碳纳米管纱(CNTY)因具有优异的力学强度、化学稳定性、热稳定性和高比表面积而成为去除废水中有机污染物的潜在材料。本文将CNTY用于含2,4-二硝基甲苯(DNT)的污水处理。CNTY对DNT的吸附能力与文献报道值作对比研究,同时探讨吸附动力学。采用SEM-EDX、HRTEM、Raman与XPS表征CNTY吸附DNT前后的尺寸、表面形貌及表面化学。结果表明,经CNTY对DNT污水处理后的水质达到实验室无离子水级纯度。CNTY对DNT吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温线,Freundlich参数由K/nF为55.0 mg/g(L/mg)1,指数1/n为0.737得到,表明其比活性炭吸附性弱,但更易再生。CNTY比活性炭的吸附性速率更快,遵循拟二级动力学模型。CNTY吸附DNT引起D、G常偏移,归因于CNTs与DNT间电子受体和供体效应。 相似文献

An investigation of the selective ring-opening of methylcyclopentane (MCP) was conducted for the first time on Pt/TiO2, Ir/TiO2 and Pt?CIr/TiO2 catalysts with low amounts of noble metals (0.5?wt%) over a temperature range of 180?C400?°C under hydrogen at atmospheric pressure. The catalysts were prepared by impregnation or co-impregnation and characterized by different physico-chemical techniques, including SEM, XRD, H2-TPR, N2-sorption, TEM and elemental analysis. The metallic particles were highly dispersed on the TiO2 support at isodispersion of ~1?nm. The particles exhibited icosahedral Mackay structures limited by (111) planes. The catalytic results show that the activity in the MCP was strongly influenced by the intrinsic nature of the metal and by the temperature. The most active catalyst was Ir/TiO2. The order of the reactivity as a function of the temperature and total conversion was Ir/TiO2 180?°C (???=?2?%)?>?Pt?CIr/TiO2 220?°C (???=?27.8?%)?>?Pt/TiO2 260?°C (???=?9.9?%). Under these conditions, all of the catalysts exhibited the ability to open the ring of MCP with an atom economy, without unwanted products of cracking and ring-enlargement reactions. The synergy between Pt?CIr bimetallic particles was assessed by the total conversion of MCP, whereas the ring-opening results indicated that the reaction took place on Ir sites. These results suggest that the bimetallic catalyst contained separate entities of two metals. Increased reaction temperatures led to reduced reaction selectivity with respect to ring-opening of MCP versus the cracking side reaction. 相似文献

We report here the synthesis and biochemical properties of a new peptidyl activity-based probe 1 for SUMO proteases, SENPs. The activity-based probe has at its C terminus a glycine-derived fluoromethylketone moiety as a reactive group designed to target the active-site cysteine of SENPs. Based on a study of the interactions between SENPs and SUMOs, we introduced further design elements that allow the activity-based probe to selectively target SENPs at low micromolar to high nanomolar concentrations. Moreover, 1 out-competes SUMO1 from the reversible SUMO1-SENP1 complex, thus suggesting that 1 and SUMO1 share a common binding site on SENP1. 相似文献

This paper introduces a new generalized complex-lag moment which produces joint time-"phase derivatives" distributions. For the choice of the time-"first-order phase derivative," which stands for time-frequency representation, this distribution can be seen as a form of the Wigner-Ville distribution. Moreover, this generalization leads to distributions with highly reduced inner interferences caused by the nonlinearity of the signal's phase. It can also be seen as a polynomial distribution since the Nth-order distribution produces no inner interferences for polynomial phase law of order N.
