超辐射发光二极管的结构特性及其应用

近几年来,由于超辐射发光二极管在光纤陀螺和光时域反射仪等方面的重要应用,已引起了人们的极大关注,许多国家都在竞相研制和开发.本文综述了目前超辐射发光二极管的主要结构和特性及其应用前景.     

单片InGaAs／InP PIN PD阵列

文章简要地介绍了ＩｎＧａＡｓ／ＩｎＰ ＰＩＮ ＰＤ阵列的制作现状及其应用和发展趋势。     

Conformation and activity of mannose- and N-acetylgalactosamine-specific lectins from Vicia villosa seeds

The conformation of two Vicia villosa lectins specific for mannose and N-acetylgalactosamine, respectively, was studied by circular dichroism. Both showed a broad negative CD band around 220 nm and a positive one above 190 nm. CD data analysis indicated that they were rich in beta-sheet. However, they differed in conformational stability against extreme pH, at elevated temperature, and in guanidine hydrochloride and sodium dodecyl sulfate solutions. The unusual feature was that the conformation of N-acetylgalactosamine-specific lectin was virtually unaltered in 6 M guanidine hydrochloride and 7.5 mM surfactant.

半连续式棒材轧机在线捆扎机及其工艺设置

由北京冶金设备制造厂设计的YSK6型钢丝捆扎机，共设有并列6台棒材捆扎车，每台捆扎车由中间收送机、成形捆扎机、液压装置、捆扎辊道和台车组合而成。按生产工艺参数要求，整个成型捆扎周期为30秒。捆扎后的棒材在成品称重时用电子秤，每称量一次均可打印出单次净值、累加值和累加次数值。     

Quantum-mechanical reaction rate constants from centroid molecular dynamics simulations: Barrier crossing in an asymmetrical double-well

Quantum-mechanical reaction rate constants were calculated from centroid molecular dynamics (CMD) simulations, for the case of barrier crossing in an asymmetrical double-well potential bilinearly coupled to a harmonic bath. The calculation is based on a recently proposed formulation of the reaction rate constant in terms of the position—flux correlation function, which can be approximated via CMD in a well-defined manner. The predictions of CMD and various simplified versions of it are compared to exact results, which were obtained via the quasi-adiabatic propagator path integral (QUAPI) method, and/or path integral quantum transition state theory (PI-QTST). The predictions based on CMD are found to be in good agreement with both.     

灌溉水库水资源优化调度

以榆社云簇水库为例、以水库灌区多种作物所能达到的最大产值为目标函数，本文研究了一套灌溉水库用水优化调度模型。它包括计划调度模型和实时调度模型两部分，适用于干旱半干旱地区灌溉水量不足的水库的用水调度。     

SBR工艺污泥膨胀的纠正方法

在对国内外有关资料的研究基础上，介绍了几种应对SBR反应池内污泥膨胀的措施。着重叙述了氯化法和无机合成絮凝剂法的应用注意点及如何定量运用这两种方法，同时给出了相应的工程实例。     

一种图文数据库系统的设计与实现

随着计算机技术的发展和水平的提高，图像，声音，图形等多媒体信息逐步应用于管理信息系统之中。文章中提出了图文数据库系统设计中存在的三个基本问题。讨论了介绍了图文数据库系统的设计方法和实现技术。     

反水锤的危害及防止

反水锤是发生在反击式水轮机尾水道中的一种特殊水锤现象，其压力峰值可达正常压力的几倍，甚至十多倍，以致造成肢解转轮、折断导叶、破坏顶盖、抬起转子的严重事故。因此，研究反水锤发生的原因，从而提出防止反水锤事故的措施尤为重要。
