A new autoclave-free technology has been developed for the production of water glass from impure sodium disilicate. A comparative analysis of glass produced using the proposed method and glass obtained by autoclave dissolution has been performed. It is established that the glass produced by the proposed technology is similar in properties to the product of autoclave dissolution.  相似文献

Ion exchange of HZSM-5 samples with alkali metal cations, using metal chloride solutions, results in partially exchanged zeolites, MHZSM-5, M = Li, Na, K or Cs. The degree of exchange is found to increase with increasing ionic radius of the cations. The catalytic properties of the alkalized zeolites were evaluated using the reaction conditions under which the catalytic activity of the HZSM-5 samples in terms of n-hexane cracking is proportional to the aluminium content. From the residual catalytic activity exhibited by the Na-, K- and CsHZSM-5 samples it is concluded that each of the larger Na+, K+ and Cs+ ions is influencing more than one AlO 4 tetrahedron, implying that the aluminium sites in ZSM-5 are not isolated. The ion-exchange results are then interpreted in terms of non-isolated aluminium sites. The ion-exchange and catalytic properties of the zeolites as a function of aluminium content are also discussed.  相似文献

Polyesters were synthesized with monoglycerides prepared from rubber seed oil, a renewable resource. Monoglycerides were obtained by an alcoholysis method from the oil, which was neat or modified by treatments with different amounts of maleic anhydride at 230°C. The polyester resins were subsequently prepared by the condensation polymerization of the monoglycerides with phthalic anhydride. The monoglycerides and resins were characterized by spectroscopic analysis and measurements of the physicochemical properties. The chemical resistance of the polyesters was also studied. Essential fatty acid (EFA)-deficient rats were fed highly purified methyl esters of docosahexaenoate (22∶6n−3), arachidonate (20∶4n−6), alpha-linolenate (18∶3n−3) or oleate (18∶1n−9) (100 mg/day, tube fed for 3–10 days), and their plasma triacylglycerol (TG) secretion rates were measured. Secretion rates of TG into plasma were reduced by tube-feeding 22∶6n−3, 20∶4n−6, 18∶3n−3, but not 18∶1n−9, to EFA-deficient rats. A significant reduction occurred after feeding 22∶6n−3 for only three days. Feeding 22∶6n−3 or 18∶3n−3 to EFA-deficient rats for three days also reduced the activities of liver lipogenic enzymes and sharply increased the proportions of 22∶6n−3 and 20∶5n−3 in liver phospholipid fractions. Mechanisms by which these EFA may reduce lipogenesis are discussed.  相似文献
