系统的组网灵活性和适用性;对设计开发的系统进行了测试实验,实验结果表明该系统数据通信正确可靠,系统具有结构简单、组网灵活、监控效果好和可扩展性强等优点。     

基于ENC424J600的以太网与串行接口转换技术

论述了在STM32系列的MCU上移植TCP/IP协议栈LwIP,并利用新型以太网控制器ENC424J600实现网络数据传输功能。该系统主要完成的功能是接收上位机发送的数据,并将这些数据转换成通用串行接口输出。ENC424J600是Microchip新推出的一款以太网控制器,其速度优于ENC28J60,同时为用户提供两种接口模式。本文介绍了其基于SPI接口模式下的实现过程,详细描述了该网卡驱动的硬件电路和软件流程。

Detection of heterogeneous samples based on loaded generalized inner product method

Non-homogeneity detector (NHD) is known for improving the detection performance of space time adaptive processing (STAP) in heterogeneous environment. To mitigate the finite sample effect in the generalized inner product (GIP) based NHD, a new type of GIP detector based on diagonal loading (LGIP) is proposed in this paper. We derive the theoretical mean value of LGIP detector based on random matrix theory. Moreover, an approximation of the theoretical mean value is provided for practical considerations. We then apply the derived theoretical mean value of LGIP to the detection of heterogeneous samples. Finally, by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations, we show the effectiveness of the proposed detector.     

Influence of base resistance on extracting thermal resistance for SiGe HBTs

In this article, the influence of base resistance on extracting thermal resistance for SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors is studied and an improved approach for determining the junction temperature and thermal resistance is presented. The proposed method for extracting thermal resistance is based on the temperature sensitivity of the base–emitter (B–E) voltage when the device is biased with a fixed emitter current density. This approach not only takes into account the self‐heating during the different ambient temperature measurement but also revises the empirical equation of B–E voltage due to the influence of base resistance during the power dissipation increment measurement. Results are obtained for devices with different emitter lengths and fingers. Compared with the conventional method, the thermal resistance is about up to 15% improvement for the device with 0.3 × 1.9 μm² emitter area and 13.8% for the device with 0.3 × 13.9 μm² emitter area. The accurate thermal resistance implemented in HICUM model has resulted in better fit for transistor output characteristics. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J RF and Microwave CAE, 2012.     

Extension of the DEMATEL method in an uncertain linguistic environment

The decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method is a useful tool for analyzing correlations among factors using crisp values. However, the crisp values are inadequate to model real-life situations due to the fuzziness and uncertainty that are frequently involved in judgments of experts. The aim of this paper is to extend the DEMATEL method to an uncertain linguistic environment. In this paper, the correlation information among factors provided by experts is in the form of uncertain linguistic terms. A formula is first presented to transform correlation information from uncertain linguistic terms to trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Then, we aggregate the transformed correlation information of each expert into group information using the operations of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. The importance and classification of factors are determined via fuzzy matrix operations. Furthermore, a causal diagram is constructed to vividly show the different roles of factors. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the procedure of the proposed method.     

面向S3C2440的U-Boot分析与改进

针对目前U - Boot引导程序无法从大页Nandflash启动,以及不能同时支持从Nandflash和Norflash启动的问题,在不改变代码通用性的前提下对U- Boot进行了改进.首先分析U - Boot阶段l的启动原理和U- Boot通用性的实现方法;然后依据S3C2440处理器提供的Nandflash存储启动机制以及大页Nandflash数据操作原理,修改阶段l实现代码,添加从大页Nandflash启动;最后利用大页Nandflash和Norflash存储器读写数据的差异性以及两种存储启动方式实现的不同机理,添加S3C2440处理器自动判断从何种存储器启动的代码,实现U-Boot兼容Nandflash和Norflash启动的改进.通过在基于S3C2440处理器的目标板上运行,结果证明对U - Boot所做的改进具有有效性,扩展了U-Boot的适用范围,增强了代码兼容性.     

低负荷维氏硬度法的负荷选择

本文按照维氏硬度测定的技术条件,将基本公式H_v=1854P/D~2加以变换,从而得到一些较为简单的数学关系式.利用这些关系式,可以对不同金属薄带材料,很容易计算出较合理的负荷大小,既能保证不被"打穿",也使视场内有一个适合观测的压痕图象.     

基于Newsvendor型产品特性的FJSP问题研究

针对新时代环境下Newsvendor型产品销售期短、期末未出售产品价值递减的产品特点,生产链要求位于上游的供应商必须快速加工出所需的工件,否则将面临着线性递增的拖期惩罚。在面对基于Newsvendor型产品的柔性作业车间调度问题时,设计了一种加入禁忌搜索的混合遗传算法,扩大了解的搜索范围,避免了传统遗传算法容易陷于局部最优的缺陷。最后利用混合遗传算法对一个仿真案例进行求解。
