Pharmacokinetic interaction study of combining imatinib with dasatinib in rats by UPLC–MS/MS

Abstract

This study examined whether oral administration of dasatinib to the rats with imatinib led to any pharmacokinetic interactions. Twenty-four rats were divided randomly into three groups, imatinib group (imatinib 25?mg/kg, n?=?8), dasatinib group (dasatinib 15?mg/kg, n?=?8) and co-administration group (dasatinib 15?mg/kg and imatinib 25?mg/kg, n?=?8). The concentration of imatinib and dasatinib in rat plasma was determined by a sensitive and simple UPLC–MS/MS method. There was statistical pharmacokinetics difference for imatinib in the imatinib group and co-administration group, when co-oral administration imatinib with dasatinib, MRT_(0–t) increased (p?<?0.01). There was statistical pharmacokinetics difference for dasatinib in the dasatinib group and co-administration group, when co-oral administration dasatinib with imatinib, C_max and AUC increased (p?<?0.01), CL and V decreased (p?<?0.01). These data indicate dasatinib could slightly influence the pharmacokinetic profile of imatinib in rats, and imatinib could influence the pharmacokinetic profile of dasatinib in rats, which might cause drug–drug interactions when using imatinib with dasatinib.     

R134a水平微细管内流动沸腾换热的实验研究

本文对R134a在水平微细管内的流动沸腾进行了实验研究。实验测试段选用了内径为1 mm、2 mm、3 mm共3种不同的水平光滑不锈钢管,实验的饱和温度为5~30℃,热流密度为2~70 k W/m2,流量范围为200~1500 kg/(m2·s)。实验结果表明:相同条件下,干涸前2 mm管较3 mm管换热系数平均增幅为11.6%,1 mm管较2 mm管换热增幅为26.3%,1 mm管径换热系数比3 mm管径平均增大40.8%。随着管径的减小,换热系数在更低的干度开始减小,质量流速和强制对流蒸发作用对换热系数的影响变小,热流密度的影响依然显著;塞状流和弹状流区域减小,泡状流和环状流区域增大。     

光伏电站设计智能优化

由于目前光伏电站设计目前没有相应的标准,因此以个人经验为指导的情况,无法保证电站建设的成本最优,鉴于此问题,本文提出了一种光伏电站优化设计方法,基于模拟退火算法,通过对光伏区域中的组件进行最优分组来实现两级电缆成本的最优。并通过实际项目对该算法进行检验,达到比较理想效果。     

槽区加载介质矩形格栅慢波结构的色散与增益

建立了槽区内加载介质的格栅慢波结构模型.通过Borgnis函数法和场匹配法得到冷态和热态色散方程.并推导了耦合阻抗的表达式.在稀疏电子注的假设下,求得增益近似解的表达式.通过数值方法,求解并分析了加载介质对色散关系、基波耦合阻抗、基波相速和基波增益的影响.并指出分别在槽内加载介质和格栅对侧加载介质对高频特性的不同影响趋势.
