我国电子签名法所面临的问题及对策研究

《中华人民共和国电子签名法》是我国信息化领域的第一部法律。本文阐述了《电子签名法》的主要内容,分析了它在当今信息化产业中的重要作用以及存在的不足,并且对其应采取的对策进行了探究。     

Synthesis and luminescence properties of Pr3+ doped CaxBa1?xTiO3 (0.3?x<1) fine particles

Ca _x Ba_1−x TiO₃ (CBT) fine particles doped with red luminescence center of Pr³⁺ ions (Pr: CBT) were successfully synthesized by salt assisted spray pyrolysis (SASP) process. Scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and laser scattering analysis demonstrate that salt can be removed from the surface of particles by washing with Milli-Q water and the particles can be further separated by ball-milling to get well-dispersed Pr³⁺ ions doped CBT fine particles. The luminescence properties, such as photoluminescence (PL) and mechanoluminescence (ML), of as-synthesized Pr: CBT particles were investigated. For Pr: CBT fine particles with different Ca molar ratios, all the samples show one emission at 612 nm, with increasing Ca molar ratio, PL intensity of Pr: CBT fine particles become stronger and stronger. When pressure was loaded on the Pr: CBT pellet, mechanoluminescence(ML) emission was measured. The results show that the ML intensity is proportional to the applied pressure.

Nonstationary filtering of transmission tomograms in high photon counting noise

The algorithm presented here for nonstationary constrained least-squares filtering deals with the transmission photon counting noise problem in the presence of limited dosages and highly nonhomogeneous fields. This technique consists of a design for a set of nonstationary filters, tuned to local noise autocorrelation functions in the reconstructed image. Estimates of noise properties can be taken from object detection information. The approach yields improvement in the tradeoff between noise levels and resolution of the image by exchanging artifacts for less colored noise, which is more easily overcome by the viewer.

Finite-time Containment Control of Nonlinear Delayed Fractional Multi-agent Systems

This article deals with finite-time containment control (FTCC) of nonlinear delayed fractional multi-agent systems (FMASs). Addressing fractional Razumikhin approach, properties of fractional calculus and analytical techniques, a quadratic Lyapunov function is constructed to derive sufficient conditions on FTCC by adopting a discontinuous control protocol, the employed method may overcome well the troubles arising from time delays and fractional derivatives. Numerical simulations further clarify the reliability and validity of our theoretical conclusions.

     

Performance evaluation of anti-radiation based on the gamma degradation process

In the environment of space radiation, the high-energy charged particles or high-energy photons acting on a spacecraft can cause either temporary device degradation or permanent failure. The traditional probability model is difficult to obtain reliable estimation of unit radiation resistance performance with small samples. Considering that different products will change differently after high-energy particle radiation, we construct a model based on the gamma degradation process. This model can efficiently describe the law of unit radiation resistance variation with the total radiation dose levels under the effect of the total dose and displacement damage. Finally, the proposed model is used to assess the anti-radiation performance of the N-channel power MOSFET device STRH60N20FSY3 produced by STM to obtain average unit radiation resistance, survival probability, survival function, etc.
