Most of the existing singular value decomposition-based digital watermarking methods are not robust to geometric rotation, which change the pixels’ locations without maintaining the corresponding changes to the pixel’s intensity values of entire image and yield high computational cost. To answer this, we propose a digital image watermarking algorithm using the Hall property. In the proposed method, a digital watermark image is factorized into lower-triangular, upper-triangular, and permutation matrices. The permutation matrix is used as the valid key matrix for authentication of the rightful ownership of the watermark image. The product of the lower and upper triangular matrices is processed with a few iterations of the Arnold transformation to obtain the scrambled data. The scrambled data are embedded into particular sub-bands of a cover image using Wavelet transform. Our experiments show that the proposed algorithm is highly reliable and computationally efficient compared with state-of-the-art methods that are based on singular value decomposition. 相似文献

In recent era, the weighted matrix rank minimization is used to reduce image noise, promisingly. However, low-rank weighted conditions may cause oversmoothing or oversharpening of the denoised image. This demands a clever engineering algorithm. Particularly, to remove heavy noise in image is always a challenging task, specially, when there is need to preserve the fine edge structures. To attain a reliable estimate of heavy noise image, a norm weighted fusion estimators method is proposed in wavelet domain. This holds the significant geometric structure of the given noisy image during the denoising process. Proposed method is applied on standard benchmark images, and simulation results outperform the most popular rivals of noise reduction approaches, such as BM3D, EPLL, LSSC, NCSR, SAIST, and WNNM in terms of the quality measurement metric PSNR (dB) and structural analysis SSIM indices. 相似文献

Nanometer sized silver particles were synthesized by inert gas condensation and co-condensation techniques. Both techniques are based on the evaporation of a metal into an inert atmosphere with the subsequent cooling for the nucleation and growth of the nanoparticles. The antibacterial efficiency of the nanoparticles was investigated by introducing the particles into a media containing Escherichia coli. The antibacterial investigations were performed in solution and on petri dishes. The silver nanoparticles were found to exhibit antibacterial effects at low concentrations. The antibacterial properties were related to the total surface area of the nanoparticles. Smaller particles with a larger surface to volume ratio provided a more efficient means for antibacterial activity. The nanoparticles were found to be completely cytotoxic to E. coli for surface concentrations as low as 8 microg of Ag/cm2. 相似文献

The current research project has been devoted to isolating new low cost and eco-friendly phenolic compounds from fruit seeds, peels and vegetables to reduce the atmospheric pollution. Natural phenolic compounds were extracted from different fruit seeds and agriculture waste: P. armeniaca, P. persica, P. domestica and Triticum aesativum. The total phenolic content was quantified, and the maximum value (1 mL extract having 1,933 μg) was found in P. armeniaca seed extract. Phytochemical screening showed that P. armeniaca seeds contain higher amount of alkaloid, tannins, saponins and flavonoid. P. armeniaca seeds enhanced the biotransformation of reactive yellow dye up to 69.89% with maximum laccase (322.45 IU/mL) production. Biodegradation of reactive yellow was only 23.34% without natural redox mediator at sixth day of incubation. Use of P. armeniaca seed stimulators resulted in maximum laccase activity (894.4 IU/mL) with 99.5% rate of removal. UV-Vis, HPLC & FTIR analysis confirmed the transformation of parent dye into various new products. Phytotoxicity study indicated 0% germination index of Avena sativa seeds with reactive yellow, whereas 83% germination index having 100% seed germination while 83% root elongation with treated sample. Thus, the study revealed that the natural phenolic compounds could serve as high potential redox mediators for enhanced laccase-mediated decolorization of reactive yellow dye. 相似文献

The conventional cumulative sum (CUSUM) chart is usually designed based on a known shift size. In usual practice, shift size is often unknown and can be assumed to vary within an interval. With such a range of shift size, the dual CUSUM (DCUSUM) chart provides more sensitivity than the CUSUM chart. In this paper, we propose dual Crosier CUSUM (DCCUSUM) charts with and without fast initial response features to efficiently monitor the infrequent changes in the mean of a normally distributed process. Monte Carlo simulations are used to compute the run length characteristics of one‐sided and two‐sided DCCUSUM charts. These run length characteristics are compared with those of the CUSUM, Crosier CUSUM, Shewhart‐CUSUM, and DCUSUM charts in terms of the integral relative average run length. It turns out that the proposed chart shows better performance when detecting a range of mean shift sizes. A real dataset is considered to illustrate the implementation of existing and proposed charts. 相似文献

Fluorocarbon elastomers exhibit high volume swell in methanol, but not in ethanol or other alcohols. Proton nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data indicate that neat methanol exists as a hydrogen-bonded tetramer with a solubility parameter close to that of the fluorocarbon elastomer, thus causing the high swell. The NMR and volume swell data show further correlations: Increased temperature or dilution of methanol with nonpolar solvents or water breaks down the hydrogen-bonded structure and reduces the volume swell. Mixtures of methanol and ethanol form mixed tetramer species. In this case the volume swell can be predicted by statistical theory which indicates that an all-methanol tetramer and a tetramer containing one ethanol molecule are the only swelling species. Similarly, a tetramer singly substituted with butanol is too bulky to swell the elastomer. Thus the molecular structure of methanol and its mixtures as determined by NMR provides an explanation for the swelling of fluorocarbon elastomers in these environments. 相似文献

A hierarchical structure is proposed for the performance evaluation of vague, complicated humanistic systems. An improved fuzzy clustering algorithm is developed to produce several partition trees with different levels and clusters according to different triangular norm compositions. Additionally, a fuzzy clustering algorithm is given to produce a partition tree without using the transitive closure composition. Polylactide (PLA) is a eco‐friendly and biodegradable material that can be synthesized from renewable resources. PLA features poly(d ‐lactic acid) (PDLA) and poly(l ‐lactic acid) (PLLA) enantiomers. Supercritical fluid (SCF) technology is a very promising method for the stereocomplexation between PDLA and PLLA enantiomers. This study acquires stereocomplex (sc‐)PLA particles with diverse sizes and behaviors by controlling the experimental conditions. Various parameters including polymer concentration, reaction temperature, stirring speed, pressure reducing speed, and final temperature were controlled to adjust size and behavior of sc‐PLA particles. Additionally, we analyzed the effect of subsequent processing following SCF (such as homogenization, mechanical stirring, and sonication) on the size and morphological behavior of sc‐PLA particles. Finally, the mechanical strengths of different PLA composites featuring different sc‐PLA filler sizes were determined.
