The purpose of this study is to make clear the relationships between student’s self-efficacy and learning experience of information education in case of junior high school. Two investigations were implemented in this study. The aim of first investigation was to grasp the present status of students’ feeling of effectiveness of their learning experience in information education. Also, the aim of second investigation was to verify the relationships between students’ self-efficacy and the abilities for information utilizing that promoted in information education. The first investigation with a question: “What kind of a learning experience do you feel is useful in your life?” was conducted on 426 junior high school students. As a result, almost half of the students feel effectiveness of gaining computer-operating skills in “Information and Computer” class. Also, it is suggested that utilization of Internet could promote the feeling of effectiveness in current daily lives. In second investigation, the relationship between self-efficacy and abilities for information utilizing was examined by using multi-regression analysis on 544 junior high school students. As a result, abilities for information utilizing were affected from self-evaluation of “social position of abilities” and “positive attitude to activities” in self-efficacy. Also, self-efficacy was affected from “processing ability of information” and “creation ability of information” in abilities for information utilizing. By the results of these investigations, it is suggested that these two factors are formed as a gradual cycle which promote each other. From these results, some suggestions for improvement of classroom activities in information education were proposed.  相似文献

A new method for fractionating acid-precipitated soy proteins, so called soy protein isolate, involving three step acidification of a water extract of defatted soy flour was developed. Soy protein isolate was shown to be mostly composed of not only β-conglycinin and glycinin, but also a group of lipophilic proteins associated with lecithin (phospholipids). The proportions of three major proteins were 23%, 46%, and 31%, respectively. The proportions changed as the nitrogen solubility index (NSI) of defatted soy flour changed. The yield of lipophilic proteins depended on the NSI of defatted soy flour, different from those of β-conglycinin and glycinin. The variation in the proportions of the three major proteins may be due to the yield of lipophilic proteins.  相似文献

Clarification of the degradation mechanism of photoluminescence (PL) charac-teristics of InGaAsP compressively strained layer multi-quantum well (SL-MQW) structures on an InP substrate is studied to realize highly strained SL-MQW lasers with a large number of well layers. An unusual temperature-dependence of the PL peak wavelength is observed in the SL-MQW structure: the shift of the PL peak wavelength is reduced with change in measurement temperature. The degradation of PL characteristics is evaluated by the reduc-tion in the PL shift as well as an increase in PL linewidth and a decrease in PL peak intensity. The extent of the PL degradation increases with an increase in the number of well layers and an increase in strain. In the SL-MQW structure with degraded PL characteristics, the structure of CuPt-type atomic ordering is clearly observed for the first time in each barrier layer by high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HR-TEM) measurements. In the SL-MQW structure, neither dislocation nor three-dimensional nucleation is observed by TEM measurements. By increasing the growth temperature, elimination of the ordering structure as well as improvement in the PL characteristics have been confirmed even in the SL-MQW structure with a large amount of strain and a large number of well layers.  相似文献

Eight components of humic substances were ozonated. Mutagenic activity was found with TA100 with and without S9 mix for all ozonated components. Ozonated products of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde were separated into five fractions by silica gel chromatography and each fraction subjected to mutagenicity assay. Mutagenic activity was found in the chloroform and chloroform-acetone (1:1) fractions. The compounds in these fractions were identified, and aldehydes such as formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, glyoxal, glyoxylic acid and methyl glyoxal were found to be mutagenic. Mutagenic compounds are present in the polar fraction.  相似文献

We studied the effects on survival time of postoperative immuno-chemotherapy, including the streptococcal preparation OK-432, in patients with gastric cancer and synchronous peritoneal dissemination. The patients were prospectively randomized and a valid statistical assessment could be made for 109. Patients randomized to group B received therapy that is widely used in Japan to treat patients with gastric cancer: mitomycin C (MMC) and UFT, a combination of tegafur and uracil in a molar ratio of 1:4, for 1 year. Patients randomized to group A received the same drugs as were given to group B patients plus OK-432 i.p. for 7 days, beginning on postoperative day 0, and OK-432 by intradermal injection for 1 year, at 2-week intervals. There were no differences between the two groups in any known prognostic factor or in the dose of any drug administered except for OK-432. There was no difference in the toxicity rate between the groups. In this negative trial, there was no improvement in survival time with the addition of OK-432 to MMC and UFT for patients with gastric cancer and peritoneal dissemination.  相似文献

Triacylglycerols were synthesized from 1,2-diacylglycerol and fatty acids by lipase entrapped in phosphatidylcholine reverse micelles in n-hexane. In the reaction system without reverse micelles, however, 1,2-diacylglycerol was hydrolyzed into 2-monoacylglycerol and fatty acid, and triacylglycerol was not synthesized. The maximum activity of synthetic reaction was obtained at Wo=10 (Wo=mol water/mol surfactant), which was the water content of this reverse micellar system. Though the optimal pH of theR. delemar lipase reaction is about pH 5.6 in a bulk water system, the enzyme was active for triacylglycerol synthesis at pH’s from 5 to 9 in the reverse micellar system. For the synthesis of triacylglycerols, lauric, myristic, palmitic, stearic, oleic and arachidic acids were effectively used as the fatty acid substrate. 2-Monoacylglycerol was also effective as a substrate of triacylglycerol synthesis. Furthermore, 1,2-diacylglycerol could be replaced by several kinds of aliphatic alcohols as fatty acid acceptors in the reverse micellar system. In this case, those alcohols with chain length more than 4 carbons were effectively used for ester formation.  相似文献

This study investigates the temporal structural transitions of automobile supply networks where, under situations with various possible risks such as economic crises and market globalisation, companies must both work together for sustainable production, and also compete with each other for their own survival. The resulting network complexity is captured by large-scale empirical data, and analysed for the first time using concepts and metrics developed in complex network science. We discuss how network structure reflects the effect of several factors including market fluctuation, product standardisation, technological advancement, and financial interdependencies between companies.  相似文献

We report magnetic and transport properties of polycrystalline samples of bilayered perovskite Sr3Ir2O7, which is synthesized by using high pressure technique. Magnetic susceptibility shows weak ferromagnetism below 290K with small size of remanent moment (10–3B/Ir). Resistivity shows insulating behavior below 290K. We discuss the magnetism and conductivity in Sr3Ir2O7 comparing with those of Sr3Ru2O7, which has a quite similar crystal structure to Sr3Ir2O7, from the view point of rotation angle of MO6 (M=Ir, Ru) octahedra.  相似文献

The sorption and permeation of oxygen and nitrogen in and through alternating copoly(vinylidene cyanide–vinyl acetate) [copoly(VDCN–VAc)] (Tg = 176°C) membranes annealed for different periods just below Tg, 160°C, were investigated over the pressure range from 100 to 1000 cmHg. The dual-mode sorption and mobility models were used to analyze the results. A sub-Tg annealing of copoly(VDCN–VAc) caused a slight decrease in the amount of sorption in the membranes. This decrease in the amount of oxygen and nitrogen sorption can be attributed to a decrease in the Langmuir sorption capacity term, CH, with increasing sub-Tg annealing period. The densification of copoly(VDCN–VAc) membranes caused simultaneously by the annealing remarkably reduced diffusion coefficients for both gases. The reduction in diffusion coefficients of Langmuir mode, DH, for both gases was found to be larger than that of Henry's law mode, DD. Furthermore, permselectivity of oxygen to nitrogen, the ratio of permeability coefficient of oxygen to nitrogen (P O2/P N2), reached to 11.8 for the copoly(VDCN–VAc) annealed for 30 h. Evidently the reduction of DH and DD for nitrogen with increasing annealing period was much larger than that for oxygen.  相似文献
