周宁水电站工程项目管理实践

福建周宁水电站工程由闽东水电开发有限公司负责项目管理。该项目严格按照《招投标法》进行工程和设备的招标,进行了多项设计优化,注重工程质量和安全文明生产,积极开展达标投产工作,实现了进度快、质量优、投资省、效益好的管理目标。     

Wavelength and Waveband Assignment for Ring Networks Based on Parallel Multi‐granularity Hierarchical OADMs

In this paper we study the optimization issues of ring networks employing novel parallel multi‐granularity hierarchical optical add‐drop multiplexers (OADMs). In particular, we attempt to minimize the number of control elements for the off‐line case. We present an integer linear programming formulation to obtain the lower bound in optimization, and propose an efficient heuristic algorithm called global bandwidth resource assignment that is suitable for the design of large‐scale OADM networks.     

癸二酸二甲酯与1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇的酯交换反应

对癸二酸二甲酯与1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇的酯交换反应进行了研究;分别考察了四异丙基钛酸酯、氨基锂、氧化二辛基锡3种催化剂的性能;采用氢核磁共振确定了产物的结构;考察了以四异丙基钛酸酯为催化剂时反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量对反应的影响。实验结果表明,四异丙基钛酸酯催化剂的催化效果最好;在癸二酸二甲酯与1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇摩尔比1∶1.79、四异丙基钛酸酯催化剂的用量为反应物总质量的0.31%、反应温度180℃、反应时间6h的条件下,所得产物中单(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸甲酯(简称单酯)质量分数为23%和双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯(简称双酯)质量分数为73%,单双酯质量比为1∶3.17,产物收率为93.3%。该方法可得到理想的单双酯比例及产物收率,具有很好的工业应用前景。     

宽带DDS跳频源设计

直接数字合成（DDS）简单可靠、控制方便，具有很高的频率分辨率，高速转换，非常适合快速跳频的要求。在对DDS基本原理进行了简要介绍和分析后，提出宽带跳频源设计方案。     

GaN-MOCVD设备反应室流场的CFD数值仿真

采用计算流体力学方法对生长半导体材料GaN的重要设备MOCVD(金属有机物化学气相沉积)反应室中的流场结构进行了三维数值仿真.数值模拟采用基于非交错网格系统的SIMPLE算法,用有限体积方法对控制方程进行离散,并采用改进的压力-速度耦合方法进行求解.数值仿真给出了具有复杂几何结构和运动方式的GaN-MOCVD反应室中的流场结构,研究了改变几何尺寸和运行参数对MOCVD反应室流场结构的影响,对正在试制开发中的MOCVD设备的几何结构的改进和运行参数的优化提出了指导性建议.     

Mining predecessor–successor rules from DAG data

Data mining extracts implicit, previously unknown, and potentially useful information from databases. Many approaches have been proposed to extract information, and one of the most important ones is finding association rules. Although a large amount of research has been devoted to this subject, none of it finds association rules from directed acyclic graph (DAG) data. Without such a mining method, the hidden knowledge, if any, cannot be discovered from the databases storing DAG data such as family genealogy profiles, product structures, XML documents, task precedence relations, and course structures. In this article, we define a new kind of association rule in DAG databases called the predecessor–successor rule, where a node x is a predecessor of another node y if we can find a path in DAG where x appears before y. The predecessor–successor rules enable us to observe how the characteristics of the predecessors influence the successors. An approach containing four stages is proposed to discover the predecessor–successor rules. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J Int Syst 21: 621–637, 2006.     

Intelligent process analytics for CRM

Many organisations use decision models in their processes such as tables or trees to provide decision support to their operational divisions. For example, in fault management, customer contact centre operators usually use a decision model in the form of prescribed interviews. Based on the answers given by customers, the operator navigates through the decision model to reach an assessment of the problem. In order to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence, it is very important to constantly monitor the performance of a decision model not only on an overall level, but also on the level of individual decisions. In this paper we present a configurable business process analytics tool, known as the intelligent Universal Service Management System, that constantly monitors decision data and is capable of optimising the decisions based on high-level business objectives. We explain the various features of the software and show how it can be used to optimise decision processes. We also show how we can easily provide a customised version to monitor the performance of provision processes.     

一种改进的MC-CDMA系统结构

MC-CDMA在频域扩频时实际上是一种频率分集,对于频率分集重数的要求通常小于子载波的数目N,故扩频因子可以小于子载波数目。改进了这种MC-CDMA系统的结构,通过在频域引入交织器,使交织后频率分集各分量经历独立的哀落,从而提高了抗哀落能力。最后给出了用系统仿真软件SPW仿真的结果。     

热声制冷机及其改进实验研究

热声制冷作为一种很有前途的制冷方法，在国内外相关领域引起了极大兴趣。热声制冷机由声发生器、共振管、板叠及高、低温换热器等部分组成。对声驱动器的振动膜及其冷却系统、气体弹簧系统、高、低温换热器进行了初步改进，使制冷机冷端温降从原来的12℃提高到27℃左右，这是目前国内报道的最大温降。     

Passive alignment method of polymer PLC devices by using a hot embossing technique

A novel fabrication process using a hot embossing technique has been developed for micromechanical passive alignment of polymer planar lightwave circuit (PLC) devices. With only one step of embossing, single-mode waveguide straight channels and micropedestals for passive aligning are simultaneously defined on a polymer thin film with an accuracy of /spl plusmn/0.5 /spl mu/m. This process reduces the steps for fabricating alignment structures. A fabricated polymer PLC chip and fibers are combined on a v-grooved silicon optical bench (SiOB) in a flip-chip manner. The process provides a coupling loss as low as 0.67 dB per coupling face and a cost-effective packaging solution for various polymer PLC devices.
