Synthesis and characterization of mechanically alloyed Pt–5%ZrO2 (volume fraction) for structural components in the glass industry were described. Zirconia (ZrO2) nanoparticles (<100 nm) were produced by the electrical explosion of zirconium (Zr) wires, and blended with platinum (Pt) powders (<44 μm) for 2–72 h in ambient atmosphere. The Pt particle size followed the typical decreasing trend of the normal ball milling process up to 48 h, but particle agglomeration was observed at 72 h. The grain size evolution was similar to that of the particle size, dropping down to around 50 nm at 48 h. The root mean square strain of the Pt crystallites showed the opposite behavior, maximizing at 48 h with a subsequent relaxation process. For the 48 h ball milled powders, spark plasma sintering was carried out to form a bulk disk. The measured mass loss of the sintered bulk sample shows a decent thermal stability despite its relatively low density.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the Hall mobility, Seebeck coefficient, electrical resistivity, thermal conductivity, and figure-of-merit of the SbI3 and CuBr-doped 85% Bi2Te3-15% Bi2Se3 single crystals have been characterized at temperatures ranging from 77 K to 600 K. The scattering parameter in 85% Bi2Te3-15% Bi2Se3 single crystal was determined as 0.1 from the temperature dependence of the carrier mobility. With increasing the amount of Sbl3 or CuBr doping, the Seebeck coefficient of 85% Bi2Te3-15% Bi2Se3 decreased and the temperature at which the Seebeck coefficient shows a maximum shifted to higher temperature. Compared to the Sbl3-doped specimens, the CuBr-doped single crystals exhibited higher (m* / m0)3/2 c, implying that CuBr is a more effective dopant to improve the material factor and thus the figure-of-merit of 85% Bi2Te3-15% Bi2Se3. The maximum figure-of-merit of 2.0 × 10–3/K and 2.2 × 10–3/K was obtained for 0.1 wt % Sbl3-doped specimen and 0.03 wt % CuBr-doped specimen, respectively.  相似文献

Some composites of multiwalled carbon nanotubes, which were chemically treated in acidic and/or hydrogen peroxide solution, and platinum nanoparticles were prepared by the simple reduction in glycerol solution. Carboxylated and/or hydroxyl MWNTs were structurally analysed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. In addition, the MWNT?CPt composites were characterized by XRD and TEM in detail. The electrochemical oxidation of some basic alcohols, which was catalyzed by the MWNT?CPt composites, was analysed by cyclic voltammetry. Their catalytic activities were studied with cyclic voltammograms of alcohols.  相似文献

Sesame lignan extract was prepared from roasted sesame oil and added at 0.02, 0.05, 0.10 and 0.20% (w/w) to linoleic acid and ground pork products. Cooked ground pork containing more than 0.02% of lignan extract showed TBA values lower than those containing butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) during storage. Sausages containing 0.05% of lignan extract had lower thiobarbituric acid (TBA) values when stored at 4C for 14 days; they also showed higher CIE color values than the control meat sample (P < 0.05). There were no differences in textural properties such as hardness, cohesiveness and chewiness between the control and the sausages containing lignan extract when determined by Instron Testing Machine. Thus, lignan extract prepared from roasted sesame oils was highly antioxidative when used in cooked ground pork at > 0.02% or in sausages at > 0.05%.  相似文献

(001) oriented (Sr,Ba)Nb2O6 (SBN) thin films were deposited on MgO (001) single crystal substrates by the pulsed laser deposition method. Structural properties of SBN films were investigated using X-ray diffractometer. The microwave dielectric properties of SBN films were examined by calculating the scattering parameter obtained using a HP 8510C vector network analyzer with the frequency range 0.5–20 GHz at room temperature under the dc bias field of 0–80 kV/cm for interdigital capacitors (IDT) and coplanar waveguide (CPW) device based on SBN/MgO layer structure. Thick metal electrode patterns were fabricated by dc sputtering deposition, photolithography and etching process. The IDT device based on (001) oriented SBN films exhibited about 40% capacitance tunability with an electric field change of 80 kV/cm at room temperature, and the dielectric quality factor was about 20 at 12 GHz with no dc bias.  相似文献

In this paper, a new stabilizing receding horizon control, based on a finite input and state horizon cost with a finite terminal weighting matrix, is proposed for time-varying discrete linear systems with constraints. We propose matrix inequality conditions on the terminal weighting matrix under which closed-loop stability is guaranteed for both cases of unconstrained and constrained systems with input and state constraints. We show that such a terminal weighting matrix can be obtained by solving a linear matrix inequality (LMI). In the case of constrained time-invariant systems, an artificial invariant ellipsoid constraint is introduced in order to relax the conventional terminal equality constraint and to handle constraints. Using the invariant ellipsoid constraints, a feasibility condition of the optimization problem is presented and a region of attraction is characterized for constrained systems with the proposed receding horizon control.  相似文献

为了获得更高性能的TFT-LCD面板,在光刻时保证精细的图形成像十分重要,其中,如何制作出尺寸更小的通孔图形是主要的问题之一。本文提供的研究中,我们只简单地改变了一下烘烤工艺,而不需要改变Eop和显影时间,就可以将通孔图形的尺寸减小20 %~25 %。在后续的刻蚀工艺中,通孔的尺寸能显著减小。  相似文献
