介绍了一种用于颗粒状粮食水分在线检测控制系统。该系统将圆柱型结构的粮食水分检测传感器置于干燥设备的出口、入口处,粮食水分变化导致传感器电容量变化,经过精密的信号采集、转换与处理,完成粮食水分的在线实时检测。该传感器还借助微处理器对测量信号的非线性与温度漂移进行了数字化的修正和补偿。反馈信号输出控制变频器,从而实现控制排粮机构运行转速。根据需要,该系统可以增加打印干燥机的多个工作参量,实现对料位及热风温度的控制等辅助功能以及自动报警功能。 相似文献

We have synthesized CaAlSiN3:Eu phosphors through an alloy-nitridation method with stable alloys as main starting materials, and investigated their crystal structures and photoluminescence properties in three aspects as below: (1) different Eu concentrations; (2) different Eu dopants; (3) different Al/Si molar ratios. The lattice volume calculated by using Rietveld refinement on the base of XRD analysis, decreases with oxygen incorporating, increases with the Al/Si ratios, and shows a limited expansion with the raise of Eu concentrations in CaAlSiN3:Eu crystal lattice. The concentration quenching and the shifts of emission bands are investigated and discussed in details. The different lattice volumes deriving from corresponding compositions have an important effect on photoluminescence properties. Survey generation aims to generate a summary from a scientific topic based on related papers. The structure of papers deeply influences the generative process of survey, especially the relationships between sentence and sentence, paragraph and paragraph. In principle, the structure of paper can influence the quality of the summary. Therefore, we employ the structure of paper to leverage contextual information among sentences in paragraphs to generate a survey for documents. In particular, we present a neural document structure model for survey generation.We take paragraphs as units, and model sentences in paragraphs, we then employ a hierarchical model to learn structure among sentences, which can be used to select important and informative sentences to generate survey. We evaluate our model on scientific document data set. The experimental results show that our model is effective, and the generated survey is informative and readable. 相似文献

Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PcBN) grains were fabricated by combining the monocrystalline cBN (McBN) nanoparticles and inter-abrasive ceramic materials via high temperature and pressure techniques. Grinding performance of Inconel 718 with single McBN and PcBN grains, including grinding force, force ratio, ground surface quality was investigated. Characterization of the wear morphology evolution of worn grains and scratches of PcBN grains were discussed. In addition, the fracture behaviour of PcBN grains was evaluated as the varying of the undeformed chip thickness. Results show that PcBN grains have the smaller grinding force and force ratio, more stable grain wear rate in comparison to McBN grains. Additionally, the better wear-resistance and grinding performance owing to its multi-cutting edges structure in terms of the grain wear morphology evolution were achieved for PcBN grains regardless of the undeformed chip thickness. 相似文献
