The surface him of slip-ring is important for good sliding contact of brush and slip-ring. This film formation is influenced by the brush material, the atmospheric temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure. The condition of sliding contact and surface film can be estimated by the measurement of contact voltage drops. The contact resistance is classified into constriction resistance and film resistance. From the results of this paper, in the low atmospheric pressure, the oxidized film scarcely grew on the slip-ring surface, so the contact resistance is thought to be generated mainly by the current constriction. Further, it can be found that the resistance in the low atmospheric pressure was only constriction resistance, and that the resistance in the air was composed of the constriction resistance and him resistance. Switching of the luminescence properties of molecular materials in response to mechanical stimulation is of fundamental interest and also has a range of potential applications. Herein, a water‐soluble mechanochromic luminescent pyrene derivative having two hydrophilic dendrons is reported. This pyrene derivative is the first example of a mechanochromic luminescent organic compound that responds to relative humidity. Mechanical stimulation (grinding) of this pyrene derivative in the solid state results in a change of the photoluminescence from yellow to green. Subsequent exposure to water vapor induces recovery of the initial yellow photoluminescence. The color change is reversible through at least ten cycles. It is also demonstrated that this compound can be applied as a mechano‐sensing material in frictional wear testing for grease, owing to its immiscibility in non‐polar solvents and its non‐crystalline behavior. Transmission electron microscope and atomic force microscope observations of samples prepared from dilute aqueous solutions of the pyrene derivative on suitable substrates, together with dynamic light scattering measurements for the compound in aqueous solution, indicate that this amphiphilic dumbbell‐shaped molecule forms micelles in water. 相似文献

A multifrequency holographic microwave imaging method with high resolving capability in both azimuth and range directions, is described. The method incorporates a synthetic aperture approach in pulse radar systems, originally designed for the pulse-echo imaging, in order to improve azimuth resolution. The imaging technique places no constraint on the waveform of a transmitted signal in use and allows the three-dimensional imaging. This paper develops 1) the general formula, which describes the relation between the transmitted and received signals, based on Kirchhoff diffraction theory, 2) a test function, which is the kernel of a linear operation for producing object images from received signals, and 3) a filter design technique for compressing the durations and suppressing the sidelobe levels of received signals. The contents of barbaloin (BA), isoBA, aloin-dimers A, B, C, D and aloe-emodin (AE) in aloe drinks were investigated. BA and isoBA were detected in 30 of the 31 samples at the levels of 120-570 micrograms/mL and 120-580 micrograms/mL, respectively. Aloin-dimers A, B, C and D were detected in 8 of the 31 samples at the levels of 12-38 micrograms/mL, 13-39 micrograms/mL, 11-36 micrograms/mL and 16-69 micrograms/mL, respectively. AE was detected in all of the 31 samples at the levels of 0.03-1.3 micrograms/mL. When aloe drinks were stored for 4 weeks at 5 degrees C after opening the bottle, decrease of BA and isoBA, and increase of AE and aloin-dimers A, B, C and D were observed in most cases. However, in a few aloe drinks, all of BA, isoBA, aloin-dimers A, B, C, D and AE decreased. In these drinks, the existence of aloin-trimer was elucidated by LC/MS analyses. These data suggested that BA in aloe drinks is converted to the dimer and then to the trimer during storage. 相似文献

The levels of dibutyl phthalate (DBP), butylbenzyl phthalate (BBP), di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEPHP), di-isononyl phthalate (DINP), di-(2-ethylhexyl) adipate (DEHA) and di-isononyl adipate (DINA) were determined in 50 processed foods (ham and sausage, fried dumpling and shao-mai, fish paste products, croquette and fried fish, bread, noodle, pickles, etc.). DBP, BBP, DEHP, DINP, DEHA, and DINA were contained at nd approximately 47.7, nd approximately 16.6, nd approximately 749, nd approximately 358, nd approximately 57.2 and nd approximately 20,200 ppb, respectively. High-level contamination of DINA was found in fish paste products, croquette and shao-mai, presumably because of migration from plasticized wrapping film using for food packaging. We studied the relationship between DINA migration from wrapped PVC film into fried croquette and its standing time after frying. When the croquette was wrapped immediately after frying, the migration from wrapping film into the croquette was highest (36,400 ng/g). On wrapping after standing for 5 min and 30 min, the migration level was reduced to 1/3.5 and 1/14 of the highest level, respectively. 相似文献

The efficacy of Baird-Parker (BP) agar, mannitol-salt-egg yolk (MSEY) agar and mannitol salt (MS) agar in detecting Staphylococcus aureus FRI-100 heated at 52 degrees C for 20 min in 100 mmol/L potassium phosphate buffer was determined. Brain heart infusion agar with 1% pyruvate (BHIP agar) supported the highest recovery of injured cells and was used as the control medium. Of the three selective media, significantly higher recovery of heat-injured cells was observed on BP agar than MSEY agar, and the poorest recovery was observed on MS agar (p < 0.05). Low recovery of unheated cells was obtained for MS compared with other media (p < 0.05). A reduction in populations occurred gradually in reagent-grade water stored for 14 days at -20 degrees C. There was no significant difference between BHIP agar and MS agar in the number of freeze-injured cells recovered from 1 to 14 days. 相似文献

The development of a sensitive pre-column derivatization high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of sucralose is reported. Sucralose is converted into a strongly ultraviolet (UV)-absorbing derivative, possessing strong absorption at 260 nm, by treatment with p-nitrobenzoyl chloride (PNBCl). Homogenized samples were dialyzed and washed with a Bond Elut ENV cartridge, then the eluate was evaporated to dryness and the residue was derivatized. Subsequently, the sucralose derivative was purified with hexane-ethyl actate (9:1) in a silica cartridge, and then the sucralose derivative was eluted with acetone. HPLC was performed on a phenyl column, using acetonitrile-water (73:27) as a mobile phase with UV detection (260 nm). The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1 microgram/mL to 50 micrograms/mL of sucralose. The recoveries of sucralose from eight kinds of foods spiked at the levels of 0.20 and 0.05 g/kg of sucralose were more than 76.2% with SD values in the range from 0.90% to 4.31%. The quantitative limit of the developed method was 0.005 g/kg for sucralose in samples. 相似文献

Crystallization kinetics of binary mixture phases of SOS (1,3-distearoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycerol) and SSO (1,2-distearoyl-3-oleoyl-rac-glycerol) were examined with time-resolved X-ray diffraction (XRD) and DSC methods. Formation of three polymorphic forms, named c, β′c and βc, of a molecular compound was observed at a SOS/SSO=50/50 concentration ratio. The XRD data showed that all three polymorphs were arranged in a double chain-length structure, although a triple chain-length structure is formed in and β′ forms of SSO, and β′ and β forms of SOS. The time-resolved XRD studies showed that c and βc forms of the molecular compound crystallized more rapidly than the corresponding polymorphic forms of SOS and SSO. The results were discussed in terms of molecular chain–chain interactions of SOS and SSO, by assuming that kinetic processes of nucleation may prefer the formation of the c and βc forms arranged in the double chain-length structure. 相似文献
