预硫化是HDS、HDN过程中决定催化剂活性的最重要环节。在分析催化剂硫化反应原理、硫化条件、硫化与还原的关系等基础上进一步指出了在工业过程中预硫化的一些原则。     

混凝土内钢绞线的蚀坑形状及分布特征

为研究预应力钢筋的锈蚀特性,在自然气候条件下,采用内掺盐的方式,进行了混凝土内钢绞线的锈蚀实验．实验结果表明：钢绞线的蚀坑形状可抽象为2种典型形状,即椭球形和马鞍形;随着锈蚀率增大,蚀坑总个数增大,椭球形蚀坑出现的概率呈先增后减趋势;马鞍形蚀坑出现概率呈先减后增趋势,但变化幅度都不大;蚀坑的长度、宽度、深度都较好地呈对数正态分布．

Hydrogen sorption properties of nanocrystalline Mg2FeH6-based complex and catalytic effect of TiO2

The diversities of hydrogen sorption properties of Mg₂FeH₆-based complexes with and without TiO₂ were investigated. Mg₂FeH₆-based complexes with and without TiO₂ were synthesized respectively by reactive mechanical alloying, and hydrogen sorption properties of the complexes were examined by Sieverts-type apparatus. The results show that the sample without TiO₂ releases 4.43 % (mass fraction) hydrogen in 1.5 ks at 653 K under 0.1 MPa H₂ pressure and absorbs 90% of the total 4.43 % (mass fraction) hydrogen absorbed in 85 s at 623 K under 4.0 MPa H₂ pressure. But for the sample with TiO₂ addition under the same condition, it only needs 400 s to release all of the stored hydrogen and 60 s to absorb 90% of the total hydrogen absorbed. The activation energies for desorption process of the samples with and without TiO₂ are determined to be 71.2 and 80.3 kJ/(mol·K), respectively. The improvement in hydrogen sorption rate and and reduction in activation energy can be attributed to the addition of TiO₂.     

预应力混凝土斜拉桥施工抗风性能计算分析

根据某预应力混凝土斜拉桥的悬臂施工过程,运用桥梁设计专用软件Midas/civil计算分析了索塔浇筑完成以及最大悬臂状态两种情况下主梁及索塔的抗风性能,得出了一些有益的结论,为以后其他同类桥梁的设计和建设提供参考.
