摘 要:目的 探究低温等离子体(cold plasma, CP)处理模式对冷藏南美白对虾中常见荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)的抑菌效果及其作用机制。方法 通过CP直接处理和循环处理P. fluorescens,研究了两种处理模式下臭氧含量动态变化对P. fluorescens的生长曲线、细胞活力,生物膜形成、细胞壁、细胞膜完整性和南美白对虾菌落总数及假单胞菌数等指标的影响。结果 两种处理模式在CP处理3 min或3 cycles后,包装内臭氧含量达到最高值,分别为(850±10) mg/m3和(874±20) mg/m3。CP循环处理模式使得臭氧含量随处理循环数递增,因此获得更长的臭氧存在时间从而具有更大的抑菌能力。P. fluorescens生长曲线表明CP处理使得菌体延迟期变长且对数生长期推迟。此外,CP处理后的P. fluorescens细胞活力显著下降(P<0.05),CP-1 min,CP-3 min和CP-3 cycles组的细胞活力分别为33.03%、5.90%和4.82%。同时相比CP-3 min组,CP-3 cycles组的P. fluorescens生物膜OD值下降27.61%。碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase, AKP)活性和核酸蛋白泄漏量结果表明,细胞壁和细胞膜完整性受损可能是P. fluorescens失活的直接原因。对虾保鲜测试结果证实,贮藏第6 d,CP-3 cycles组虾体中的菌落总数和假单胞菌数相比CP-3 min组分别降低了58.02%和79.54%。结论 CP循环处理模式通过延长对臭氧与对虾的暴露时间,提高了对P. fluorescens的灭活效果,同时还具有更优越的保鲜能力。本研究为开发基于CP技术的新型保鲜技术应用提供了理论参考。 关键词:低温等离子体;荧光假单胞菌;抑菌机制;保鲜  相似文献

Electrocatalytic hydrogenation (ECH) is a burgeoning strategy for the sustainable utilization of hydrogen. However, how to effectively suppress the competitive hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is a big challenge to ECH catalysis. In this study, amine (NH2 R)-coordinated Pd nanoparticles loaded on carbon felt (Pd@CF) as a catalyst is successfully synthesized by a one-step solvothermal reduction method using oleylamine as the reducing agent. An exceptional ECH reactivity on benzaldehyde is achieved on the optimal Pd@CF catalyst in terms of a high conversion (89.7%) and selectivity toward benzyl alcohol (89.8%) at −0.4 V in 60 min. Notably, the Faradaic efficiency for producing benzyl alcohol is up to 90.2%, much higher than that catalyzed by Pd@CF-without N-group (41.1%) and thecommercial Pd/C (20.9%). The excellent ECH performance of Pd@CF can be attributed to the enriched electrons on Pd surface resulted from the introduction of NH2 R groups, which strengthens both the adsorption of benzaldehyde and the adsorbed hydrogen (Hads) on Pd, preventing the combination of Hads to form H2, that is, inhibiting the HER. This study gives a new insight into design principles of highly efficient electrocatalysts for the hydrogenation of unsaturated aldehydes molecules.  相似文献

生成式隐写通过生成足够自然或真实的含密样本来隐藏秘密消息,是信息隐藏方向的研究热点,但目前在视频隐写领域的研究还比较少。结合数字化卡登格的思想,提出一种基于深度卷积生成对抗网络(DCGAN)的半生成式视频隐写方案。该方案中,设计了基于DCGAN的双流视频生成网络,用来生成视频的动态前景、静态后景与时空掩模三个部分,并以随机噪声驱动生成不同的视频。方案中的发送方可设定隐写阈值,在掩模中自适应地生成数字化卡登格,并将其作为隐写与提取的密钥;同时以前景作为载体,实现信息的最优嵌入。实验结果表明,该方案生成的含密视频具有良好的视觉质量,Frechet Inception距离(FID)值为90,且嵌入容量优于现有的生成式隐写方案,最高可达0.11 bpp,能够更高效地传输秘密消息。  相似文献

为了研究铝粉质量分数以及颗粒度对乳化炸药爆速与做功能力的影响,通过爆速测试仪电测法以及爆破漏斗法测量不同质量分数及颗粒度的含铝乳化炸药的爆速与做功能力,结果表明:在铝粉质量分数低于10%范围内,随着铝粉质量分数的增加,爆速与做功能力相对增加;当铝粉质量分数在10%~30%时,乳化炸药的爆速随着铝粉质量分数增加而减少,做功能力正好相反。当铝粉颗粒度变细时,爆速不断减小,做功能力不断增大。此次实验将不同的铝粉质量分数以及颗粒度的乳化炸药的爆速进行多次测量,发现质量分数与颗粒度分别对乳化炸药爆速有着一定的影响。究其原因,发现含铝乳化炸药的爆速与做功能力受其活性比、波阵面上铝粉饱和与否、反应区宽度等不同因素的影响,并不是单一的正负相关。  相似文献

Novel amorphous vanadium oxide coated copper vanadium oxide (Cu11V6O26/V2O5) microspheres with 3D hierarchical architecture have been successfully prepared via a microwave‐assisted solution method and subsequent annealing induced phase separation process. Pure Cu11V6O26 microspheres without V2O5 coating are also obtained by an H2O2 solution dissolving treatment. When evaluated as an anode material for lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs), the as‐synthesized hybrid exhibits large reversible capacity, excellent rate capability, and outstanding capacity self‐recovery. Under the condition of high current density of 1 A g?1, the 3D hierarchical Cu11V6O26/V2O5 hybrid maintains a reversible capacity of ≈1110 mA h g?1. Combined electrochemical analysis and high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy observation during cycling reveals that the amorphous V2O5 coating plays an important role on enhancing the electrochemical performances and capacity self‐recovery, which provides an active amorphous protective layer and abundant grain interfaces for efficient inserting and extracting of Li‐ion. As a result, this new copper vanadium oxide hybrid is proposed as a promising anode material for LIBs.  相似文献

Genetic variation constitutes an important variable impacting the susceptibility to inhalable toxic substances and air pollutants, as reflected by epidemiological studies in humans and differences among animal strains. While multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) are capable of causing lung fibrosis in rodents, it is unclear to what extent the genetic variation in different mouse strains influence the outcome. Four inbred mouse strains, including C57Bl/6, Balb/c, NOD/ShiLtJ, and A/J, to test the pro‐fibrogenic effects of a library of MWCNTs in vitro and in vivo are chosen. Ex vivo analysis of IL‐1β production in bone marrow‐derived macrophages (BMDMs) as molecular initiating event (MIE) is performed. The order of cytokine production (Balb/c > A/J > C57Bl/6 > NOD/ShiLtJ) in BMDMs is also duplicated during assessment of IL‐1β production in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of the same mouse strains 40 h after oropharyngeal instillation of a representative MWCNT. Animal test after 21 d also confirms a similar hierarchy in TGF‐β1 production and collagen deposition in the lung. Statistical analysis confirms a correlation between IL‐1β production in BMDM and the lung fibrosis. All considered, these data demonstrate that genetic background indeed plays a major role in determining the pro‐fibrogenic response to MWCNTs in the lung.  相似文献

Electric vehicles (EVs) acknowledged as potential means of transportation tools in the near future are widely accepted as the development trend of automobile industry due to its environment protection and fuel energy saving properties. As a product containing new technologies and concepts with little market experience and consumer identification, studying its life cycle operation modes will help to figure out an optimal approach to conduct EVs manufacturing and service. The two common operation modes, lease and sale of EVs, have their own advantages and weaknesses under different scenarios and consumer psychological status. Research and comparisons on the function, cost and value of two operation modes in full life cycle will simulate the rapid development of EVs forming a mature and dynamic operation mechanism. This paper utilised approaches in value engineering, putting forward customer requirements and technical elements of EV lease and sale based on quality assessment and customer-perceived value, proposing the metric method of function and cost coefficient by mathematical modelling, and conducting value coefficient analysis and comparison based on customer’s risk aversion psychology. An illustrative example raised for studying operation mode of three different kinds of EVs based on the analysis of value coefficient, providing guideline for manufacturer and servicers of EVs.  相似文献
