脉冲涡流检测方法是涡流检测技术的一个新兴分支。因脉冲信号频带很宽,比单一频率正弦涡流衰减慢,其瞬态感应电压信号中就包含了有关缺陷的重要信息。本文分析了InSb磁敏电阻作为脉冲涡流检测元件的工作原理,设计了探头结构和调理电路,有效抑制了环境温度的干扰,并分析了应用InSb磁敏电阻的涡流探头检测金属裂纹特征的信息提取方法。实验结果表明,采用InSb磁敏电阻作为脉冲涡流检测传感器,具有较高的裂纹灵敏度,且可以较好地反映裂纹的深度。 相似文献

为解决30CrMnSiA钢燃烧室旋压成形件等温淬火后硬度偏高时,可否采用回火的方法降低硬度的意见分歧,对这种燃烧室作了等温淬火、油淬+回火、等温淬火+回火3种不同热处理状态下材料机械性能的对比试验.试验结果表明:这种材料的燃烧室在等温淬火后,若硬度偏高不合格,采用回火的方法降低硬度后,其材料的冲击韧性将会大幅度下降,将远低于有关材料标准的要求.因此,对于安全系数不太高的30CrMnSiA钢燃烧室,不能允许以回火的方法来降低硬度,而应采用其他的工艺方法来降低硬度.而且不能笼统地认为燃烧室材料的抗拉强度和伸长率都合格,其冲击韧性也一定会合格. 相似文献

The fundamental characteristics of varied initial core-sizes of BaTiO3(BT) and its influential role on the morphology and dielectric properties of BaTiO3@0.6BaTiO3-0.4BiAlO3(BT@0.6BT-0.4BA) ceramic samples were studied. Alkoxide sol-precipitation method was adopted as revised chemical route to synthesize the constituent “core” BT powders in a dispersed phase, whereas the distinctive initial nano-sized particles were affected by the pre-calcination temperatures (600-900 °C).The microstructure of the uncoated BT ceramics revealed an exaggerated grain growth with an optimized dielectric constant (εmax >9 000) whilst the coated ceramics behaved otherwise (grain growth inhibited) when sintered at an elevated temperature. Regardless of the previously studied solubility limit (about 0.1%) of BT-BA samples, BT@0.6BT-0.4BA maintained a maximum dielectric constant (εmax) ranging from 1 592 to 1 708 and tan δ less than 2% under a unit mole ratio at room temperature. In view of all these analyses, the initial nanometer sizes of the as-prepared BT-core powders combined with the increase effect of cation substitutions of Bi3+ and Al3+ in the shell content, induced the diffuse transition phase of BT@0.6BT-0.4BA composition. 相似文献

To realize the full potential of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in polymer/CNT nanocomposites, many complicated chemical treatments have been developed to modify the CNTs. Nevertheless, the reinforcing efficiency is still not satisfactory in most cases. In this study, a dramatically improved mechanical enhancement is obtained for polyamide 1010/multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) composites simply by exerting high‐rate drawing and incorporating a commercially available compatibilizer. For the fibers prepared at high draw ratio, their tensile strength and modulus are improved by 137 and 132%, respectively, through adding only 0.5 wt% MWNTs. In particular, the increase in strength is at a very high level for the case of non‐covalent interaction since CNTs could be stretched to failure according to theoretical calculation. It is demonstrated that this reinforcement is mainly attributed to the compatibilizer inducing good dispersion, and the high‐rate drawing inducing strong interfacial interaction and orientation of MWNTs. Taper grinding experiments were conducted in this paper to investigate the continuous and complete ductile-brittle transition process of two kinds of amorphous glass: high purity fused silica (HPFS) which is silica rich glass and soda-lime silica glass (SLSG) which is low silica glass. The grinding force, ground surface morphology, surface roughness, and subsurface damage depth induced during different stages of taper grinding were all analyzed. A mathematical model describing the cutting force of a grit and micro-crack length was established to clarify the ductile-brittle transition mechanisms of isotropic material. The model revealed that material removal mechanisms and grinding force were mainly determined by the crack equivalent length in front of the grit and its equivalent cutting force. The ground surface roughness and subsurface damage depth were mainly affected by the cutting force of the grit and length of cracks behind it. The ductile machinability of SLSG was better than that of HPFS due to the bonding of metallic atoms in SLSG with nonbridging oxygens, as well as their packing into free volume in SiO2 network. 相似文献

The g-C3N4/BiNbO4 photocatalysts have been successfully fabricated by a facile ultrasound assisted impregnation route. The photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller techniques. The photocatalytic studies reveals that 40 wt% g-C3N4/BiNbO4 photocatalyst exhibited significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity than BiNbO4 and g-C3N4 photocatalysts toward degrading tinidazole under visible light irradiation. This excellent photocatalytic activity was revealed in terms of the extension of visible light response and efficient separation and transportation of the photogenerated electrons and holes due to coupling of g-C3N4 and BiNbO4. 相似文献
