In early 2000,large domestic shipyards introduced shipbuilding 3D computer-aided design (CAD) to the hull production design process to define manufacturing and assembly information.The production design process accounts for most of the man-hours (M/H) of the entire design process and is closely connected to yard production because designs must take into account the production schedule of the shipyard,the current state of the dock needed to mount the ship’s block,and supply information.Therefore,many shipyards are investigating the complete automation of the production design process to reduce the M/H for designers.However,these problems are still currently unresolved,and a clear direction is needed for research on the automatic design base of manufacturing rules,batches reflecting changed building specifications,batch updates of boundary information for hull members,and management of the hull model change history to automate the production design process.In this study,a process was developed to aid production design engineers in designing a new ship’s hull block model from that of a similar ship previously built,based on AVEVA Marine.An automation system that uses the similar ship’s hull block model is proposed to reduce M/H and human errors by the production design engineer.First,scheme files holding important information were constructed in a database to automatically update hull block model modifications.Second,for batch updates,the database’s table,including building specifications and the referential integrity of a relational database were compared.In particular,this study focused on reflecting the frequent modification of building specifications and regeneration of boundary information of the adjacent panel due to changes in a specific panel.Third,the rollback function is proposed in which the database (DB) is used to return to the previously designed panels.  相似文献

1,1,1-Trichloroethane (TRI) is a commonly used industrial solvent with a considerable potential for inhalation abuse. Previous studies in our laboratory and elsewhere have shown that this agent exerts a suppressant effect on operant responding, as well as a number of additional neurobehavioral effects that are similar to those of central nervous system (CNS) depressant drugs. In an effort to provide information relevant to potential mechanisms involved in the behavioral effects and abuse potential of TRI, the present study evaluated the acute effects of this agent on the activity of the hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis . Male Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to 3500 or 5000 ppm TRI by inhalation for 10 or 30 min. Following exposure, plasma levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and corticosterone and levels of ACTH and corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) in three brain regions--hypothalamus, hippocampus, and frontal cortex--were determined by selective radioimmunoassays. Levels of TRI in the three brain regions as well as blood were measured by headspace gas chromatography to determine the target tissue concentrations responsible for neuroendocrine changes. Uptake of TRI in blood and all brain regions was very rapid, with stable concentrations apparently achieved within 10 min and maintained for 30 min. During this time course, a significant decrease in plasma corticosterone was produced at 30 min but no significant change in plasma ACTH was observed with 3500 ppm TRI. However, after exposure to 5000 ppm, both plasma ACTH and plasma corticosterone were significantly reduced at 10 and 30 min. ACTH levels in the three brain regions were not significantly changed by TRI, while hypothalamic CRF was significantly increased during exposure to 3500 ppm. However, hypothalamic concentrations of CRF declined following 30 min at 3500 ppm and were not significantly changed by 5000 ppm. This complexity of effects on the regulation of HPA axis activity likely precluded the establishment of consistent relationships between changes in hormonal levels and blood or regional brain concentrations of the inhalant. However, these actions of TRI were strikingly similar to those previously reported for the benzodiazepines.  相似文献

Water samples of the River Elbe near Hamburg were analyzed for 145 organic chemical compounds. In part I results of the investigations concerning the following groups of compounds are presented (57 individual compounds): volatile chlorinated hydrocarbons, chloroalkylethers (haloethers), chlorobenzenes, nitrobenzenes, chloronitrobenzenes, and chloroanilines. Highest concentrations were found for the chlorinated bispropylethers and 1,7-dichloro-3,5-dioxaheptane (haloethers). Other important compounds were nitrobenzene, nitrotoluenes, and chloronitrobenzenes. The results were assessed on the basis of German surface water quality criteria.  相似文献

In pancreatic acinar cells low (physiological) agonist concentrations evoke cytosolic Ca2+ spikes specifically in the apical secretory pole that contains a high density of secretory (zymogen) granules (ZGs). Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) is believed to release Ca2+ from the endoplasmic reticulum, but we have now tested whether the Ca(2+)-releasing messengers IP3 and cyclic ADP-ribose (cADPr) can liberate Ca2+ from AGs. In experiments on single isolated ZGs, we show using confocal microscopy that IP3 and cADPr evoke a marked decrease in the free intragranular Ca2+ concentration. Using a novel high resolution method, we have measured changes in the Ca2+ concentration in the vicinity of an isolated AG and show that IP3 and cADPr cause rapid Ca2+ release from the granule, explaining the agonist-evoked cytosolic Ca2+ rise in the secretory pole.  相似文献

Crystallographic properties of silicide mediated crystallization (SMC) polycrystalline silicon (poly Si) and excimer laser annealing (ELA) poly Si were studied by electron backscattered diffraction. Large‐grain sized poly Si with a large fraction of low‐angle grain boundaries was acquired by SMC, and small‐grain sized poly Si with high‐angle grain boundaries especially around 60° was acquired by ELA. The thin film transistor (TFT) device characteristics were investigated in view of short‐range crystallinity (pattern quality) and long‐range crystallinity (misorientation distribution) of the specimens. Short‐range crystallinity did not significantly affect the TFT device characteristics, and long‐range crystallinity considering the low energy level of special boundaries could be better related to the TFT device characteristics of poly Si.  相似文献
