气化炉复合炉衬的传热计算

新型 (多喷嘴对置 )水煤浆气化炉拟采用水冷管和耐火浇铸料组成的复合炉衬结构 .炉内的高温高压对复合炉衬的高温侵蚀十分严重 ,是影响其寿命的重要因素 ,因此合理设计气化炉复合炉衬的结构对充分发挥其材质的作用具有十分重要的意义 .建立了气化炉复合炉衬的传热计算的数学模型 ,同时编制了模型求解的计算程序 ,并用某工艺条件对复合炉衬的温度分布进行了计算 .结果表明 ,该方法可有效计算出复合炉衬的温度分布情况 ,为复合炉衬的设计、运行和维护提供理论依据     

Data-based adaptive online prediction model for plant-wide production indices

A data-based adaptive online prediction model is proposed for plant-wide production indices based on support vector regression, a general method which we customized specifically to model very large data sets that are generated dynamically and periodically. The proposed model can update its parameters online according to the statistical properties of the training samples. Further, in order to improve the prediction precision, each sample is weighted with a dynamic penalty factor that considers the effect of each sample on the prediction model accuracy. Moreover, a customized procedure is introduced to handle large training sets. After having been convincingly evaluated on benchmark data, effectiveness and performance of our approach for plant-wide production indices is demonstrated using industrial data from an operating ore dressing plant over a range of scale in training data set size. The higher accuracy and shorter computation times than existing methods suggest that it may prove advantageous in actual application to dynamic production processes.

Swelling of pH‐sensitive chitosan–poly(vinyl alcohol) hydrogels

The swelling properties of different chitosan–poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) hydrogels were investigated as functions of the medium pH and salt concentration. The maximum swelling ability of the hydrogels was at a buffer pH of approximately 3, regardless of the PVA content in the hydrogels. The maximum mass of the swollen hydrogels was about 13 times that of their contracted counterparts. The cyclical swelling and contraction between pH 3 and pH 7 buffers and pH 3 and pH 3 buffers with salt confirmed the Donnan swelling mechanism of these hydrogels. The swelling mechanism was considered the transfer of water molecules driven by a concentration gradient. This was represented by a simplified mass‐balance model, which neglected the effect of the ionization reaction, for the initial swelling period. The effective mass‐transfer coefficient of water molecules during swelling, estimated with this model, gradually decreased with increasing PVA content in the hydrogels. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 叙述了连铸中间包绝热板用粘合剂的合成方法，对其填充料的选择进行了分析，产品用于连铸中间包绝热板后，取得了较理想的效果。     

meso-四(2-氨基-5-磺酸苯基)卟啉的合成及其与钴显色反应的研究

研究了新水溶性 meso-四(2-氨基-5-磺酸苯基)卟啉的合成。提出以冰乙酸加乙酸酐代替常用的丙酸作介质,所得 meso-四(2-硝基苯基)卟啉为紫蓝色片状晶体,再将其还原和磺化得标题试剂。还研究了试剂于氨性介质中,在 Pb(Ⅱ)存在下与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应。钴的二元配合物的最大吸收波长为429nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.50×10~5。可用于维生素 B_(12)注射液中痕量钴的测定。     

乙苯/乙烯烷基化反应中EA-8402分子筛催化剂的失活动力学研究

用内循环无梯度反应器,在593～633K范围内考察了在乙苯/乙烯进行定向烷基化反应合成对二乙苯时,EA-8402分子筛催化剂的失活行为,建立了相应的失活动力学模型: -da/dt=0.3271exp(-12.94/T)P_(EB)~(0.02)P_(E(?))~(0.383)·α这一模型可作为该反应的宏观动力学模型的补充。由失活级数d=1,按Levenspiel判据推断:其失活机理应该是不受内扩散阻力控制的平行-连串失活。     

Improved electrochemical redox performance of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole by poly(3-methoxythiophene)

High electrocatalytic activity of an electropolymerized film of poly(3-methoxythiophene) (PMOT) is reported toward the redox reaction of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (DMcT) as a promising cathode material for the lithium ion battery. Cyclic voltammetry showed improved electrochemical performance of DMcT on PMOT-coated Pt electrode, indicating accelerated redox kinetics. Moreover, charge-discharge tests exhibited higher discharge capacity and slower capacity fading of the PMOT-doped DMcT composite cathode compared with pure DMcT.
