In IEEE 802.22 wireless regional area networks (WRAN), it is indispensable to prevent the in‐use channel from interfering with incumbent services such as digital TV. To achieve this end, in this paper, we propose a dynamic frequency hopping based on rank accounting. In this method, a base station utilizes a ranking database where a rank of a channel which is used frequently is high. Each base station uses an idle channel whose rank is the highest based on the database, and hence this can reduce the number of channels which are used for the data transmission. Moreover, the proposed method performs interference avoidance processes. The proposed method does not require a strict coordination for base stations. We evaluate the performance of the proposed method with simulation. Numerical examples show that the failure probability of the channel switching for the proposed method is smaller than that for the conventional random method. It is also shown that the number of channels that are used for the data transmission can be reduced by using the proposed method. The microstructure of inlaid Cu lines has been quantified as a function of annealing conditions, post-plating, and post-CMP. The grain size distribution was measured using the median intercept method, crystallographic texture was characterized by pole figure analysis, and mechanical stress was determined using x-ray diffraction. The median grain size and mechanical stress level increase with increasing anneal temperature. The crystallographic texture is independent of the anneal temperature and is predominantly (111) with a small fraction of sidewall-nucleated (111) grains. The (111) grains nucleated from the trench bottom have a preferred in-plane orientation. The grain growth in the trench is independent of that in the overburden.  相似文献

We examined the relation between the 3.1 eV emission band and local structure for Ge+ implanted silica glass by means of photoluminescence, optical and X-ray absorption spectroscopies. In the 2 × 1015 cm?2 implanted sample, a new emission band around 2.7 eV was observed, the origin of which was assigned to the B oxygen deficient center and/or small Si clusters in silica. When the Ge+ fluence exceeded 2 × 1016 cm?2, a sharp and intense 3.1 eV emission band replaced the 2.7 eV band. We found that the intense 3.1 eV PL occurred by the prolonged X-ray irradiation onto the 2 × 1015 cm?2 implanted sample. UV–vis absorption and XAFS spectroscopies suggested that the aggregation of atomically dispersed tetravalent (Ge(IV)) atoms into Ge(0) clusters of ~1 nm exhibit strongly correlation with the generation of the 3.1 eV PL. Such nano- and/or subnano-size Ge(0) clusters formed by the X-ray radiation were oxidized and decomposed again to the isolated Ge(IV) atoms, while those produced by the higher Ge+ fluence were stable against the exposure to air.  相似文献

12CaO·7Al2O3 (C12A7) composed of nanosize cage structure can clathrate oxygen radicals (O) and has a high potential to application of strong oxidizing catalysis. In the present report, we demonstrate a fabrication route to C12A7 fine powders by Chemical Solution Deposition method in order to enhance the catalytic reactivity. Aluminum sec-butoxide, calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, acetylacetone, 2-methoxyethanol, and nitric acid were used as raw materials. Precursor solution was dried and annealed at 800°–900°C in air or O2 atmosphere. Crystalline C12A7 powders were obtained by annealing at 900°C in O2 atmosphere. Scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope images of the obtained powders revealed C12A7 particles were sintered and formed several micrometer particles with many pores. BET specific surface area of the powders was 4.2 m2/g. Possibility for synthesizing C12A7 powder with higher specific surface area by the solution process was indicated.  相似文献

Electrodeposition of inorganic compound thin films in the presence of certain organic molecules results in self‐assembly of various hybrid thin films with new properties. Examples of new discoveries by the authors are reviewed, taking cathodic formation of a ZnO/dye hybrid as the leading example. Hybridization of eosinY leads to the formation of highly oriented porous crystalline ZnO as the consequence of dye loading. The hybrid formation is a highly complicated process involving complex chemistry of many molecular and ionic constituents. However, electrochemical analyses of the relevant phenomena indicate the possibility of reaching a comprehensive understanding of the mechanism, giving us the chance to further develop them into industrial technologies. The porous crystals are ideal for photoelectrodes in dye‐sensitized solar cells. As the process also permits the use of non‐heat‐resistant substrates, the technology can be applied for the development of colorful and light‐weight plastic solar cells.  相似文献

This paper describes the control of the quantum size effect by controlling the coating layer thickness in TiO2-SiO2 core-shell hybrid particles obtained by the liquid phase deposition (LPD) method. The coating layer thickness of TiO2 on SiO2 nano-particles was controlled by changing the [Ti]/[Si] ratio. The titania coating thickness and crystallite size were estimated by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The quantum size effect of the obtained nano-hybrid particles was estimated by the band gap energy shift, using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis). As a result, we successfully controlled the degree of the quantum size effect by controlling the coating layer thickness in core-shell TiO2-SiO2 hybrid particles.  相似文献

In the present study, we investigated the effects of stem cell factor (SCF) and/or thrombopoietin (TPO) on the cell production by cord blood CD34(+) cells using a serum-deprived liquid culture system. Although SCF alone supported a modest production of neutrophilic cells and a remarkable generation of mast cells, the addition of TPO to the culture containing SCF caused an apparent generation of neutrophilic cells, identified by immunocytochemical staining and flow cytometric analysis. The significant production of neutrophilic cells by SCF and TPO was persistently observed from 2 weeks to 2 to 3 months of culture. The interaction between SCF and TPO on the neutrophilic cell generation was greater than the combined effects of SCF with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) or granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF). The addition of neutralizing antibody against G-CSF or GM-CSF did not influence the SCF + TPO-dependent neutrophilic cell production. A single-cell culture study showed that not only CD34(+)CD38(+) c-kit+ cells but also CD34(+)CD38(-)c-kit+ cells were responsible for the neutrophilic cell generation. In clonal cell cultures, GM progenitors as well as erythroid progenitors and multipotential progenitors expanded in the cultures supplemented with SCF and TPO. The neutrophilic cells grown by SCF + TPO were at myeloblast to band cell stages, and scarcely matured to segmented neutrophils. In addition, the cells generated by SCF + TPO were stained with monoclonal antibodies against myeloperoxidase, elastase, lactoferrin, and CD11b, but they had negligible levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and CD35. The replating of the CD34(-)c-kit-/low CD15(+) cells grown by SCF + TPO into a culture containing SCF + G-CSF permitted both the terminal maturation into segmented cells and the appearance of ALP and CD35. These results indicate the existence of a G-CSF/GM-CSF-independent system of neutrophilic cell production.  相似文献

In the presence of 2–5 mol % Cp*RuCl (cod), various 1,6‐diynes reacted with α‐monohalo‐ and α,α‐dihalonitriles at ambient temperature to afford 2‐haloalkylpyridines in 42–93% isolated yields. The failure of acetonitrile, N,N‐dimethylaminoacetonitrile, phenylthioacetonitrile, and methyl cyanoacetate as nitrile substrate clearly showed that the α halogen substitution is essential for the present cycloaddition under mild conditions. The cycloaddition of unsymmetrical diynes bearing a substituent on one alkyne terminal gave 2,3,4,6‐substituted pyridines exclusively.  相似文献

Incomplete excision of pleomorphic adenoma (PA) may result in recurrent pleomorphic adenoma (RPA). Furthermore, long-term neglected PA may become carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma (CXPA). In the present study, the relationships between mast cell-derived chymase and these tumors were examined. The tumor tissues of PA consisted of either or both glandular and fibrotic structures. Histological features of RPA were almost similar to those of PA, except that they showed multinodular structures. CXPA is composed of a mixture of PA and carcinoma. The main stromal cells in PA were myofibroblasts, whereas fibroblasts constituted the main cellular portion in the stromal tissue of RPA. Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) were present abundantly in CXPA. With increased VEGF expression, neovascularization tended to increase in RPA or CXPA. Compared with PA, chymase-positive mast cells, as well as chymase gene expression, were increased in the tumor tissues from patients with RPA or CXPA. SCF, TGFβ1, and PCNA-positive staining was widely observed in these tumor tissues. The above results suggest that mast cell-derived chymase through its direct or cooperative effects with other mediators may participate in the pathophysiology of RPA and CXPA.  相似文献
