We have demonstrated the electroluminescent (EL) properties of 2-mercaptobenzothiazolate complexes of rare earth metals [Ln(mbt)3, Ln = Y, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Tm] using simple non-doped two-layer organic light emitting diode with the configuration of indium tin oxide/N,N′-bis(3-methylphenyl)-N,N′-diphenylbenzidine/Ln(mbt)3/Yb. It was found that 2-mercaptobenzothiazolate complexes have highly efficient intra-energy transfer from the singlet to the triplet state of the ligand, and then to the excited state of the central lanthanide ions. Thus Y(mbt)3 and Gd(mbt)3 exhibit the broad ligand-centered emission with maximum near 600 nm and Dy(mbt)3, Tb(mbt)3 and Tm(mbt)3 complexes exhibit pure sharp emission bands from the intra f–f transitions of lanthanide ions Tb3+: 5D4  7F6 (492 nm), 5D4  7F5 (547 nm), 5D4  7F4 (589 nm), 5D4  7F3 (624 nm); Dy3+: 4F9/2  6H13/2 (575 nm) and Tm3+: 3H43H6 (795 нм).  相似文献

This paper proposes a new numerical algorithm to study dynamical spin dependent properties of local highly correlated structures. The method consists in diagonalizing a finite cluster containing the many-body terms of the Hamiltonian and embedding it into the rest of the system, the Embedding Cluster Approximation (ECA), combined with Wilson’s ideas of logarithmic discretization of the representation of the Hamiltonian, the Logarithm Discretization Embedded Cluster Approximation (LDECA). The preparation and characterization of oligothienylene dialdehydes and related soluble copolymers in which thenylenic segments regularly alternate with phenylenic portions linked by azomethine moieties is presented. The polymer series with three, six and eight thienylenic residues showed interesting evidences of electronic confinement in low-gap segments (thienylenic). Self-assembled structures of oligomers can be obtained either by evaporation in high vacuum or by a proper thermal treatment of spin coated films, depending on the molecule length. Polymers prepared by different synthetic routes show different thermal and structural properties as a function of the ratio of two possible isomers at imino linkage. The order degree also influences the optical properties in fact luminescence data are strictly related to the percentage of the two isomers.  相似文献

With the use of the iteration method and bilinear functional based on two-dimensional volume integral equation, LM modes existing in a plane-layered dielectric waveguide and quasi-LM modes existing in a multilayered rectangular dielectric waveguide are studied. The semiconductor layers are described as a homogeneous single-component dissipative plasma that can exhibit negative conductivity owing to external electric field. The results obtained for a homogeneous single-layer rectangular waveguide are compared to the results obtained with a model of a planar single-layer waveguide. Structures with passive and active semiconductor-plasma layers are investigated. It is shown that amplification is possible at frequencies above the cutoff frequency and that the dispersion laws below the cutoff are complicated.  相似文献

Data conversion from a 3D raster to spiral coordinates is the key function in the scanning process for Roll Powder Sintering (RPS) additive manufacturing technology. Conversion process is especially important, as it produces the basis for a processed object. There are many equations for such conformal transformation, but there is still room to improve the computation efficiency. This paper presents an efficient conversion algorithm, which processes 3D objects and linear transforming it into rolling ribbon. The new algorithm has several significant advantages over the old ones due to applying only one main linear equation. The program based on the linear algorithm is simpler, more compact and faster in comparison to other programs which use trigonometric, transcendental or other equations. The proposed algorithm has been developed and extensively tested on several parts of computer-aided design models for RPS processing.  相似文献

The poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) material provides a number of advantageous features, such as flexibility, elasticity, and transparency, making it useful in integrated analytical systems. Hard fused-silica capillary structures and soft PDMS channels can easily be combined by a tight fit, which offers many alternatives for structure combinations. PDMS and fused silica are in different ways prone to adsorption of low levels of organic compounds. The need for modification of the inner wall surface of PDMS channels may often be necessary, and in this paper, we describe an easy and effective method using the amine-containing polymer PolyE-323 to deactivate both fused-silica and PDMS surfaces. The adsorption of selected peptides to untreated surfaces was compared to PolyE-323-modified surfaces, using both radionuclide imaging and capillary electrophoresis experiments. The polyamine modification displayed a substantially reduced adsorption of three hydrophobic test peptides compared to the native PDMS surface. Filling and storage of aqueous solution were also possible in PolyE-323-modified PDMS channels. In addition, hybrid microstructures of fused silica and PDMS could simultaneously be deactivated in one simple coating procedure.  相似文献

The standard impact factor for particular fields of science (Ig) and the relative impact factor K for scientific journals are introduced. The technique of calculation of standard impact factor (Ig) for a field is an inherent part of a method which allows a cross-field evaluation of scientific journals. This method for evaluating scientific journals elaborated in 1988 was aimed at the analysis of Russian journals covered by the SCI database, it was also used for chemical journals (more that 300) and for journals in the Life sciences (more than 1000).
