在薄膜固体氧化物燃料电池中,为增加发生电化学反应的三相界面面积,燃料极和空气极通常制备成离子-电子混合传导性质的多孔形态。该研究将燃料极电化学反应(氢氧化反应)的催化剂——镍(Ni)和氧离子传导性好的氧化钪稳定的氧化锆(ScSZ)混合制备成离子-电子混合传导燃料极。实验结果显示,与纯 Ni 燃料极相比,所制备的 Ni/ScSZ 燃料极因其三相界面面积的增加,可显著降低极化电阻,但同时欧姆电阻也显著增加,从而最终导致燃料电池单池性能总体下降。  相似文献

采用电化学实验和SEM表面形貌观察,对船用5052-O铝合金在海水中的腐蚀保护电位进行优化,以克服诸如点蚀、腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂和氢脆等行为的发生。在外加电流阴极保护的条件下,最优的保护电位范围为-1.3V~-0.7V。在此电位下,试样的腐蚀电流密度较低,经恒电位实验后,试样表面形貌保持得较好。  相似文献

The nonenzymatic browning of dried red peppers was studied under various water activities, storage temperatures, and packaging atmospheres. Whole pepper and pepper powders-coarse and fine, with and without seeds-were compared. The browning can be described by the zero order reaction, and the rate constant is strongly affected by water activity and temperature. Flushing the package with nitrogen did not have a significant effect on the browning rate. For minimum browning, the peppers should be stored at water activities below 0.3 and in the form of whole pods or coarse powder with seeds.  相似文献

A high frequency and soft-switched AC-to-DC rectifier employing a series-type resonant circuit is proposed to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional peak-rectifying circuit. Using the proposed rectifier, a high power factor and low harmonic currents are obtained in the AC line. Furthermore, several advantages such as high power density and wide output voltage range can also be available. Through simulation and experimental results, the usefulness of the proposed rectifier is verified.  相似文献

Effects of secondary air injection on the hydrodynamics such as solid holdup and gas-solid flow behavior were investigated in a circulating fluidized bed. The gas velocity in the riser, the ratio of secondary air velocity to that of primary air, and the solid circulating rate were chosen as operating variables. Fluid cracking catalyst(FCC) with a density of 1840 kg/m3 and a mean diameter of 74 um was employed as the solid phase. The secondary air was fed to the riser radially or tangentially at the wall of the column. Pressure drop fluctuations in the riser were measured and analyzed by adopting the stochastic method to characterize the effects of secondary air injection on the gas-solid flow behavior in the bed.

It has been found that the injection of secondary air into the riser can increase the solid holdup in the riser considerably, and that the tangential injection of secondary air is more effective for the increasing the solid holdup than the radial injection. However, the gas-solid flow behavior has been found to become less persistent with the injection of secondary air; the resultant flow behavior is more complex when the air is injected tangentially than radially. The solid holdups in the primary as well as secondary zones of the riser have been well correlated in terms of not only operating variables but also fractal dimension of the pressure fluctuations.  相似文献

The present article reports the experimental Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) investigation and the corresponding numerical simulation results about the water flow over the oscillating hydrofoil and its unsteady dynamic characters. The experimental study focuses on the effect of mean angles of attack. The comparison between the PIV results and numerical prediction about the flow field using Fluent well demonstrates the capability of CFD on the simulation of the water flow around the pitching hydrofoil. The numerical results indicate that the forced oscillating frequencies have evident effects on the flow separation and vortex shedding. The simulations about the hydrodynamic drag and lift coefficients were also performed.  相似文献
