Site occupations and ordering behaviour of O phase in Ti2AlNb—based intermetallics

The Synthesis of Covalent Triazine-Based Frameworks via Friedel–Crafts Reactions of Cyanuric Chloride with Thienyl and Carbazolyl Derivatives for Fluorescence Sensing to Picric Acid,Iodine and Capturing Iodine

A multifunctional thiophene-based covalent triazine framework (TTPATTh) with triphenylamine as core is synthesized by Friedel–Crafts reaction of cyanuric chloride with thienyl derivative for the first time. The yield of TTPATTh (99.59%) is far higher than that of the carbazole-based CTF (TTPATCz, 47.03%). TTPATTh and TTPATCz possess high BET surface areas with 1235 and 2501 m² g^–1 as well as high pore volumes with 1.60 and 2.23 cm³ g^–1, respectively. TTPATTh and TTPATCz have high thermal stability with high thermal decomposition temperatures of 514 and 598 °C in nitrogen atmosphere. With the introduction of triazine rings, the fluorescence sensing sensitivities of TTPATTh and TTPATCz to picric acid and iodine are improved significantly. Especially for TTPATTh, the K_sv values reach 5.95 × 10⁵ and 1.61 × 10⁴ L mol^–1, and LODs reach 1.02 × 10^–12 and 1.86 × 10^–12 mol L^–1. To the best of the knowledge, this is the most sensitive value among thiophene-based porous organic polymers to PA and I₂. Furthermore, TTPATTh and TTPATCz can also adsorb iodine in vapor phase, cyclohexane solution and aqueous solution, and release iodine by heating or in ethanol solution. The efficiency of controlling the release of iodine is higher than that in ethanol.     

活性酯硬化水玻璃砂的研究

用焙烧活性砂混制而成的活性酯硬化水玻璃砂与普通酯硬化水玻璃砂相比，强度成倍提高，从而减少水玻璃的加入量，改善水玻璃砂的溃散性。实验证明：原砂的表面活性直接影响在水玻璃砂中水玻璃的加入量，是改善水玻璃砂溃散性的关键之一。焙烧活性砂的水玻璃加入量只要１．５％～２．０％，即能满足实际生产的强度要求。     

航空发动机滑油系统镁合金微生物腐蚀与防护

针对航空发动机滑油系统镁合金部件的工作环境特点，结合外场出现的滑油系统故障分析和返厂大修某发动机统计资料，发现微生物是引起其腐蚀的主要原因。同时，提出一些防护措施。     

Electron Emission from Barium Strontium Titanate Ceramics

This paper focuses on understanding the influence of materials' properties on the ferroelectric electron emission. Ferroelectric ( x =1.0 and 0.8) and paraelectric ( x =0.67 and 0.5) compositions of barium strontium titanate (Ba _x Sr_{(1− x )}TiO₃) system were chosen for study based on their different ferroelectric and dielectric properties. Similar emission current waveforms were obtained from four compositions with negative triggering voltage applied to the rear electrode of the samples. It was difficult to explain the experimental results using the spontaneous polarization-switching model. The mechanism of electron emission from Ba _x Sr_{(1− x )}TiO₃ ceramics was ascertained to surface plasma emission.     

Degree of crosslinking and mechanical properties of crosslinked poly(vinyl alcohol) beads for use in solid-phase organic synthesis

The limited swellability in polar media of the commonly used polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) support materials for solid-phase organic synthesis has led to the development of novel, highly swellable hydrophilic gels designed for use in aqueous or polar media. Poly(vinyl alcohol) beads crosslinked with epichlorohydrin (PVA-EP) were prepared by a two-step inverse-suspension polymerization method. While it is known that the morphology of the resulting beads can be controlled by the ratio of EP versus PVA as well as by the pre-crosslinking time, the actual degree of crosslinking of the beads and their mechanical properties remain unknown. It is therefore the purpose of this study to evaluate the actual degree of crosslinking of beads prepared with different quantities of crosslinker in the feed by spectroscopic (Raman, nuclear magnetic resonance) and chemical (functional group loading) methods. The mechanical properties of these swollen PVA-EP beads will be evaluated by single-bead unconfined compression in solvents such as water, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), and tetrahydrofuran (THF) and compared to model PS-DVB beads commonly used for solid phase synthesis.     

煤焦油加工技术的探讨

煤焦油曾为近代有机化工作出了历史性贡献。我国煤焦油资源丰富,但尚未得到有效和合理利用。根据高温煤焦油的组成特点,对煤焦油的初馏、沥青加工利用和煤焦油产品的深加工技术进行了探讨,提出一些建议。此外还讨论了煤焦油加工企业的发展模式。     

节涌流化床压力波动动力学研究(Ⅱ)模拟与实验

研究了节涌流化床多自由度随机波动模型参数,提出了确定气栓和料栓长度的试差迭代法、床层底部的“白噪声”扰动函数和床层表面的正态扰动函数.模型模拟计算的结果对于节涌流化床波动结构的动力学特征、压力波动的频谱特征和波动的传播与衰减等与实验结果取得了较好的吻合.     

6m大容积焦炉烘炉实践与体会

介绍了 6 m大容积焦炉由冷态到转入正常加热温度的烘炉操作过程中 ,按照一定的升温曲线 ,通过对焦炉热工和炉体膨胀的科学管理 ,确保新建焦炉顺利由冷态过渡到生产状态。     

NBR／EPDM的增容共混研究

本文采用第三组份增容途径,改善了NBR/EPDM并用胶的相容性、加工性和力学性能。通过对不同增容体系的研究对比,发现不同增容剂的增容效果差异很大,其巾以EVA-14增容效果最为显著,加入该增容剂的并用胶,在适当的工艺条件及硫化体系下,可获得最佳力学性能。本文还研究了不同增容剂对并用炭黑胶各种性能的影响,可以做到在不降低并用胶的力学性能的同时,提高并用胶的耐热空气老化、耐大气老化和耐臭氧老化性能.透射电镜实验和动态力学谱图证明了加与未加增容剂时,NBR/EPDM并用胶均为两相结构,增容剂起表面活性剂的作用,加强了两相界面间的相互作用,使分散相EPDM细微化和均匀化。
